Inclusive
and
a
Equitable
👏
We
had
a
function
to
attend
but
I
was
concerned
as
I
was
unsure
whether
the
hotel
can
accommodate
the
needs
of
a
physically
disabled
guest
who
is
wheelchair
bound.
I
decided
to
take
the
plunge
with
a
wheelchair
accessible
room
offered
by
the
hotel.
The
bathroom
with
an
open
shower
is
large
and
convenient
for
people
with
physical
disabilities.
The
room
amenities
met
our
needs;
the
charging
station
is
conveniently
located
on
the
table
top
where
we
were
able
to
enjoy
the
tea
and
coffee
services
and
charge
our
phones
at
the
same
time.
We
like
the
bed
and
bed
linens
except
for
the
pillows
which
are
too
large
to
sleep
on
but
very
huggable.
:)
The
services,
that
left
an
impression
were
the
concierge,
breakfast
and
room
services.
They
were
awesome.
The
concierge
team
was
very
helpful;
going
out
of
their
way
to
assist.
The
breakfast
team
was
prompt
and
helpful;
the
breakfast
spread
was
good.
At
the
breakfast
area,
there
is
an
open
elevator
for
the
disabled.
This
is
very
convenient.
The
bottled
water
available
in
the
room
was
a
boon
and
complement
the
tea
coffee
service,
as
the
tap
water
has
a
rather
off-putting
chlorine
taste.
Kudos
to
the
staff
who
came
up
with
a
door
wedge
that
was
big
enough
to
hold
the
room
door
open.
This
allows
the
seamless
movement
of
the
wheelchair
to
and
from
the
room.
This
is
indeed
a
hotel
that
considers
the
needs
of
its
physically
challenged
guests.
Kudos
to
all!
