Very nice apartments in the centre of town. Be aware that if you have windows open in the night it can be very noisy, if that bothers you. Also, access is by quite a narrow windy staircase, so you will need to be reasonably fit and stable. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Although we arrived well after checking hours, it was no problem (we let them know before hand), they waited for us (not always the case in hotels!), apt was very clean, newly renovated, practical, bright and in the heart of the city. I was initially worried about how much noise we would hear from the lively street below but thanks to double (or triple?) glazing it was not an issue (and i am a very light sleeper). The entrance is a bit funny (you have to go through a shop!) and while you notice it better when the shop is closed otherwise I would suggest to ask someone working next door to find the entrance (which is what we did). Great appartement all around, perfect couples or for families (but i wouldn’t bring a buggy) we will go back!

Very good location and décor. But be aware of a lot of stairs. Nice touch of arrival gift of port and custard tarts.

Even though the windows were sound proofed, there was a busker directly below us, who played until midnight, and we couldn't sleep. Not to order a room above the 2nd floor because there is no elevator, but they did take our suitcase up. It is in a very good location though, close to all the sights. People who need quiet, should choose elsewhere.

Great location on a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and shops. The waterfront is a quick 3 block walk. No elevator so be prepared to walk a spiral staircase if you want the views on the balcony from the 4th and 5th floor. Lovely bedrooms and kitchen. I was ready to move in for a few months!

Amazing from start to finish. Great location, we were greeted with a lovely warm welcome and everything about the apartment was explained perfectly to us. Great apartment, we stayed with a two year old and a 16week old. The stairs up and down were good exercise, we were on the 4th floor, 80 stairs in total! Bedrooms had great black out shutters and nice and quiet despite the location. Would 100% recommend here.

I stayed at Otília Apartamentos for two nights on the weekend of the Lisbon Half Marathon. Apartment clean and equipped with all comforts. Upon my arrival I found some excellent pastel de nata as a welcome. Friendly and helpful staff. When I return to Lisbon, I will stay here! Also, the metro stop is very close by!

This place is wonderful!!. It’s in the heart of Rua Augusta. There’s no better location than this one. All the amenities are close like landmarks, museums, restaurants, markets, shops, Lift, Metro, bus, train also perfect for walking. Easy coming and going. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in/check out. The apt itself is very clean and functional. Have everything what we need. We just missed little more space in the living room. Also there’s no elevator, be prepare for the stairs. Lots of steps to climb. We were on fifth floor and have balcony street view. That was awesome! We’ll stay again for sure. We’ll book in advance and ask to stay on second floor.

We stayed 4 nights on the 4th floor (no elevator, so you need to be in shape) and absolutely loved this apartment. The location is conveniently located right in the middle of the Rue D'Augusta shopping and night life, a short walk from the Rossio Train Station, but it was very quiet in the room even though we overlooked the plaza. We could hear very little of the music and crowds. The 4 flights of stairs can leave you winded, but it's worth the climb. We had a big kitchen, fully equipped, a nice sized bathroom with shower and bidet, two bedrooms and a living room, free wifi, two TVs (which we never turned on), and small balconies in both bedrooms. Truly everything you need and more!

Amazing experience with Otilia, their staff is friendly and the place is great and homey. My husband and I was really impressed. The location was perfect! The decor was splendid. Thank you Otilia, for a great experience and will definitely come back with friends. This place has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and 2 bedrooms! It's quite affordable being in the heart of the city!

Perfect location for downtown Lisbon. Pack light as there is no elevator, and only two apartments per floor. The apartment was great, clean and with two separate bedrooms, on the 4th floor. Super friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here when we visit Lisbon again.

This is a nice apartment in a fantastic and lively location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only odd thing is you have to walk through a lingerie store to get to the apartments and also there is no elevator.

Beautiful, but beware. Steep stairs - no lifts. We were on 4th floor.
