Loved everything about this place ... except the bed bugs. Was in Portugal 5 days prior to check in, no problem. First night here, about 6-9 bites on my left leg. Second night, more bites on both legs. Third night, did not sleep in bed.

Fabulous location. Rooms are nice and very clean. The bed was not super comfortable, but that's my only complaint.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Sink was a little small but hey you can make do. Tried to reach front desk at 11:30PM but to no avail. It’s a small operation so no complaints but do be mindful. Location was excellent for a tourist. Easy access to just about the entire city. Highly recommend!

A very nice clean place to stay if you're ever in Lisbon. It felt like a quaint little condo. The location is fantastic...very close to all the prime areas as well as the metro (maybe 5 minute walk?). There is no one to check you in and out. They will email you an entry code a day or two before your arrival. This unlocks the main door as well as door to your room. No keys required! There is also a locker area where you can put your baggage in case you arrive too early and your room isn't ready yet. They also give you free bottles of water which is great since water seems to be a precious commodity in the EU. The hosts are available next door as well if you have questions. However, I think the room needed more electrical outlets. I only saw 1 near the tv and 1 in the bathroom. Also, the temperature seemed difficult to regulate. We tried to turn on the fan or AC since it was hot but it seemed to only blow out hot air. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would book here again.

We stayed in room #9 and it was as very quiet location considering it’s on one of the main street in Lisbon. The host was very helpful and sent us a detailed parking map when I was concerned about parking our rental. The room and bathroom were immaculate when first arriving. Walking distance to almost everything.

Amazing if you’re under 40, under 50 and not American. Bit older and the street noise might take away few Zs. Huge room and restroom, clean, pretty much under 5 minutes walking distance to tram 28, subway station, bar scene, great food, and tons of pictures. Only gripe was street noise (rooms facing street) and having to get on my knees for power outlet. But definitely recommend and will book again.

Well located. Super noisy : street, neighbors above and you can hear what happens in hotel hallway. Bed/pillow uncomfortable. We asked for additional pillow and staff commit to bring it but was not in the room when back at the hotel. Do not recommend that place.

The staff was very friendly when we arrived and everything went smoothly during our stay. We got a large room facing the street with lots of natural light. It can get a bit noisy with the windows open, but the shutters do a good job of dampening the noise when needed. The cleanliness of the room and the room service during our stay was impeccable. We liked the fact that we had a single pin code for both the front door and the one to our room. It was nice not having to worry about bringing keys. It's located very centrally within walking distance of all the major sights in Lisbon. We couldn't have asked for a better location and can warmly recommend staying at Hall Chiado!

Everything from the check-in to the check-out was managed with care and the communication with the staff worked very well. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. Located in a very central and vibrant area a stroll away from shops, restaurants, bars and transport. We definitely enjoyed our stay in Lisbon!

Not priceworthy. - good location - rooms are clean However - super noisy - no ventilation except open window (what makes it even more noisy and smell like on the road) - bed is not so comfortable

Lovely “not a hotel”. Clean, excellent shower and friendly staff. Well located.

Excellent service due the fact we could rebook our booking that was non-flexible to other dates. The communication about the keyless (code) entry and pre-arrival information was sufficient and clear. The room itself was spacious, silent and had all the amenities you'l need. There is no breakfast included but within a walk of a few minutes you will find many breakfast options. The location is on a somewhat steep hill, but hey it's Lisboa!

Excellent location, rooms on the inside a little dark but quiet, decor is minimalistic but also aesthetically pleasing.

Good little hotel to stay. Room was well equipped, soap and shampoo included. The girl at reception was very helpful, even helped us bring up our heavy bags. Close to metro and ferry station. Many restaurants near by.
