Great staff. Lovely and helpful receptionists, cleaning ladies🫶. There was one lovely and funny lady with glasses, that said in her witty way that my room number doesn't exists. She made me a day with that joke. Could hear every word, laughter and sigh from next room, due thin walls. Specialy fom ladies that were in room number 1005. Small bathroom.

Booked a room with my family in November. The room was cold and the heating was not working. We asked at the reception and were told nothing could be done about it. The building's central heating had not been swtiched to provide heating. We asked for a blanket and were told none could be provided to us. There were no blankets in the rooms in any cabinet or wardrobe. We asked for our money back so we could go to another hotel. We were told that could only be handled by the management the next day. I guess it's one of those places where after they have your money in their account they don't care about you anymore. If you wish to encourage such customer management practices, go ahead and book a room here but maybe, only maybe, you will be the next victim.

Everything seems fine - breakfast is great, room size etc, faculties etc BUT you can literally hear the notification beeps of the mobile phone in the next room (which is not good when somebody is having a instant messaging chat at 1am). I don’t understand how a modern hotel can have such a non existence level of sound insulation - it ruins everything not to be able to sleep properly. I have another night here and hope the hotel can help.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Room 1106 Really bad drainage smell coming from toilet and bedding had brown makes on it We hired a suite due to child travelling with 2 adults After staff came and seen problems no good will offered the then tried to split us up family of 3 in to 2 room s So we asked for a full refund we rejected the room only here for 2 days Time was 5 pm lucky the holiday in had room And €120 cheaper Please beware of this company When things go wrong a good professional manger usually can use there training and experience to resolve these things Be careful Of the hygiene here Very concerning I Looking at your reply why would I want 2 rooms when we hired a suite and no good will offered the bedroom and toilet was stinking of poo from a bust soil stack pipe If you don’t class this as a cleanness problem you need re trained !!! Seriously I’m contacting head offices when back in the Uk About this problem and your professionalism can’t believe not put your hand up say you got it wrong but to insult me it’s a Health risk It’s worse type of smell / gas that can be breathed in Bathroom also door has gaps around it some smell in room all the time Please don’t insult me Hopefully other can choose The manger was very unprofessional We were only there 2 days I want to hire one room Pay for 1 room You were going to charge me for 2 rooms why would I want to pay for 2 bathrooms 2 tvs We ended up in holiday in continental which was excellent and €120 cheaper! 4star My advise is don’t take 1106 room and definitely shop about Ps We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago With no problem but this occasion they got it wrong and the bedding with brown marks Come on either not been changed or You need more detergent in the washing machine Either way Terrible I hope nobody else has this terrible experience After reading trip advisor There are complaints of the drainage smell on the top floor This was a guest in May!!! I knew this was long term problem your masking off pretending 1st time it happened or it just happened today Come on be honest it does pay to be this

Our stay was awful, we stayed 3 days and had 3 different complaints. The shower was leaking, so every time we had a shower the floor in the bathroom would be soaked wet, we complained and they didn’t do anything about it. Then at night the safe started beeping so loudly, we called reception and they were “busy” so we had to suffer this beeping for one hour but then we got a headache so we left the hotel, we came back 3 hours after that and the safe was still beeping so loud. Then we went down to reception and refused to enter the room until they fixed it, only then a staff member went up to the room and removed the battery from the safe. Finally, we bought vouchers to breakfast, but we did not have time to breakfast that day but still refused to reimburse us even though they saw on the system that we paid for breakfast and did not eat there that day. They were questioning this as we wanted to steal breakfast! What a shameful horrible way to treat customers from a supposedly well reputed hotel!

Really good value accommodation in Lisbon close to the metro. Friendly service at reception and room was well equipped and clean.

Great stay, terrific, helpful staff, breakfast was wonderful with nice long hours. Great location close to Metro stations. The walls are a bit thin for room noise, but it wasn't awful, we used a white noise app to find peace. I would stay here again for sure.

Great lovely hotel if you are in Lisbon for a weekend. Clean, tidy and staff very helpful! Also gives you a chance to take in some of the views and sites around the city if you opt to walk into town rather than use the underground. Approximately a 20-25 minute walk 👌

I came to Portugal and stayed at 3 different hotels as a part of my trip. I didnt really like any of the hotels I stayed in as there was so many bits and bobs but when I came to ibis styles I was greeted by the staff so friendly and guided me to my room. I came for my honeymoon and they honestly surprised me by the decorations and the desert they kept for us it was just unexpected as previous hotels we stayed in didn't do anything for us at all and ibis styles went way beyond there stars and made our trip unforgettable.! Clean room clean bed sheet and amazing decoration. Thank you ibis styles

Though the hotel is located at a quite busy junction we'd no complaints regarding traffic noise. Even though we kept the window open throughout the night. Bus and metro stations are close by however we walked every time when we were headed towards the old town. Our room was spacious and clean, and it offered a TV, a safe and an aircon. Once we had figured out how the aircon worked we were able to maintain a pleasant room temperature. The bathroom was as well clean, convenient and functional and the shower wasn't too tiny either. The breakfast buffet offered quite some variation of bread rolls, croissants and certain cakes and pastries. Furthermore available was brewed coffee, tea and juice, as well as cheese, cold cuts, eggs, jam, honey and cereals. I think there's enough for every taste (if you have a western taste... meaning to say there's no rice for Asian guests for instance. But hey!... you're in Europe!). The buffet got constantly refilled. The only thing at the buffet we did not appreciate was the hard boiled eggs. They were already peeled and obviously kept over night in the refrigerator. At least that was our impression. As a result we had hard, ice cold & rubbery eggs for breakfast. We suggest to boil them in the morning and serve them in their shells. The staff was always very friendly, responsive and helpful. Our room service was great. We want to express our gratitude especially to Katya who was responsible for the cleanliness of our room (406).

We had a standard room with queen size bed. The room was clean and maintained daily including clean towels. Hair dryer in the bathroom. Great delicious breakfast for a reasonable price. Staff was very friendly a helpful. The location is excellent, near metro station and very close to the centre. I have absolutely no complaints. A very good hotel!.

I have stayed in room 1101 courteously upgraded this time. This room's view is toward Eduardo VII Park. The heading is therefore quieter than this of other rooms we have stayed in previous trips that are looking towards the crossroad between Antonio Augusto de Aguiar and Fontes Pereira de Melo boulevards. As regards the crew, a very friendly, efficient and helpful group of young professionals that know how to please their clients.

Very nice and clean accommodation in modern style right in the city centre, amazing breakfast. It's a pity there is no free hotel parking for guests. We spent there only one night before our flight.

Hotel itself is in prime location and is excellent value for that location. We knew this is no Ritz or Continental so for the price range it is good. Hotel Is clean and room is fine. We were met friendly and provided all requests. So the first impressions are wonderful. However. It was infuriating stay. First night and morning everything was fine. But since evening of the second day someone absolutely insane moved to one of the rooms next to us. 9:30 pm. Our 7 year old is sleeping. Im dozing off my hub watching tv on volume 10. A call from reception.: there is a woman complaining there’s too much noise from your room. I asked receptionist if she hears the noise on the phone with me. She said no but the woman insists there is noise. I said that clearly not from our room This morning and our last day. Pretty much only day we had to sleep in late-8am i got woken up by a call from reception. Everyone else is sleeping. Again. Same woman complaining about the noise from our room. At this point i was fuming and said that we are all sleeping and the woman hears noises in her head clearly. So my question to the hotel is: Why is no one coming up to check first if there is a noise before waking guests up at 8am on Sunday especially if previously it was already clear that noise complain was made up (for whatever the crazy client that hears it wants to use it) and secondly why don’t they tell the crazy client that she is in town centre and it will be noisy and if she wants to be in absolute silence she should take tents to the woods. Alternatively Cemitério do Alto de São Joãois just 10 min away and it would be quiet there for her. Generally this is the worst experience of guest care we have ever experienced in any country of the world we have been to.

Sehr gut! Wir waren zufrieden.

I asked for some details for my room and this was done. Thank you Ibis team to make my stay in Lisbon a great experience. Reception was very kind and sweet. And the cleaners was really nice. My room was cleaned every single day I stayed and the personal in the bar in the afternoon was very nice as well.

Immer wieder gerne.

This hotel is walking distance to the centre. Close to the red bus tours. It is kept very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The bedroom was not big and the bar area lacked character. The staff were friendly

Stayed there 3 nights. We had different rooms in between 2nd and 3rd night. From the 2nd to 3rd night we have to bring the luggage down to the luggage room and put it there until a room is available. The room we had during the first 2 nights was perfect. Spacious and quiet with a balcony. The 3rd night room is more noisy with the traffic noise on the 9th floor. Breakfast was OK. Not very special but for the price you pay it’s acceptable. Just sometimes it’s annoying for the long wait for the elevator especially in the morning before and after breakfast. Location was great. Easy walking distance to the metro and busses right in front of hotel.

Nice option for a basic stay at 65€/night at the city centre.

This ranks as one of the worst value for money hotels I have ever experienced with Accor. The rooms are small and so minimalistic and spartan in design even for a 3 star hotel. Location is also not near any tourist area although there is a subway station nearby. Maybe suitable for business traveller who are conducting their business nearby. Hotel has no parking facilities although the website says there is parking access. Hotel does not even have a drive way proper. I had to illegally park my rental car along the road while I dashed into the hotel to grab my luggage bag and quickly load it in the back. And the worse part is the noise insulation. On the first night, I could hear the occupant in the next room coughing away the whole night. Poor thing but that affected my sleep badly. Thank god he stayed only for one night. And their elevators, they are small and very slow. I had to wait 10 mins before I could finally get in with my luggage bags because all those that stopped on my floor were full. And full mean maybe 3 to 4 persons. Maybe for those who are travelling light, there is the option of taking the stairs.

A hotel right in the middle of the city, with the subway station just 2 blocks away and a major retail store, within walking distance to every major attraction, you can't ask for more, rooms are ok, if you stop by, this place is right for you.

It was not the room I booked ,they told me when I arrived there that they are in constructions in the room I should get ,it was on the last floor, not nice to tell me before because they knew I wouldn't sleep there . It's okay for one or two nights if you can't get nothing better.

We stayed here for 4 nights beginning of Sep 21. Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is good - just a few minutes od walking to blue or yellow metro line. Unfortunately breakfast here is not appropriate for gluten-intolerant people, as they do not offer gluten-free option.

  • 3/5 Kun Q. 1 year ago on Google
+ great location: there are bus stops and metro stations within walkable distance, and it’s surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. - sound proofing is non existing though. During my stay, despite being on the 9th floor I could hear vividly the traffic, people talking on the corridor, and even people next door using hair dryer. Luckily I’ve got my ear plugs with me.

The staff was very friendly and the room clean and tidy. Location is also great. The only thing I didn't quite like was the breakfast. All 4 days we had cold hard boiled eggs with no options to upgrade to freshly cooked ones. (fresh cheese was incredibly good)

Well localized hotel next to two subway station, good rooms with nice view of Lisbon, beautiful restaurant with good drinks and food and a real friendly team. Really worth it!

Room was basic but nice. Booked for longer than a week so was considered a long stay, meaning the room was only cleaned once a week but they didn’t come to clean the room the day that I chose. (I had to call to get someone to come) Reception staff were all rude. Had four encounters with four different staff members on the reception and they weren’t at all helpful and very rude. The cleaning staff who came to change the towels and clean were very nice. Room was supposed to include all essentials for a long stay but doesn’t include fridge or even a kettle. “Essentials” seemed to be only shampoo and body wash. I had a completely different experience in the ibis hotel in Natal, Brazil. Very disappointed.

Stayed at this hotel from a Sunday to a Wednesday. Stayed in room 1109 which was supposed to be a superior room with coffee machine and balcony. Well, it didn't have a coffee machine and the balcony was only 1 foot deep, it only just fit a chair on it. But hotel was one minute walk to Parque underground so location was excellent. Also aldi is just around the corner!

I live next door to this hotel. Almost everyday the Staff use the restaurant at 1AM in the morning to do parties or talk loud, and don't let us sleep. They drag the chairs from the restaurant everyday at 7AM and 11PM. This is for sure a low quality place. They should NOT drag the chairs and STOP making noise and party at the middle of the nights, to let the neighbors and guest sleep.

Balanced price-service. Clean. Good breakfast. Next to Parque Eduardo VII, and easy acces to Marques de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade, with nice night seeing and fancy restaurants. But also close to a pharmacy and and fastfood.

Stayed for 3 nights in a family room, rooms are small but clean and tidy with a nice bathroom and a good shower. Beds are super comfy. Staff where all friendly and helpful. And there is a decent continental style breakfast. Did miss having tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Overall a pleasant place to stay at a reasonable price.

It was good experience staying in ibis styles Lisboa Centro in our recent visit to Lisbon. Rooms are of decent size They could however have more options for vegetarian in their continental breakfast specially when people are moving towards vegan diet. Also their heating/cooling system could be easier to manage specially the cooling side of it

It was a terrible experience with the reception of the hotel. We have a problem with the Lisbon metro and we explained to them that the metro power got cut and we would be late for check out and also explained if they want they could remove our luggage the person told me, ok, no problem you can come and remove. When we reached the hotel one hour after the call the reception told us you need to pay 50% more, we explained all the situation bit for them they do not care. It’s necessary to have a better management work because is a fully poor communication between their team. Never use this hotel anymore!!!

I had a wonderful birthday in Lisbon and in this hotel

No parking, extra city tax + it looks way different then what we saw in in the photos. Room smells moldy. No worthy at all and a very bad decision!

During my stay in 02/2024 for 4 nights, the room was quite specious and had plenty of storage for 2 persons to unpack their belongings. Bed was quite comfortable and large. Ensuite bathroom was also normal sized and large mirror. Shower was functioning gine, with great temperature control and awesome pressure. The reasons why I gave a 4 stars are 1) Air-conditioning was working-ish but was not cooling or warming...it was simply recycling the air And 2) the shower was leaking some water slowly and gradually which required changing towels and careful attention when entering l/exiting
