A quaint, quiet, rustic but updated place. Very comfortable beds. Excellent morning breakfast. Friendly staff. The tram is a 5 minute walk. The happening places of Lisbon are a 10 minute walk. Pro tip: the hotel will arrange a taxi to get you from the airport and back. The cost is the same as an Uber, and only the taxi can get you right at their door. One star taken away as getting in and out through the steps around the entrance would be an issue for people with mobility issues.

When you walk into the hotel you will be attracted to its special atmosphere. The hotel staff are genuinely friendly with big smiles that will make you feel it's home away from home, which is not something you can find in many places. The breakfast is another highlight with made to order pancakes fresh orange juice and eggs. The room is spacious and comfortable, even equipped with a small kitchenette. Very well managed hotel chain. Highly recommended!

What an amazing facility. Staff is so kind and helpful and the breakfast is superb. The area is quiet and in a historic center. It's like you are living with the locals. I would definitely come back 😁.

Very friendly and attentive staff! They understand the true art of hospitality and service. 👌🏽 Breakfast is great with lots of options and some daily variation. Fresh orange juice and tea. Each day, you get a bottle of water, and upon arrival, you get a bottle of red wine. The rooms are proper and clean. The bed was comfortable. Not too soft, a bit on the harder side, yet very comfortable. Some points of improvement: - Add more clothing storing facilities. There was no closet, only a clothing rack. There were 2 days of heavy rain when we were there, so we had to hang our clothes to dry. Yet there was little to no space to hang our clothes. - Add a shoe mat. There was no shoe mat either to wipe our dirty/ wet shoes. - We were in room 23 that is next to the staff room. We shared the same hallway. The opening of the doors and staff walking in and out early in the morning was very much noticeable, as well as them talking. It woke us up. I assume they weren't even yelling. It's probably the acoustics of the hallway/room. I wouldn't book this room again. Although I would definitely come back to this hotel. The location is great. It's quite central to the different parts of Lissabon. Yet there are a few things to keep in mind: 1. The hotel is in the historic part, so you can't get there with an Uber. They do offer taxi services, which is more expensive than an Uber or Bolt. If you take an Uber, you have to walk up the hill with your luggage. 2. The hotel is on a hill, so you have to go up and down. Yet, this gives you a great view and there are some great terraces near where you have a great view while having a drink or some food. 3. If it rains, there is no place to hang out except for your room. They don't have a lobby where you can sit and meet other people. That's what the patio is meant for. 4. When it rains, you won't be able to eat in the patio. The breakfast area is quite small, so if all seats are taken, you have to eat in your room and probably sit on your bed.

Everything you need is there. The breakfast is amazing and very fresh. Walking distance to the city center. Only little downside thing is a small bathroom. If possible I would have give 4,5 because of that, but the amazing breakfast is making me round up and not down.

Wonderful and peaceful place to stay in a very convenient location. Patio was a great spot to get a couple hours of work done while working remote. Very quiet in the evenings. Around the corner from several excellent food spots!

What an amazing place to stay. We found this place after a mix up with our planned hotel. Gonçalo made great efforts to sort two rooms out for us very quickly. The rooms were of a good size and very clean. All the staff are lovely and friendly. We were only expecting a small breakfast offering but it was a full breakfast menu. The courtyard area is lovely and peaceful - a great place to sit and relax with a drink.

A cool location within a residential area, I'm a beautiful patio. The apt was nice but outside the common are which made us miss some of the atmosphere. The fact that we had to pay for a baby cot who was not even put inside the room and got a an attitude from the reception guy also hurt the experience.

The place was absolutely perfect for a stay in Lisbon. Our room overlooked the patio and was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the team, including Jasmin, were very kind and helpful. Casa do Patio played a big part in making our Lisbon stay very special.

What a great find. Really lovely little guest house situated in a quiet area not too far from the main tourists areas. Rua Augusta is about 20 minute walk away, Tram 28 line passes very close and there are restaurants and view points very near by. Noobai Rooftop Restaurant and the Miradouro are a couple of hundred yards or so away and often great views over the river of the setting sun. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing for such a small place and really one of the highlights.

I have just stayed at Casa do Pátio for five days while on vacation with my aunt. The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the level of hospitality was the BEST I have ever received. I consider myself an expert traveller (7 countries so far in 2023) and Casa do Pátio offered the best hospitality service I have received in a long time (in fact, way better than a five-star resort I stayed earlier this year in Ireland). Thank you, Mariana, Ines and Samuel for making us feel at home. Thank you to all the other staff members (kitchen, cleaning, etc) who made the best food and were attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to be back there.

Really cool stay in this boutique hotel. But I would say that it is a bit overrated. The overall hotel and furnitures are a bit old and outdated. It really costed a lot for what it is. But the location is super great and super convenient. Staff is super friendly and helpful. That helped the 4 stars

We stayed here on a weekend getaway and loved it! Our room was on the 1st floor and it was spacious. The rustic decor adds a charm to the place. The location is fantastic as it's a convenient walk from Cais de Sodre. Lots of things to see within walkable distance. The highlight of this hotel is their staff. They are very friendly and hospitable! Nothing is too much trouble- from recommending good places to eat, sightseeing or shopping. The breakfast they serve is very filling and tasty. And they leave some nibbles out to eat throughout the day! I must call out Rui, Gonzales, Daniel and the lovely kitchen staff for their ever-smiling service! Thank you, guys 🙏 We will visit again. One suggestion: Please add a light outside the bathroom in room 201. It's a bit dark near the mirror and wardrobe. Thanks.

Great location and comfortable rooms. Soundproofing is non existent though - one night, I had extremely noisy neighbors who kept running up and down stairs and shouting loudly from 5-7 in the morning.

Super nice guesthouse with an attendant working there for most of the day and night, which is good for walk-ins. The bed was super comfortable and it is in a great area!

What an amazing tranquil oasis in the heart of Lisbon. The staff was so welcoming. The breakfast is a must, if the weather cooperates they have a lovely Patio area to enjoy your breakfast outdoors. It is hard to find at first, so take a taxi and not an Uber. A Taxi and only a Taxi can get down their restricted street. You are in the heart of Lisbon with easy access to great restaurants, several tram and bus lines, and great walking, in the middle is this tranquil oasis to serve as a great place to stay.

Fantastic place which offers single rooms and apartments. Super friendly service and central location. Breakfast is a huge plus! I stayed here in December so the weather didn’t allow too much usage of the patio but I trust it’s a winner in the summer time. Please be aware that parking anywhere nearby is very difficult.

The moment you turn from the street into the backyard you enter a little place of its own. The lovely courtyard offers quietude and relaxation and you immediately feel at home. Staff is super friendly and always ready to help you with any questions you have - check with them for great restaurant tipps and places to go. Breakfast is fantastic - great variety of freshly prepared savory and sweet snacks. The rooms are cute, tidy and very comfortable. I can only recommend this place.

We had an unforgettable time at Casa do Pátio Boutique. We were met by a guy called, Daniel who was extremely friendly and managed to carry our very heavy luggage with ease to our room. The room was clean and tugged into the corner, overlooking the lovely patio area. We immidiately took some drinks from the mini bar and sat in the cute seating area outside. For the rest of our stay, Hugo was working and was also more than helpful in all our requests. He even knew when I was about to ask him if our luggage can stay later as our flight was after checkout. We also loved the area(old Town) ...close to the Time market, lots of restaurants and the ocean. Best location in my opinion and right next to the tram. We took pleasant strolls in the street each night and loved it all. Over all the stay was great. Breakfast was also amazing and a good start to the day. Thx again guys. Well be back.
