restaurant
has
quickly
become
my
favorite
spot
of
2023,
and
that's
saying
a
lot,
considering
my
discerning
palate.
The
service
here
is
impeccable,
with
a
friendly
and
patient
staff
that
adds
to
the
overall
experience.
But
it's
the
food
that
truly
steals
the
show
–
it's
beyond
delicious!
Every
dish
is
a
delightful
surprise,
even
something
as
seemingly
ordinary
as
sourdough
and
pasta.
I
can't
wait
to
return
in
the
near
future.
If
you
visit,
the
beef
tartare
and
Iberian
pork
are
absolute
must-tries,
the
best
I've
ever
had!
I'd
highly
recommend
pairing
your
meal
with
wine
by
the
glass,
as
they
offer
a
diverse
selection,
each
one
unique
and
outstanding.
Now,
a
heads-up
for
those
interested
in
dining
here:
reservations
are
only
taken
via
phone
during
specific
timeframes,
but
trust
me,
it's
worth
the
effort.
We
had
to
make
three
calls
to
secure
a
table
a
month
in
advance,
ensuring
we
got
the
coveted
7:30
pm
slot.
The
restaurant
closes
at
10:30
pm,
but
be
prepared
to
find
eager
diners
waiting
outside
for
walk-in
chances
–
although
they
are
limited,
as
it's
a
cozy
25-seat
restaurant.
But
this
is
how
they
maintain
the
exceptional
quality
of
their
food
and
service,
so
it's
definitely
worth
planning
ahead.
