Cozy and lovely restaurant with fast and friendly service plus tables for 1 to 10 people. Delicious fish and great selection of wine

It was our first night here in Lisbon and we wanted to try some authentic Portuguese food so we chose this place as it was rated well but when we got there it was empty and we tried to give it the benefit of the doubt as it was 7pm but as the night progressed it did not get much more full maybe one or two tables other than ours showed up on a Tuesday. The tomato soup was very watery and salty. I ordered the creamy cod and it was not that satisfying, it tasted like bland creamy cheese. Although they told me my white sangria was not going to be sweet it just tasted like white wine with a bunch of fruits mixed in nothing like any white sangria I’ve had before. My friend said her cod also tasted like nothing so all in all it was underwhelming. I can’t say I would recommend anything here we tried so unfortunately it’s a pass for me.

Great service and a lovely place to have non rushed meal. Their wine selection was great too. We had cod dishes, chorizo sausage and some pasta and it was all very tasty. We recommend.

Really good! This place was near our hotel and had seating inside and outside. They seem to serve food all day which is different to a lot of Lisbon restaurants (shut at 3pm before reopening later). I had the Portuguese steak, fried egg and chips. It was delicious, the steak was thin and beautifully cooked, would recommend. Good amounts of garlic in the dish also. Was surprised how reasonably priced the food and drink is. The food was also super quick to arrive.

Wow. The daily special is a great bargain. I posted a photo of the cute chicken pot pie and salad. I came back to try the chicken partridge sausage in nuts and honey. The owner told me the story of how the recipe came from 16th century Jews trying to avoid the inquisition by eating sausage made from chicken so still kosher. I’m like, this is why I come to Europe. Stories. Stories with food. Well, food first, and then stories are good lol. The drunken pears in red wine with vanilla ice cream is divine and when I was done I picked up my plate and drank the wine/ice cream mixture. So good.

We came here on our first night in the city after seeing such positive reviews. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly gentleman who showed us to our seat. The atmosphere was cosy with a heritage feel and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

My family and I very much enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive and if it was delicious. We ordered two paellas, a salad, and an octopus dish - Everything was very tasty. We all agreed to paella was better than what we’ve had in Spain for similar price ranges. Price for beers was also reasonable! We’d definitely return !

Essen war O.K. aber auch nicht mehr. Mussten sehr lange warten, da anscheinend die Küche mit der Anzahl der Gäste überfordert war.

Really good traditional food. I unfortunately have a condition and had to throw up multiple times. That probably made them really worried I might sue them in the future, so they were super nice. (I’m joking, they were just genuinely concerned). It’s not easy to see from the street so not too busy either.

This is the first time I've ever had Polvo à Lagreiro (and also the pastel de bacalhau) , and it was great. The staff are friendly too. There is wifi and you can ask them for the password as it's not written down.

Great experience and food! One of the only ones open throughout the day, in that area! And that's very handy when you are doing lots of stuff and just realize that you need to eat! The food was very good, and I fully recommend it!

Awesome local spot!! Everything on the menu is delicious and the staff are a good time. Went here 2 out of 3 nights in Lisbon and would go back for a fourth. I don’t know what they do to their Pasteis De Natas but they are 100% the best in Lisbon.

Outstanding, from the broccoli soup, to the feta and spinach pastry, to the incredible Paladarium signature dish. 6 stars would be too little.

Fantastic ceiling in the place. The cod bake was good. The paella dish was also good. The roast chicken was less so. My main complaint was that I couldn't get a cell signal and their wifi was locked. Wish they'd open that up to guests.

This place is just another tourist trap. An "authentic Portuguese cuisine" cooked and brought to you by Indians. As you want your Indian food to be cooked by Indians, you want your authentic Portuguese cuisine to be cooked by locals. The food will disappoint you. Dine elsewhere.

Food was good, we were the only people there so we definitely had the waiters full attention. Went during happy hour but didn't get drinks. Fairly quick service, food made fresh.

Unglaublich leckeres Essen! Von außen etwas unscheinbar aber wir waren so begeistert, dass wir dort jeden Tag Essen waren. Die Kellner sind freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen frisch und lecker und das Ambiente stimmt auch !!!

Delicious, elevated traditional Portuguese food. Great restaurant, nicely decorated in a lovely setting. The food was delicious and was traditional food, done to a high standard, with a nice list of wines to accompany the food. I had a lovely tuna salad (using the dark meat of the tuna) tomato and onion., which tasted fresh and flavoursome. As a main, I had octopus, which was cooked to perfection and remained nice and tender, in a lovely rich Juice/sauce. For dessert I had a pumpkin almond cake which was moist and with a nice balance between sweetness and spices. Other diners enjoyed their dishes which included chicken liver with pears, veal, fig ice cream and pear poached in red wine. The service was friendly and attentive and the final bill was on the par with some of the more touristic places.

Best restaurant we had in Lisbon, a lot of good plate, a lot of good sangria and a lot of smile ! Thx for this moment ! Will come again for sure. Staff ate very friendly.

During our stay in Lisbon my friends and I went twice to this restaurant. It's close to the hotel. The waiter who served us was friendly, courteous, and willing to satisfy our needs. The first time, we asked for baked codfish filette with salads and potatoes, chicken breast, fries, and salad. The 2nd one is linguine a la carbonara, sea food rice, and octopus. Everything was delicious. Affordable prices and good portions.

A very welcoming atmosphere. A menu varied enough for those of us wanting to try Portuguese food but also pizza and pasta for the milder pallet. With so much choice and local to our hotel we went back for a second night and was instantly recognised and made to feel special.

Decided to sit down here because it was convenient but so happy we did! The food and service were amazing. Our kids even loved it too!

Extremely tasty properly Portuguese food. Had a very kind waitress, explaining us a lot about the dishes and their history. It's a little off the main tourism roads and a little quieter to actually relax and enjoy. Definitely would recommend going here. It's worth it

Lovely meals with a great range of dishes to choose from. We ( group of 4) ate there 2 evenings in a row and had no trouble finding a new favourite dish each night. Friendly and attentive staff, great hosts that ensure a pleasant dining experience. A little out of the main tourist areas and well worth the walk for a more genuine and pleasant dining experience.

Delicious Algarve carrot, garlic, olive oil and vinegar salad. The sweet potato and garbanzo beans curry dish also delicious, and more than I could finish. Excellent dessert of drunken pear and Portuguese almond cookie. And friendly service! Highly recommend

Cocktails were great, atmosphere was weak with a single television loudly playing music in the front entrance. The dishes were quite overpriced with two children’s dishes costing over 18 Euros for butter pasta and red sauce pasta. Staff was extremely polite, but again you’re there to eat great food, not hang out with staff. Overall, would not recommend.
