They
have
a
lot
of
better
quality
products
and
products
you
won't
find
in
other
supermarkets.
But
you
will
(over)pay
a
premium
price...
However
their
online/delivery
service
is
1
star,
which
is
odd
considering
the
clientele
they
cater
to.
Delivery
fee
is
quite
high:
some
€7
(free
of
you
spend
more
than
€140).
I've
ordered
onions,
potatoes,
lettuce,
eggs
and
other
very
common
produce,
indicating
they
could
substitute
the
brand
or
call
me:
instead
nothing
arrived.
How
are
they
out
of
all
of
these
things?
Consider
at
least
a
third
of
things
you
order
will
not
arrive
(my
experience
placing
5
orders
in
the
past
year),
which
makes
them
highly
unreliable,
especially
considering
you
expect
premium
service
for
how
much
you
pay.
Support
team,
although
friendly,
don't
solve
your
problems
without
contacting
them
again
and
again,
making
it
hard
to
get
refunds
for
items
charged
but
not
received
(!).
Go
there
and
shop
in
person,
if
you
can,
if
you
want
very
good
quality
items
and
a
nice
selection
than
other
supermarkets
(4
stars?).
But
I
don't
recommend
shopping
online
(at
least
not
supermarket,
though
other
reviewers
are
complaining
about
other
departments
too)
as
you'll
most
likely
be
disappointed
-
and
frustrated.
EDIT:
After
my
first
review
5
months
ago,
I've
tried
their
online
delivery
services
a
few
more
times.
It
seems
like
the
disorganization
with
this
service
was
not
only
due
to
new
changes
because
of
Covid.
My
last
order
was
missing
20%
of
the
items
ordered
-
chicken,
meat,
bread,
shampoo.
I
was
relying
on
this
order,
but
ended
up
having
to
rush
out
to
buy
groceries
from
another
supermarket
because
they
were
not
reliable.
And
I
haven't
heard
from
their
customer
service
despite
leaving
formal
complaints.
