For
those
who
knew
the
space
before
it
was
a
gym,
you
will
understand
why
there
are
no
windows.
I
grew
up
in
Benfica
and
when
I
was
a
little
girl
I
went
to
the
Fonte
Nova
cinema,
which
was
later
transformed
into
the
gym
we
have
today.
Well,
I
think
it's
a
cool
space
to
train,
but
it
lacks
some
machines,
such
as
Smith
squats,
flexor
table
(in
my
opinion,
I
don't
like
the
flexor
chair
at
all,
it
gets
on
my
nerves),
leg
press
45°,
pelvic
lift
machine,
calf
chair,
but
of
course
there
are
always
alternatives
for
these
exercises
and
the
space
is
not
huge
but
it
is
enough
to
do
a
peaceful
workout.
Of
course,
I
don't
recommend
going
to
train
during
rush
hours
to
anyone,
I
believe
that
almost
no
one
likes
to
train
in
a
lot
of
noise
and
a
very
crowded
place,
that's
why
I
choose
to
train
at
times
with
less
confusion,
in
the
morning
or
lunch
hours.
.
Well,
I
think
that
if
we
have
difficulty
we
have
to
ask
for
help,
something
that
is
not
lacking
in
the
gym
from
the
staff,
as
no
one
is
a
fortune
teller,
wizard
and
almost
no
one
has
a
crystal
ball
to
guess
that
we
are
having
difficulty
or
don't
understand
how
to
use
the
machines.
.
The
staff
is
always
willing
to
help
and
always
welcomes
me.
I
always
meet
the
cleaning
staff
and
the
cleaning
girl
is
always
in
the
changing
room,
I
have
even
seen
her
several
times
using
a
soap
pressure
machine
to
clean
the
showers,
she
is
a
girl
who
is
aware
of
the
lack
of
soap,
paper
and
maintenance.
Everything
is
always
very
clean
and
organized.
Finally,
I
have
to
say
that
the
price
is
very
affordable,
and
the
conditions
are
good,
but
of
course
we
can
always
improve,
which
I
think
is
what
we
all
try
to
do
in
our
journey
on
earth.
Greetings
to
all
complainers
and
non-complainers!
Kisses
