The
meat
dishes
came
out
looking
amazing.
We
ordered
the
flat
iron
and
the
duck
breast,
but
could
definitely
improve
on
the
sides
as
they
were
pretty
plain
and
lacking.
We
asked
for
medium,
and
they
both
came
out
blue
(rare)
I'm
a
butcher
of
10+
years,
and
been
in
the
food
industry
for
15
so
Iv
had
my
share
of
rare
meat.
My
girlfriend
couldn't
finish
her
meal,
because
rare
duck
breast
tends
to
be
chewy
if
not
cooked
through.
I
also
found
the
same
with
the
flatiron
but
I
did
finish
my
meal,
one
of
the
times
I
wish
I
hadn't.
Unfortunately
due
to
the
improper
cooking
temp,
I
got
pretty
Ill
that
night.
I
definitely
would
recommend
educating
the
cooks
on
proper
food
handling
and
cooking
temps
as
that
shouldn't
have
been
an
issue.
Also
as
being
in
the
food
industry
myself,
standard
practice
when
a
customer
does
not
enjoy
the
food,
you
either
order
a
replacement
or
have
the
food
re
fired.
So
I
would
say
service
was
mediocre
as
well.
After
this
experience,
I
can't
say
I
would
recommend
this
place
to
anyone.
But
has
potential.
