Location was average, in Lisbon it's anw easy to walk from a place to another. Bathroom facilitation was terrible. Just terrible. Most of the time there was no toilet paper. The shower curtain was disgusting; yellow and dirty. Only one toilet, the same room including wc, the sink and shower. So there was a long line behind you if u were in, people knocking the door impatiently while you're in. Trust me, you don't want to even step to the bathroom floor without having flip-flops. Check-in after 2pm. Storing your luggage in the hostel before chek-in costs 5€. People shouting, cooking, speaking loudly during the evenings and nights till 3am. Running in and out of the dorms. VERY restless place to stay. No lockable lockers. The only good thing was clean sheets. When we wanted to check out, it was 8am and there was no one in the "reception". One of the staff members sleep in our dorm, so we had to wake him up. He told us just to leave our keys to our beds and leave....so we did. And never came back.

The staff was really nice and helpful, but the place has a really sketchy vibe about it! It's really hard to locate, tucked away in the middle of no where. The doors are constantly open and you feel no sense of security. However it's super empty so you might end up booking a bed in a dorm and getting the entire place to yourself. So if you're looking for a place that's quite send dosen't require interaction with your dorm mates, this might just be your place!

No English speakers at the desk... the toilet was quite old and rusty. Everything was quite cramped. However, the location is excellent and In a very nice and central area, and the cheap price was worth the low quality. Definitely go there if your on a budget and don't mind spending a night or two in a low grade hostel I payed about 10€ a night!

Central location, up on the hill, so if you having lot of luggage use public transport or taxi to avoid sweating. Imagine two flats on the second floor been refurbished as a Hostel. 2 bathrooms for near 20 ppl. In full occupancy. Tiny kitchen and no lounge where to eat. Dorms just have USB plugs for charging phones, so working/charging lapttop might be problematic, but as WiFi signal is very weak you might not need it. It works at tiny reception, so you can try to use Google translate to communicate with the staff instead finger language as some of them not speaking English at all. Overall price and quality match service.

Unfortunately this place disappointed us. It is really cheap, but dirty, far from the center and unfortunately not whole team can speak English. The walls are really thick so you can hear every word from the corridor. We felt really upset staying there during our vacation

So average :( The price is what brought me here, but I guess I regretted it. Unattentive staff and no public area - so you either have to be out of the hostel or on your bed.

It was quite dirty, will mold on the walls and dirty blankets too. There was nothing to hang clothes on, and barely space for two people to move. The worst part was however, the bathroom. Really small, but that was the least. The sink is invisible, you can hardly wash your hands there. The only good thing is the location- it is very well located, 10 mins walking from the city centre and in the middle of the Alfama area, historical and with great views.
