Inside the commercial centre ( Chiado ) it’s e possible to find some variety of shops ( with the ‘restaurants ‘ and fast food on the top floor. Here, in this shopping centre we can also find downstairs Fnac,the French franchise ( selling a great variety/collection of books - which it’s nice - once few brands/ book shops seem to have survived the digital wave ( ebooks). And here we can take our time and look at a great choice of titles about different subjects/areas ( literature,novels, art, photography, manga/cartoons - quite a good choice). Public toilets can be found on top near the restaurants area which it’s handy.

Good for shopping Clothing, beauty items, music, good food for a light meal. Once you are there you should have at least a coffee at Brasileira just across the building entrance. The area around has Nice shops, Portuguese hand made and designer ceramics, premium quality Portuguese shoes, flowers shops, art supplies, traditional pastries, etc. The church is pretty and free to visit. Good during summer or winter time. I would give it more or less 2 hours if you’re around.

It is a good place but the elevators are few and their speed is extremely slow. If you're interning from the Metro station side you will have to wait for few minutes because the elevators take time. You can avoid the wait time if you take the stairs and climb 3 stories and enter the main fnac floor from there you have access to multiple shops.

Had to wait for 3 elevators because people (even staff!!!) who were perfectly capable of walking would not get off for someone in a wheelchair, even though there are escalators in the building. The disabled toilet is just used by anyone and is absolutely disgusting. This place does not deserve the wheelchair icon. And I had to wait for a long time until there was finally someone to operate the elevator before I could finally leave this disabled unfriendly place.

Unfortunately I've not spent enough time in Armazéns to be able to give a thorough review. However of what I've seen, this shopping centre seems to have a good variety of stores, including a good FNAC with helpful staff, and really good, clean toilets with a view (never thought I'd say that!). The building is well located for those who want to wander around Baixa area and possibly Cais do Sodré.

It's a great place to eat some food. It also has a good brazilian restaurant called 'Sabor Gaucho' inside the building and you can enjoy all the meal in a "buffet mode". For tech lovers, this building has a fantastic store 'FNAC' which store you can find everything & all kind of stuff!!!

Quite nice inside. Range of stores. Not crowded when I visited in January. Range of eateries in food court upstairs that looked interesting and reasonable value. Apparently free toilets but some reviews suggested they weren’t in the best state.
