The place is a bit far from the main station. Though there is a metro station right in front. Also, you can find a supermarket nearby. There can be found eateries and fast food joints like Burger King near to the place. The location is good as it's in the area with big hotels. Plus, not too far off from the main tourist sites. The kitchen inside is spacious and there is enough cutlery and crockery for people to eat. The breakfast is great with cereals, milk, bread, chocolate spread, butter and fruit provided. What more can you ask for really? The room was spacious enough. The only downside was that there were just two toilets Cum bathrooms for the whole hostel to share.

I spent there 2 nights in the girls room. The hostel is easy to find from metro and just 20mins walk to CBD. It has friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed the stay.

Both the room and common areas were super clean. It also has a “hidden” terrace for smokers or even to just chill in the spring/ summer time. It’s 2 minutes away from Parque metro station and only 8-10 minutes walk from another metro station. 10/10 recommended

You can’t be here during the day???? We stayed last night, with the intention of working during the day before getting our 6pm bus out of Lisbon. However, the hosts asked us to leave earlier today saying they “couldn’t leave whilst we were there”. You run a hostel? It’s not a 9pm to 9am bed service, it’s a hostel. If you feel your guests can’t be there when you’re not, then it’s your responsibility to be there 24/7. Terrible business model. Not often I write a bad review, but this was embarrassing and hugely disruptive to a busy busy busy day, for no reason. We were sitting quietly in a public space working, having moved our stuff out of our room so it could be cleaned. Overnight it’s quiet, but the second people do wake up you can hear EVERYTHING. Each door has a loud beeping code on it which you hear over and over. The doors are heavy with no soft shut, so they’re all slamming constantly. There’s also loads of gone-off milk in the fridge and our blind didn’t close properly. Honestly just avoid. There’s a million other brilliant places to choose from in this beautiful city!

The hostel only has two bathrooms with the only showers inside for at least 15 people. If you're in a hurry this can be devastating. Also don't count on having access to the bathroom for emergency morning needs. We almost missed our bus. Also the breakfast consisted of toast, margarine, jam, milk and sugary cereals. Didn't see any coffee or tea. Clean place and friendly staff. Relatively quiet. No fan for hot days.

Great place if you're on a budget and you need somewhere to stop in the city. Lovely shower room and outdoor area too if you smoke.

It's the second time I stayed in this hostel this year. The location is good just near Parque metro station. The bedrooms and kitchen are clean but bathroom could be cleaner. The fridge and oven don't work. The internet connection is weak in the bedrooms. My second stay was from 15th to 22nd of August. Even staying for more than 7 nights I was charged with city tax on the 8th night. It was most of all a nice stay, except for some troubled guests on the first night.

Ideally placed for a trip into the city (opposite the "Parque" Metro station), clean rooms and very helpful staff.

I've only been to Lisbon once, and I stayed here. I didn't know much about Lisbon (and honestly I still don't), but I assumed the location wasn't great. The location was actually pretty great. Nearby there is a huge roundabout (with a statue in the middle). Take one of the exits (headed southeast) to go on a long road which eventually takes you down to markets and plazas and the beach. You'll see some similar roundabouts on the way. There is hiking nearby, and over the winter, there is a winter fair literally a two minute walk away, right next to that same roundabout. If you take the exit up the hill from the roundabout (headed northwest), you go up a hill around 5-10 blocks to reach some tall buildings including a shopping mall. The shopping mall is quite nice, and at the top you can get a great view of the city. If you take the northeast exit from the roundabout, you can see some of the older structures and palaces of the city, which look really nice. If you take the southwest exit from the roundabout, you can head towards the large basilica which was definitely interesting for me to see. Meanwhile, if you head up the road in the opposite direction from the roundabout, you can head to a fairly large museum. The museum was also interesting. Note that I went all of these places by walking over a 4 day span. I also walked to that big castle by the beach. Getting around isn't very hard, especially if you're traveling with somebody else and if you're okay to walk. The service at Lisbon Top Hostel was nice. Breakfast was bread, butter, and bananas (and probably coffee but I don't drink that). I would recommend bringing warmer layers than you're expecting, just in case. Coming from California, it was a bit cold for me.

We tried by mistake to go in another room and the same key opened the door. So if you are not inside the room to lock the door, everyone can enter!!!! The location is 50 meters away from metro. A little noise if the roommates don't respect the silence time.

Very nice hostel. The floor is very dirt but all the rest is very clean (exept that when I was there, a lot of guest were very dirt in the bathroom). The staff in nice and welcoming! The breakfast is included, it's ok but it's the same thing every morning. Also, the place is hard to find because it's not indicated from the outside of the building, it's just beside the Europcar. I recommend, you couldn't get better for the price in Lisbon!

The place is very hard to be found as it is at the fist floor of the building. The price is cheap even if for a couple looking a bed for 2 persons, we had to pay 3 separate beds in our room, so it's not a good deal. Fortunately, the mattress quality is better than all other we have tried in Porto and Lisboa (maybe the standard in cheap hotel in Portugal ?) : this time, we didn't feel the springs inside the mattress. The cleanliness is not the best quality of this hostel : mold, tartar spot everywhere in the bathroom, dirt in the room.
