For me the place has two cons, the common zones are old I mean really old, but overall is the noise is a cheap place for party people, a group of girls came completely drunk and were making huge noise at 2.30am making impossible to sleep. About the zone, we didn't feel unsafety, it's the Alfama zone, the old part, streets are narrow and bad illuminated but as any other old part of a city, I wouldn't go through them at night alone even in my city, plus uber and taxis are really cheap.

Location is good, and access to public transport and airport are also good. Better signage for the reception on the 3rd floor would be useful. The entrance and stairs could do with some renovation, however the room was clean and quite well decorated with a small balcony. Receptionist was nice, and helpful, and overall the stay was good.

It's a shame that the room and beds were really good, but the noise from other rooms and from outside nightclub downstairs spoiled each night's sleep. If you're deaf or hard of hearing it fine!

Room was huge and very clean. Price was really high, but that seems to be common in Lisbon right now.

One of the worst services I have ever dealt with. They booked me in as under hotel but it was in fact an apartment in a very strange, shady and smelly building. They go no contact with me a few days before flying to Lisbon. They took my money and did not respond to us when we tried to check in. Very disgusting and a scammer at best. Do not book with this Airbnb hiding under as a hotel. They will for sure take your money and not provide you with a room. Thankfully I found another hotel right down the street Hotel Anjos who took us in last minute.

My mum, sister and I stayed here for one week and overall we had a pleasant stay. The location is great as it’s a 15 min walk to the centre and a 1 min walk from the metro. Also a 5 min walk from Aldi supermarket. However it was hard to find as the rooms are inside a block of residential flats and there is no clear sign post. Upon arrival we were given a warm welcome. The room was a good size and was comfortable. My two criticisms are that there was no space to hang up clothes or to store your personal belongings. Also I had to ask for my pillow cases and towels to be changed as they were a little dirty. This was dealt with kindly and efficiently.

Just the worst you can find in Lisbon!! We got here at 10:30 AM with a little baby, we asked to at least leave the luggage, which was huge because we are traveling with the baby, and the owner didn’t want us to leave the luggage (we didn’t even ask for early check-in). Disgusting!! And we are still here, waiting until 4pm on the street with a little baby!

Normal hostel with private rooms with bathroom,but smaller than expected from photos,and wall are enough thin to hear neighbors,but we liked our stay,cause staff is friendly and location is perfect

Clean, safe, friendly, comfortable, quiet, convenient for the metro. An excellent choice with access to kitchen and washing machine. Nice staff on hand around 16 hours per day. All good. If I ever go back to Lisbon I would stay here again. It is easy to get downtown with just a couple of Metro stops or a private car service (really cheap in Lisbon). Also you have three supermarkets under 2 minutes away and some nice alternative bars in the area.

dirty on the bed. the balcony is not available, because it is air-conditioned water, there are even small spiders, the toilet is small and there is no key, the door inside the toilet is dirty, and the most important thing is that the sound insulation is very poor! We spoke very quietly and were complained!
