I stayed at Lisbonaire Apartments in Lisbon and had an excellent experience. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, impeccably clean, and organized. The 24/7 WhatsApp support was a standout feature, providing continuous assistance. They offer garage parking, although it wasn't communicated by booking.com that a separate reservation and payment were needed. Despite this, the Lisbonaire Apartments team provided exceptional support, ensuring a seamless stay. Arriving outside regular hours can be a challenge, but their round-the-clock WhatsApp service was a lifesaver, offering continuous support. We felt well-supported, well-served, and well-treated throughout our phenomenal weekend stay in Lisbon. Highly recommend this accommodation.

The location is really good. close to main attractions, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is very spacious. The front desk staff are really friendly and they helped every time I need to move my car in/out from the building. However the bathroom has sewer smell and they don't clean the apartment especially the bathroom well.. For the price you pay, I feel that there are many other options out there.

Pleasant apartment hotel in an upscale part of Lisbon, near high-priced stores on the Avenida, but also the funky Barrio Alto section. Simple apartments but roomy and somewhat modern. The bed sheets don't fit, like we find at so many places these days. (but it's a nice big bed!) Interesting basement with a large activity table, tons of books in Portuguese, a children's play area and a small workout area. Minimal front desk services, but friendly and helpful. Great value!

Must stay here. Everything was more than we expected. They are welcoming. The place is huge and clean. They supply lots for yoy including cleaning supplies and lots of coffee pucks Will stay again and location is perfect.

Really excellent accommodation for a city break. Close to lots of bars and restaurants. We were a family of 4 and it worked really well. Would stay again if back in Lisbon. Friends got the next door apartment and worked really well.

Super clean, minimalist decor, comfy beds and pillows. Highly recommend bringing ear plugs for sleeping as it can be noisy from construction and sometimes people in the hallway. Overall very pleasant and would recommend.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchenette is well stocked. The bedding was comfortable and the linens were good quality. Location-wise, it's near ideal. It's centrally located and it's easy to walk to many attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Restaurantes subway stop is very very close and makes getting around even easier. Price was very competitive, pay attention to their booking discounts to book directly on their website. The main reason I recommend this place so much, and why we returned again, was how incredibly friendly and accommodating the staff is. The term "guest" is used so much in the hospitality industry, but we actually felt like guests here rather than customers. I can't overstate how impressed we were with the attention and consideration given to us.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Lisbon. Me and 3 friends stayed here in one of the apartments. The staff were constantly accommodating before we even arrived when asking questions etc and when we were there it was so perfect we didn't even need their help for anything after check in. The apartment itself was beautiful, we had a nice balcony view, the rooms were spotless and the provided necessities were perfect. The cleaning service is amazing, the maid even folded my clothes I had left on my bed. The building is secure and has great facilities everywhere. A nice chill out area to play pool or table football downstairs and even things for kids to play with. I'll definitely come back here in the future. The location is perfect as it's near all the nightlife, restaurants and not far from all the attractions you would like to see in Lisbon. Thank you again.

Amazing place with very complete apartments. Everything is clean and nice. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Location is great in a central area of Lisbon, easy access to the tram , subway and a lot of good restaurants around the area. When you go down to the main avenue, you also get access to some boutique shops if you have any interest in the branding goods. They have a co-working chill out space in B1, furnished with large tables , coffee machine and some board games and some books there too. And the room itself is very spacious, we came as a group of four, large room, they clean every day, change the towels. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare yourself a simple breakfast. We did that one day , they have the toaster , water boiler and capsule coffee machine and the cooker . One challenge thing in Lisbon and Portugal is always about parking , they actually have a parking in the b2 and b3 of the building accessed thru elevator, now this is the challenging part, the lift can only fit the car less than 4.6meters and our car is slightly longer than that, so we tried so hard to reverse but still can’t squeeze our car into the lift. Ok, anyone come to Lisbon will know your driving skill will be on another level after the whole trip. Luckily there is paid parking just on the underground of main avenue and not very far away. One thing to bear in mind is during the night, the room facing the street can be a bit noisy when someone was talking loud there. Very pleasant stay and I am very satisfied about the experience overall.

Inconsistency is the best word to describe the apartments. Good location but room not serviced across 3 night stay, some lights and lamps not working leading to dark room. Having a fridge and kitchenette is handy. Car parking on-site didn’t mention when booking only for small cars which led us to park offsite

Really cool little place, just around the bend. More comforts than a hotel - very modern. The location is amazing. There's A/C and it's quiet enough (we travel with a portable white noise maker, so that helps... Highly recommend one if you're a light sleeper!).

Decent but could do with a gym upgrade

This is the best place to stay in Lisbon! It's close to the center, restaurants, metro, and the train station. The apartments are big and have all the required facilities. We were traveling with a baby and the staff provided us with their baby kit that included a baby bath, high chair, bed, and even a stroller. The staff are extremely nice and we would definitely come back here again

I've stayed in these apartments almost every time I visit Lisbon. The only time I didn't I regretted every minute. I highly recommend Lisbonaire apartments.

Excellent, spacious accommodation, with wifi, full kitchen, modern amenities like USB ports at bedside. The location is a bit off the beaten path and harder to reach by foot if you're planning to do sightseeing and shopping. We split our time in Lisbon between another hotel and this place.

I love this place! My second time staying, and you really can’t beat it if you’ve got a rental car. The parking is so convenient downstairs (as long as you can navigate the lift; I had no issue). Then there’s the rest of it; the rooms spacious, the communal areas beautiful and the service is friendly too.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. Beds are comfy, the water boiler provides unlimited hot water. Dishwasher and washer supplies are restocked regularly. It's in the heart of the the city centre. Considering all that, the price is very reasonable. The also have some common areas for the guests and you can book parking with them cheaper then anywhere nearby. Highly recommend!

Great place to explore and enjoy Lisbon from. Located close (bit not on) the waterfront near lots of attractions, restuants, cafes public transportation including a train station. Nice clean large rooms with Portuguese words and phrases on the walls. The folks at the reception are super nice and helpful. There is a clothes washing machine in every apartment and a tumble dryer downstairs. Downstairs is also a lounge area with pool table, exercise area and beer, coffee, and soda for sale cheap. Room service was great. There was lots of hot water and even a dish washer. This place is an outstanding value. We will be sure to stay here when we return.

Great flat, staff and location, little family of three with a 2 years old. It was perfect they have everything you need and even more than expected! We will be back

The rooms are large and (mostly) well appointed. I say mostly because my room for example had all manner of dishes but no cutlery at all. Certain other things need work. In 2021 you need more power outlets, fellas. Also, this is clearly COVID related but reception appears unstaffed at any time. I shudder to think what would happen if I were to lose my access code. The location is great though, very central, and there’s a nice (though small) roof terrace offering an unrivalled view of the backs of two neighbouring houses

Clean, bright, modern, friendly, professional, are some descriptions. Loved the car elevator. Washer and dryer, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, the air/heater worked well.

Had a very nice stay at the Lisbonaire apartments. Very clean, very comfortable. Highly recommend! Will visit again in the future. Affordable too
