Very
bad
experience.
I
went
to
Spot
Lisboa
to
see
a
match
with
some
friends,
making
the
reservation
the
same
day
of
the
match.
They
told
us
that
there
were
just
the
last
places
left
but
that
we
could
book
without
problems.
When
we
arrived
there
they
brought
us
to
our
table
and
everything
seemed
to
work
good,
but
then
we
realized
that
the
television
that
was
visible
from
our
table
had
a
20
second
delay
of
the
match.
Of
course
this
information
was
not
said
previously
on
the
phone
when
we
booked
neither
at
the
entrance
when
we
arrived.
When
we
asked
them
to
solve
the
problem
they
dared
to
say
that
since
we
booked
at
the
last
moment
then
we
could
not
complain
about
that.
But,
obviously,
it
was
a
big
issue
since
it
made
it
impossible
to
see
the
match
properly:
the
other
televisions
were
at
the
right
time,
so
we
would
have
all
the
game
spoiled
by
the
screams
of
the
other
clients.
We
kindly
asked
to
solve
the
problem
to
a
waiter,
which
said
he
could
not
do
anything.
We
asked
other
waiters
and
we
asked
them
to
speak
with
the
manager
and
solve
the
problem
with
him.
They
were
not
able
to
solve
it.
We
had
to
move
in
the
corridor
in
uncomfortable
positions
in
order
to
see
the
match
on
the
main
television
of
the
pub
and
not
all
of
us
could
have
a
visual
on
that
tv.
After
such
a
big
problem
you
expect
the
personnel
to
be
at
least
sorry
and
to
try
to
treat
you
good
in
order
to
compensate
the
inconvenience.
Instead,
they
treated
us
very
badly
for
the
whole
evening.
The
food
was
way
too
expensive.
Also,
some
items
we
did
not
order
were
added
on
the
bill.
We
kindly
said
this
to
two
waiters,
one
was
completely
lost
and
did
not
know
how
to
react,
the
other
one
treated
us
with
a
superior
behaviour.
We
had
to
fight
not
to
pay
for
them.
Moreover,
the
manager
was
very
arrogant
and
proud.
At
the
end
of
the
evening
I
went
to
him
to
complain
about
the
bad
evening
in
a
very
kind
and
constructive
way,
trying
to
analyse
the
problems
with
him
whit
complete
calm.
He
did
not
care
at
all
about
what
I
said
and
at
the
end
he
kissed
me
on
the
shoulder
without
absolute
warning
totally
disrespecting
me.
Few
days
later
I
was
added
with
my
personal
cellphone
number
(the
one
I
used
to
make
the
reservation
call)
to
a
WhatsApp
group
for
making
reservations
for
spot
Lisboa.
I
was
added
without
my
consent
and
in
a
totally
incoherent
way,
since
I
expressed
directly
to
the
manager
how
bad
our
experience
was.
I
find
this
very
unprofessional.
I’d
like
to
think
that
it
was
just
an
unlucky
evening
for
us
to
go
there
and
that
usually
the
atmosphere
is
different
but,
honestly,
I
doubt
this
is
the
case
since
we
had
at
least
3
unrelated
different
problems.
Also,
when
I
expressed
my
concerns,
the
manager
was
totally
uninterested,
did
not
say
sorry
and
did
not
even
try
to
be
nice
with
us
proposing
us
to
come
back
for
a
different
and
better
customer
experience.
For
sure
I
won’t
come
back.
I
totally
don’t
advise
you
to
go
to
this
place,
it
was
a
truly
bad
evening.
