Third floor has acceptable rooms. But don't get a room in second floor. The windows barely close, door lockers are a mess and you can hear every single little move from the rooms above.

Very good hostel, friendly staffs. Located near metro station. Gas, fridge, utensils available you can prepare, cook and eat food untill you check out. But have to buy your own groceries and wash dishes right after finishing as other may come right after. Overall its very good. Since asian shops and restaurants are nearby, it makes it very perfect to stay.

We stayed in the private double room at the 3rd floor. No fan and window very small made the room extremely hot at night, plus a lot of noise comes from other room of the hostel and of the whole building, even at night. The keys we were given did not work at the main entrance of the building. The guy running the hostel barely speaks English, and can't help if you have any trouble. The neighbourhoods are dirty (rats around the trash bins) and unsafe at night.

For a hostel, this is very good. Elevator access, good bathroom and kitchen. Room is spacious. No air-conditioning but a fan. Close to immigration service, which might be the reason for night turmoil in the street from police cars.

The rooms are nice and clean. Spacious enough. The location is also very nice. The reception staff are bit lazy and don't bother to open the door from the reception if you miss to bring the keys when going out especially in the morning.

This hostel has only one great thing is the smoking area and clean bed but ,the floor,bathrooms,kitchen are very dirty ,and the reception workers are so so so lazy I had reservation 1week before when the day came I arrived there the receptionist said come back later I'm sleeping I can't open the door now come back later I said what time he said will call you,thank god came a couple that was going upstairs they let me in when I got inside I found the guy was sleeping ge said told you come back later,I had only 3 wishes on that time 1put him with cold water with ice punch him or kick his bowls

Price wise in contrast with other hotels in Lisbon. Generous customer care.

You don't know anybody in Lisbon than go to this hostel .facilities provided by them is pretty good according to their rent of room.the cheapest hotel or hostel in Lisbon and nearest restaurant where u get your food according to taste

Peaceful place, beautiful view but completely outside the city. There is no shop, no restaurant.
