It's very simple, but is nice, quiet, safe, very clean, staff are attentive, helpful and very friendly, well located, and cost benefits I spent 2 nights and it was good, better than many hostels with better ratings The only problem is there is no lift, but they have for your baggage.

They don't accept card to pay. It's expensive for what it really is. The toilets are a bit dirty. The staff is nice. But they really need to step up their service, not everyone has cash, and it should be a lot cheaper.

I'm sorry, this is not a real hostel. Without any real common area and traveller vibe. Good: *Location is great, near Metro station. *Reception staff is friendly. *bed light and charger socket ,locker with key available. * Check-out time is 12 pm, good point? NO GOOD: *Do not trust the photos on booking website. *very basic kitchen, no kettle. *very small seating and table, no view. *people smoke in the bathroom/toilet, and left cigarette in the WC. it's not the fault of the hostel but the uneducated people. *Tiny hallway, there is no common area except for the small seating area next to the kitchen. * Only two bathrooms(with toilet inside) are available for everybody, and the facility is old. If you are tourists, only stay here if you need a bed for a night before going to airport or leaving lisbon. I would never stay again. However the staff is nice. Thanks anyway.

Good location and price 👍, air conditioning, nice stuff and breakfast! They left me breakfast grom the evening with a cute note)) so I was leaving very early and it was very pleasant)) They have towels, shower gels and some clean bathrooms. Just rooms are not spacious. The view is pretty as well. And metro station is near. I stayed here for the second time already, so the choice was not random. And I'll choose it next time again for sure ☺️

Great hostel located in a quaint area. Good kitchen and basic bunks with free locker. Breakfast is good for the price (although I did get charged an additional Euro vs the listed price). Only accepts cash. Located on a bus and metro route

My experience in this hostel is quite mixed. On the one hand I despised the condition of the building/hostel (issues are only cosmetic though, everything worked). I disliked the lack of locks on the rooms. On the other hand the staff was really kind, I loved the facilities in the kitchen & the beds were comfortable (I didn't really trust the cleanliness of the blanket so I used my own). I liked the balcony of my room, and the supermarket next door is convenient. Payment in cash was annoying.

For 15€ a night. You get what you pay for. A bed, a locker. You get sheets but you have to rent the towels. All the bathrooms are shared. Reception closes at 10pm and opens at 10am. Stayed in a 6 person female room. Room was super cramped and I’m pretty sure 2 of them lived there.

Overpriced with exceptionally unprofessional management. Avoid unless absolutely forced to. Look into Rossio and M. Moniz areas for better options at the same (and lower) price.

good location. very friendly service. breakfast ok. cleanliness - tragic !! the bathrooms are disgustingly dirty and dingy. the rug in the room had so much rubbish, I might think - not cleaned after several stays. window - facing the wall and ventilation, so no possibility of opening. if the clean, really clean it up - it would be decent for this price, but wirh this dirt - I don't even want to mention the sight.

I hope my message helps other people not to book in this hostel. We had arranged our arraival at 12pm, however no one attended us and we had to sleep in the airport. Moreover, the building and the people coming in and out were looking bizarre and conflictive. Wouldn’t say it’s a safe place. Hostelworld should not work with them.

Good hostel ! Pretty new, really (like REALLY) clean, calm, super service and reception with kind employees. The kitchen is well equiped, and there is a supermarket really close. Would recommend it for sure, but maybe not if your main goal is to meet other guests and party or if you’re looking for a typical and charming hostel!

Total unerträghlich die Lüftung eines Restaurants führte zum Fenster unseres Zimmers alles hat gestunken, keine frische Luft. Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht den Bildern ist zwar einigermaßen sauber, aber auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert. Buche dieses Hostel am besten nicht, wir haben uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen!

I caught staph from sleeping there on my first night. Usually these kind of bugs can travel from bed to bed easely so their way of helping me was to put me in a dorm with way more people. I hope they won’t get staph as well.

High price for a low return. Very dirty bathrooms, cold rooms and kitchen. The location was alright. Would not recommend, certainly not for this price.

I wouldn’t book this hostel. The whole ceiling in the room was full of black mold and the whole hostel smelled like that. We wanted to leave right away but didn’t get our money back.

Super friendly hostel! The receptionist was so nice! The location as well is idealistic. Only problem wad that the hostel entrance is not that obvious when you walk down the street! So pay attention to the numbers!

Nice hostel with kind staff in the center of Lisbon. You have girl friendly rooms and the room we were in had 3 bump beds. Clean showers and toilets and a pretty late check-out time which relieves a lot of stress.

A disgrace! Beyond terrible .. I booked it later in the night, on arrival there was no receptionist, I called one number and I could hear the phone ringing from inside..... Second number I called, after many attempts I got a very dismissive response from someone who was half asleep..... Absolutely no details on how to enter etc etc.... One client let me in, but there was no indication as to where I could sleep.... Further more the place looked dirty and smelt very bad, at 1am I finally give up, and walked to Be Lisbon hostel, which fortunately had a receptionist and I got a comfortable and clean room to sleep in..... in the morning I texted seven hills on WhatsApp, and I got a response that was blaming me, as if it was my fault.... Extremely poor and complicated customer service.... Over all I would highly recommend you do not book seven hills hostel, the place is a complete joke!!

Cockroaches in our room and in the bathroom. Hygiene levels were very low throughout our stay. No soap in the bathroom. Precautions for covid were barely existent. Staff was nice but simply would not recommend as we felt so uncomfortable with the dirty environment.
