we
finally
received
a
beautiful
new
necklace
in
perfect
conditions
and
a
refund
for
the
purchase.
I
am
sure
that
our
initial
experience
was
just
a
bit
of
a
hiccup
due
to
the
very
new
design,
and
to
the
fact
that
being
in
UK
made
the
transaction
more
difficult
(longer
delivery,
custom,
etc).
This
is
the
third
piece
of
jewellery
I
got
from
them
and
it
is
as
beautiful
as
the
other
two
I
bought
in
the
past,
fingers
crossed
it
is
not
as
delicate
as
I
initially
thought.
Thank

assistance
and
for
making
sure
everything
went
smoothly
the
second
time
around.
My
partner
bough
a
gift
for
me
from
this
vendor
and
when
we
received
it
via
post
the
necklace
had
broken
in
multiple
points
inside
its
own
box.
We
contacted
the
seller
to
let
them
know
that
we
wanted
to
send
it
back
and
get
a
refund
-
who
would
want
to
get
another
necklace
that
may
broke
on
its
own?!?
-
and
they
only
offered
to
replace
the
item
without
clarifying
who
would
pay
for
postage.
In
the
end
they
agreed
they
would
pay
postage
as
long
as
they
could
make
sure
that
there
was
a
fabrication
fault
in
the
necklace
(we
practically
contacted
them
the
same
day
the
necklace
arrived
so
I
don’t
see
how
we
could
have
been
responsible
for
the
damage)
.
As
of
today,
40
days
after
the
initial
purchase
and
20
days
after
we
sent
it
back
to
them,
they
are
practically
ghosting
us.
