Dishonest
and
unethical.
I
came
for
a
test
day
as
a
guest
of
a
friend
and
upon
leaving
asked
the
reception
to
present
me
with
the
possible
sign-up
options.
They
did.
Or
so
I
thought.
After
a
few
days
I
returned
wanting
to
sign
up
and
that’s
when
a
barrage
of
hidden
costs
was
thrown
at
me.
There
are
two
completely
different
price
lists
depending
on
the
method
of
sign
up,
I
had
only
been
shown
one
of
them
on
my
first
visit,
the
cheaper
one.
The
second,
more
expensive
price
list,
was
shown
by
the
onboarding
woman
when
the
time
came
for
me
to
sign
up.
When
I
asked
her
why
was
this
information
not
presented
to
me
by
the
staff
earlier
when
I
specifically
asked
for
it,
she
literally
shrugged
her
shoulders
in
reply
and
said
“oh
they
don’t
know”.
(Why
are
they
there
then,
to
press
the
button
for
the
gate
and
give
out
the
towels?)
I
find
this
highly
dishonest
and
unprofessional
or
at
least,
ignorant,
with
extremely
poor
staff
training.
Surely,
they
must
know,
but
likely
instructed
not
to
tell.
I
can’t
stand
this
deceitful
“customer
service”
and
will
not
accept
this.
Two
additional
points
that
made
me
cringe.
1.
The
receptionist’s
breath
smelled
of
alcohol
on
my
first
visit.
Maybe
that’s
why
he
“forgot”
to
mention
hidden
costs.
2.
I’ve
sent
an
email
inquiry
and
THREE
DAYS
LATER
I’m
still
waiting
for
a
reply.
It’s
an
email.
Not
pigeon
post.
This
is
unacceptable.
If
you
have
no
standards,
this
is
a
place
for
you.
But
if
you
do
care
which
businesses
to
support
with
your
hard
earned
cash,
find
another
gym
to
work
out
at.
There
are
plenty
of
nicer
gyms
around
where
they
treat
customers
with
respect
