There was no brewed coffee and the staff would not make a fresh pot. The person said they have Americano but that is 1€ more. Scam!!!! My wife ordered a cafe mocha but they didn’t put the chocolate in. How hard is it to mess up coffee when that is literally the one thing you do. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff members, rude and arrogant! Not only to myself and 9 year old daughter but treated all the clients horribly! Tables were dirty as they were obviously understaffed and stressed but that doesn't make their behaviour acceptable. Was our first time in that Starbucks and will definitely not return!

Possibly the worst Starbucks. My grande latte was a quarter empty. My melted cheese croissant was cold in the middle. The toilets were out of order. The music was techno. The service was non apologetic and poor.

Drinks are good but store is not clean and too delay for taking orders and serve even don't have much clients. Overall atmosphere is average comparing other startbucks store.. different Frappe is the best one i like always.

I visited here on 7 july evening around 7:30 pm with some friends and ordered iced lattes the coffee were worst i ever had and the staff who was preparing our coffee misbehaved with us when we try to complain, which was very unacceptable. I personally felt the staff did that because we are asian ,therefore if you wish to get racially abused by paying money then only visit here else i recommend noone to visit this place and felt as i and my friends were become racist victims very disappointed

We arrived to this Starbucks one hour before closing time. It looked nice, even though the soft chairs were in the horrible condition, must be changed. When we were seated the staff immediately started to clean the floor all around the customers, preparing the closing. One hour before the closing time. First they were sweeping the dirt on the floor, the dust and hair that were flying all around in the places where people drink and eat, later washing the floor with BLEACH that smelled super intense and horrible all over the space. The buckets were very dirty. The actions were done right next to the customers. Later they started to deal with the trash, taking huge garbage from the kitchen. Was really horrible and disgusting. The staff should do this actions after closing. Sturbacks is famous for their service but in this case, it was an awful experience. Not what you expect for paying the drink 6 euro per person. The staff wasn’t friendly as well. Shame on you Starbucks. What a disappointment!

I had a good experience with the this branch of Starbucks. Cinnamon roll was burnt i asked them to change it and they did it the way i wanted. Thanks for the staff.

This is an unfortunate example of a single store letting down an otherwise trustworthy brand. Hot inside - air conditioning might be a good idea at 90°F outside. All toilets out of use with bins piled in front. Slow staff, took unusually long to make two cups of coffee with no other orders. Not surprised it's not at all busy despite peak season and a city heaving with sightseers. Awful.

The pasteis was good but avoid the drinks. It was like water with a little taste of lime (I ordered refresha cool lime) and with an absurd amount of ice.

Funny because we read someone here saying that this place was "good for a quick coffee" and that turned to be an inside joke for us during this trip to Lisbon because we actually spent like an hour everyday resting here😂 Quite a big place, delicious pasteis de nata and white chocolate chip cookies, and covid measures are respected here so all good!

Expensive coffees, a lot of products are consistently missing, and you don't get quality at this price because they use the cheapest milk (Mimosa) which tastes really bad. I stopped taking Latte there and started to take expressos, which is really good but once in 5-6 times, they do it without replacing the coffee powder. So sometimes you will have to throw your coffee without drinking it. The place is rather nice.

This is one of the few Starbucks locations in Lison but if you want good sweet ice coffee than it’s the place to come. It’s just like any other Starbucks and the employees speak English as many tourist come here.
