I’m really upset about dimension of the bed. I booked a room for 2 and we get a single large bed. 120cm large 😞 we slept here for 6 night like 2 sardinhas in the can. I knew it was a cheap hotel, that why I didn’t expect anything special, and nothing special there is, but at least a normal size of the bed. I read on Internet that European hotel must have 180cm for a couple. They just proposed us to change room for a bed of 120cm and another single bed (so sleep for one week in different bed with my wife) and pay extra for the large room. The just good things is the smile of some receptionist (mostly were nice person) and the coffee shop down the hall. Stop.

For the price, the hotel is really great as long as noises from other rooms or hallways don’t bother you. The staff was really kind and friendly the location is great, close to everything. The rooms are beautiful for the price but they really have some issues with the room doors (seen this in other reviews and I can confirm it is an issue). Basically the doors don’t close properly so you have to always make sure you pull/push them properly to securely close them. On top of that, the doors are not properly sealed. Our room’s door had a gap at the bottom and you could see the light leaking in the room, for same reason you could hear every movement and noise from the hallway and even from the other rooms… If this issue would be fixed I would happily give them a 5 star rating

IF YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE A FISH IN A CANN- WELCOME TO THE EASY HOTEL . We booked the double room online for one week with my husband. We arrived at the hotel at 12, and checking was at 15. To keep our luggage they asked 5euro! Anyway it’s still ok. When we get to the room, we were so disappointed because the size of the bed was 120cm. Which is according to the European standards of the hotel it’s totally wrong! 120cm can be just for single room. So we complained about it and they offer us another room with two separate bed. I even can’t imagine how I have to spend my holidays sleep one week not with my husband. Insane! Another thing- smell in the bathroom is disgusting. There is no ventilation and you can see fungal in the shower. A tap is like in the airport, you can’t use water as you want. I found it really bad. If you want to have a calm night- prepare yourself with earplugs. But it even didn’t help. Just next to the hotel is recycling station. At 1 and 7 in the morning there is coming a car to collecting a glass. I think you can imagine this beautiful sound. In the attachment you can find a picture. if you don’t want to ruin your vacation- stay away from this place.

I would have never booked this hotel. Their fees nickel and dime you for early check in fees, there is a fee is you want to check out past 10am. This place is inexpensive, yet they use these fees to make up their profits. After I wrote my original review of easyHotel, I am updating it now because their manager, Mr. Santos called me to apologize yet I was also incorrect as I blamed easyHotel for something that I was on the phone with Booking.com, and they still has not acknowledged or responded to my letter of complaint. I have attached my original review and again request that easyHotel forgives me at lashing out at their kind staff for several moments in the presence of Mr. Santos.

The property is a killer deal for the price. Very centrally located, and there is a nearby market to satisfy any small quick needs. The only drawback I would say about the hotel is the bathroom. For some reason, it always smelled faintly of sewage. In addition, the sealant on the shower leaks water, so after a 5-10 minute shower, we saw substantial amounts of water on the bathroom floor. We stayed in two different rooms for two separate bookings, and these were issues for both rooms, so I suspect other rooms would have similar issues. Overall, great deal for the price.

+ Very nice hotel , if you look for simplicity and functionality. The room was big enough (for 1 person). Every day, the room has been cleaned, and the towels have been changed. The service I got from all the members of the staff was warm and welcoming. - The tap with the timer is not comfortable... The air conditioner in the room (Fabruary) was on cold... After my complaint, the little heater was provided, and it solved my problem.

This is a good and cheap hotel to stay for one or two nights. We got a corner room with a beautiful view. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was a kettle and a safe. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is really great. Situated in a really good neighborhood of Lisbon. The rooms are clean, and comfortable (though a bit on the tiny side). The beds are incredibly comfortable! And the Aircon system works so well. You can set it to any specific temperature you like, and it works really well and silent too. I really can't find anything to complain about. Value for money is good (compared to the other overpriced accommodation options in Lisbon!) Really recommend this hotel. Simple, yet very pleasant

I have previously enjoyed an excellent stay at this hotel, so had no hesitation to book again. However this time my room was awful, being on the 1st floor it is so loud it's as if you are trying to sleep in the road itself. Non stop noise all night and the windows provide no protection whatsoever. Reception were not helpful at all when I asked if any other rooms were available. I would no longer recommend a stay at this hotel.

Title: Pleasant Stay Despite Small Room and Initial Warmth Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My partner and I recently stayed at the easyJet Hotel in Lisbon, and despite the small room size, our experience was quite enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere for a short stay was not a significant issue. Upon arrival in January, we found the room a bit warm as the cold air conditioning wasn't set up yet. However, after a quick conversation with a friendly staff member at the reception, they promptly provided us with a fan that effectively addressed the temperature concern. What truly stood out was the exceptional politeness and helpfulness exhibited by all the staff members, whether it was during the day or night shift. Their responsiveness and willingness to make our stay more comfortable were highly appreciated. In the end, our overall experience was positive, thanks to the accommodating staff who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was pleasant. We express our gratitude to the easyJet Hotel team for their excellent service.

Service was great, the staff is friendly. Location was for us perfect. Rooms… shower is leaking and the whole room keeps humidity inside, even over night and especially after a shower. Mold at the walls and curtains. Not so pleasant but quite usual for Portuguese standards, BUT it should be mentioned and as a hotel they should take care of it. For one night absolutely okay

The rooms are quite small and impractical. there’s no space to put your stuff because there is no closet. Even to put your phone you need extra effort! And we wanted to leave our 2 backpacks on the check out day, they charged us 5 euros which is completely free for most of the hotels. Location is not that bad. Cleaning is really good, everyday our towels were changed. All in all I don’t think it’s worth that price

A budget Hilton. Great deal. Love it. It is about time safe clean and nice accommodation at a fair price. Thank you

Just terrible. The staff simple doesn't want to satisfy the customers, the management even less. I advise you to go to other hotel, there are many others close and much better

  • 3/5 Nina S. 1 year ago on Google
The room was very clean, but the soundproofing was not good, I could hear all the traffic noise and noises from the next room. I like to sleep in complete darkness but these curtains do not block enough light…

The room was very spacious and very clean. No coffee or anything to nibbles available in the room, which was not what I was looking for anyway. Staff is friendly and there is a nice bar on the ground floor where you can have breakfast or a quick bite. The location is great, well serviced and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. If you look for a cheaper option compared to other places in the area I strongly recommend it. I personally liked staying here a lot as the room was contestable and clean, as well as the bathroom.

Ok Hotel in great location. Very clean, had all essentials, clean bathroom. Room was cleaned every day. Okay for few days stay when you intend to only sleep there while exploring Lisbon. There's also a separate pastelaria but we didn't eat there. I'm giving 4/5 as the price, despite all the pros, is not suited for rooms that are so tiny and while hotel itself is fine for that price I would expect either larger rooms or some additional services. Still a safe bet for people that stay just for few days.

  • 3/5 Khrystyna D. 10 months ago on Google
Great potential, clean, central location however the rooms don't look like pictures. Superior double room I got looks like a regular double room with maybe half a meter square room and bathroom not as spacious at all and bathroom and shower door touch. I don't know where that room exists but not in this hotel. Front desk staff that checked me in were great. I came back to hotel to find out my assigned room miraculously changed to a different room. The price with website discount I paid is ok but definitely not worth paying extra for a superior double, looks like regular double and tiny. Went to wash my hands in the bathroom and sink will not drain. Edit: turns out the sink drain was closed when I washed my hands but I did not close it so it was already closed and I tried to do everything before coming to reception. In the end they offered to switch rooms and I came back in an hour for them to tell me that they went into my room without permission and had to use a plunger to open the drain. I'm glad it was fixed but not thrilled that they went in without letting me know as my things were there in the open. At the end it was resolved at least. Other cons: the rubber on bottom of shower leaks water so even with closed door there was a puddle. Pros: clean, no bedbugs

really impressed with the staff & facilities, allowed us for early check-in. the hotel is neat & tidy with comfortable beds for three of us. the only downside is - its a bit far away from main city, considering Lisbon’s traffic in peak hours

This is an excellent budget hotel with one major caveat, a problem for me but not for everyone, I’m sure. Some details about the property: -Incredibly clean, with daily housekeeping. -Beds are firm, pillows soft. -TV with multiple channels in various languages including English & Portuguese. - Bathrooms modern with excellent shower and amazing water pressure. Bathrooms have a hair dryer. They also have hand & shower soap. - there’s limited hanging space for clothes. - there is no sage in the room. Would be a good addition even at an extra cost. - Wi-Fi is included in rate and is strong. - Aircon is good. There’s a window that opens. - there’s a cafe attached to the hotel with good value breakfast and great coffee. - Service throughout the complex is excellent and friendly. My caveat is that the beds are small or 4ft doubles. So if you are two men sharing, bigger, taller, etc etc, the beds are a tight squeeze. There is a twin option, but all twin rooms were occupied during our stay, so changing wasn’t possible until our final night. This would not stop me recommending this hotel. Top tip - the side of the building with the entrance is significantly quieter as there’s barely any traffic on that side. We got a great rate directly through the website. TL;DR - clean, modern, no frills hotel that exceeds expectations.

small room, big bed, good lighting and new facility. The bathroom was decent size. First time I see the tap to be like in the toilet in an airport, you have to press it on top and it stops by itself as with a timer. Location is good thou not many places to eat out around so you have to go to city centre for good dinner

Very nice and clean. A bit of traffic. Close to town center, close restaurants ( 100m just beside the hospital, more around the corner

Topped my expectations! The lady at the reception allowed us to check in in advance for our convinience at no extra cost. The staff will greet you with a smile every time you pass by. For the rooms, it fits all your basic needs and very clean. They cleaned our room every day and provided clean towels.

Totally loved it! The room was very clean and quiet. A bit small but that wasn't a problem. The staff was very kind and helpful! I would definately stay there again!

It's a friggin easy hotel. It's cheap. It's got a shower. It's got a bed. It's got a TV. It's clean. If you want more, go and pay for the Ritz.

Offers most of what I need on a budget. Good location, clean rooms, helpful staff. There are a few minor things I wish were on site: an ice machine, hot water pot, shared microwave or laundromat on site

Very clean, nice room with big bathroom, without a wardrobe. Only no windows as a minus for me, but aircondition did its job. Good localization.

Really nice hotel, really pleasantly surprised. Clean, safe, affordable and minutes from the metro and a fairly priced supermarket. Can be a bit warm in the rooms, ground floor obvious issue of leaving windows open. Would definitely recommend for someone seeking a bargain.

The room was pretty small, nonetheless, it was okay. The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was super clean. The hotel is only three stops away from baixa chiado (the city center). Overall for the price, would recommend.

This hotel in the center of Lisbon is aesthetically positive, functional and comfortable. I had an enjoyable short stay at this hotel, I really liked the amenities available from the Air Con to the TV to the bathroom, spacious and functional. I loved the customizable air conditioning in the room! One thing I will mention however is there were limited coat hangers and drawer space for clothing and items, not a big issue. I thank the staff for a friendly welcome, smooth check-in process, friendly and professional service and friendly check-out and farewell!

A very 'EasyJet' experience. Getting the absolute necessary. Rooms are fairly clean and quiet. Might be okay for one night, but for anything else, pick another hotel.

  • 4/5 Daniel W. 1 year ago on Google
Very basic, but perfect for a city trip. The room includes a TV, shower, and either double or single beds. The beds were comfy, and the sheets were changed daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. English is spoken by most staff, and the desk is staffed almost 24/7. The location is perfect - in a quieter part of the city, but with access to the Metro by a 10 minute walk. As a side note, the toilet/drains had a pretty noticeable smell. I personally didn't mind, since it's pretty common in older city drains, but some people might be put off! Overall, for a short stay, it's a good recommendation.

  • 4/5 Pao 1 year ago on Google
For being a 3 🌟 it's a great hotel. Clean, tidy, It's in a great position very close to the metro and 30/20 mins walking from the centre. When we arrived we had a few problems with the room and they were solved really quickly. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe put at least some water in the room or water/snack machines on every floor, as when we arrived very late at night, there was no water in the vending machine and we were not sure that bathroom tap water was safe to drink.

  • 1/5 Christopher S. 1 year ago on Google
Two different rooms, both with broken showers. Management couldn’t fix during our stay and were not fussed afterwards. They insisted that they provided ‘excellence’. It’s in a good location, and it’s reasonably priced but because of the issue above, it wasn’t worth the stay and made us have a bad holiday as a consequence. Like their airplanes, avoid.

  • 3/5 Mister C. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel has a great location near Avendida Da Liberdade (main street that will take you to the city centre which is a 15min walk) and Parque Eduardo VII where you can take the Citytour bus. It is also easy accessible by bus if you're coming from the airport (15-20min ride). There is a 24h reception which is very convenient when you arrive late because of an evening flight. The room was not that spaceous which is to be expected while travelling on a budget so that was fine. The bathroom was small aswell and not as clean as it should be, but liveable. The airconditioning was a little noisy so we had to turn it off while sleeping which resulted in a hot room. Overall service was ok. The cleaning ladies took 2 of my t-shirts by mistake (they got mixed up in the used towells on the floor) and when we reported it at the reception, they immediately searched for it and we got them back cleaned, folded and packed in plastic protection. So I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling on a budget and not minding a couple a flaws in their room. 3 out of 5 stars because I have been in similar hotels pricewise with a better value for money

  • 4/5 Luca C. 1 year ago on Google
Clean e safety hotel. Good zone for visit the city, near the metro. For three days, no more...

  • 4/5 Jackus_ 2 years ago on Google
For £35 per night you can't go wrong, friendly chatty staff even late at night. Room was comparable to a 4* hotel with a very comfy bed. Good pillows and a very powerful warm shower. My only gripe is that the bathroom when I visited had a damp drain smell but was soon rectified by opening the bathroom door

  • 2/5 Ben L. 1 year ago on Google
My room was on street level, so I could hear all the traffic noise. Bathroom had a unpleasant smell snd the WIFI was superslow. There are far better options available in this price range.
