One of those restaurants that you will never forget and will be telling other people to go, even when they don't ask for indication... AMAZING. The food, the service, the prices... The plates are for 2. Strongly suggest to share

This might be the only Tie Restaurant not serving Thai food. Came here for typical Portugese food and got that and good quantities of wine. Naco na pedra gets a perfect 5/7!

Traditional Portuguese restaurant with plenty of meat and fish options. Always busy. Recommend naco na pedra, grilled fish. Amazing desserts. Relaxed atmosphere.

I will leave a review on English for future costumers who don’t understand Portuguese. Lovely restaurant, good staff in general. Food was really good and I’m a chef myself. I was a bit disappointed with the Sangria but it was still good and I’m sure it’s nothing and they can make a great one. I love doing drinks myself. The portions are really big, no way you’ll be hungry after a meal in this restaurant. Very busy as well so you need to book in advance and make sure you only arrive 5min late max. They are strict with that. Overall loved the experience so 5 stars deserved.

The classic Gravatas never disappoints 🤤 from the meats to the fishes, there is nothing you won't be mouthwatering to try! Last time I had the BEST tuna steak of my life 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I recommend it 100% although Gravatas is famous for the steaks on the stone. The best is to go with a group, order few items and share it ✨ surely you won't forget this experience

Came in randomly at opening and got seated right away. I ordered the polvo à lagareiro and alheira together. The food was very delicious, although the alheira has a specific taste that wasnt in my personal preference. Have to try it yourself. The polvo was also great and my favorite so far. This restaurant ist very local, which means you better speak and read protuguese🇵🇹. Some of the waiters didn't understand me, but we sorted everything out with finger pointing and google translate👍. All in all a very great spot. Just watch out to come in very early because of the rush.

Cozy, great food. Unique atmosphere. Big parking nearby. Although at street level, it has a little step inside into the main dining room. No bathroom for wheelchair users that I could see.

We knew we had hit the jackpot when my friend and I arrived at the restaurant at noon and saw the queue! The feature of the restaurant is in its name: one can see ties of various colours and designs hung on the ceiling. The staff were friendly and ready to help (Given that you spoke Portuguese; Otherwise, I assume they'd act like mystic Greek gods like every Portuguese restaurant). We were greeted with a generous portion of "Cozido à Portuguesa", a traditional, rustic dish composed of boiled meats and vegetables typically served only on Sundays. It consisted of traditional sausages like the chouriço, farinheira (wheat sausage), and morcelo (blood sausage); Different cuts of meat like beef, pork, pig ears, trotters. It also comes with a side of meat-scented cabbage, carrots, potatoes, rice, and beans. This is a perfect dish for those who likes a diversified palette like me or gym rats that are all about their protein intake. The overall experience was pleasant, and I would gladly leave a nasty comment so it would be less crowded. Will definitely be back to try the octopus and steak on the rock!

If you are searching for a proper portuguese food experience - you will find it here. This very traditional restaurant has plenty of portuguese dishes (meat and fish). And the best thing: it’s still a hidden gem. We have been the only tourists in this place. Prepare yourself to translate the menu since it is only in portuguese but it will be definitely worth it. We had naco na pedra. You’ll find the steak as tasty as the stone was hot. You can pay with card and the waiters speak english.

Food nice, no complaints on that front. Billing a little manipulative. We arrived to a table that contained two prices of bread, a small block of cheese etc. typically these items are complementary. We were charged for these items (not cheap either). In theory one should refuse these items or beware.

There are so many places in Lisbon with delicious steak. This restaurant isn’t one of them. We ordered the steak on hot stone. Would not recommend. Beef was extremely chewy and had zero taste. Stone not hot enough therefore no nice crust on the steak, unless you want it well done. Needed 2 extra stones, overall not the most practical thing. Weird smell at entrance of the restaurant. Kitchen and grill look like a mess. Won’t be coming back. Quality over quantity is unheard of. The waiter was nice though. Big up

Amazing food and excellent service. Love the octopus and tuna. The portions are big so good for sharing. Their home made dessert bola de bolacha is a must have!

I’d heard of this place a lot and was super curious about it. Had the steak and a chocolate mouse. Food was ok, environment is a bit noisy, service a bit chaotic. I enjoyed the meal, but I honestly think it was overpriced. The meat was ok, but definitely not a prime cut

The best grilled octopus in Lisbon, and try to keep a space for a delicious homemade desserts. Make sure to reserve before you go.

Great experience and the portions were really well served. We had the special menu for our group and wasn't disappointed. I would say that it would be good if they could still serve less meat with the naco na pedra, as we had people cooking a large fillet on a small hot stone. The service was impeccable.

We had 3 people without booking ahead and there's only 1 table left (lucky for us). This place is very local place and the staffs dont have good english (enough for communicate) but food and price are amazing. We have 3 big meals + 4 beers and cost 55eur. I love the place and recomment for anyone who wants local food in Lisbon.

Very traditional place where to eat in Lisbon. Great selection of meat and fish. Good portion as well. Nice people and service. Not expensive at all.

This place was packed! Make a reservation at least a week in advance. The Grilled fish was very good. Extremely filling because it comes with a side of vegetables. Either cabbage or string beans and carrots and potatoes.
