UPDATE: following further comms with Anne, we finally received a beautiful new necklace in perfect conditions and a refund for the purchase. I am sure that our initial experience was just a bit of a hiccup due to the very new design, and to the fact that being in UK made the transaction more difficult (longer delivery, custom, etc). This is the third piece of jewellery I got from them and it is as beautiful as the other two I bought in the past, fingers crossed it is not as delicate as I initially thought. Thank you Anne for your assistance and for making sure everything went smoothly the second time around. My partner bough a gift for me from this vendor and when we received it via post the necklace had broken in multiple points inside its own box. We contacted the seller to let them know that we wanted to send it back and get a refund - who would want to get another necklace that may broke on its own?!? - and they only offered to replace the item without clarifying who would pay for postage. In the end they agreed they would pay postage as long as they could make sure that there was a fabrication fault in the necklace (we practically contacted them the same day the necklace arrived so I don’t see how we could have been responsible for the damage) . As of today, 40 days after the initial purchase and 20 days after we sent it back to them, they are practically ghosting us.

Found a beautiful silver ring but unfortunately they did not have it in my size. The member of staff handmade me a ring to fit in 1.5 hours so that I could buy it before I leave Lisbon tomorrow.

Unique and edgy designs. Great service. They are able to customize and ship/deliver to whereever you need. I had the necklace partially gold plated while I ordered a gold plated bracelet as there was only plain silver available. The 2 rings I bought are really great.

The designs are quite unique and edgy. I bought 2 rings, 2 bracelets, & a necklace. They are able to customize the jewelries as well since their workshop is just at the mezzanine of the store. One of the bracelets I asked ro be customized from plain silver to gold plated while the necklace I asked to be partially gold plated from plain silver. Service is excellent. Gold plating takes only a day for them to make while changing the matefial from silver to gold takes abour 15days. They also ship to anywhere at a cost.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I could get what I wanted the most ❣️ I am so happy with my new ring (the Chain in middle) and it pairs well with my other fav. Amazing jewelry and customer service. Would seriously consider buying all my future jewelry from here. Customer service was phenomenal. I was stuck between a bangle style bracelet and a slip on one with little indents but couldn’t decide. One of their jewelers said she could custom make me the indented style as a bangle and have it ready in 3 hours just in time to pick it up before closing since I was leaving the next day. She even took one of my current bangles to get the correct size. It’s probably some of the most beautiful jewelry I’ve ever owned. Was also told that if I ever had a design idea they could custom make any jewelry I wanted from a sketch that I drew. Again phenomenal quality and so affordable for what you get.

This was the best experience buying jewellery I’ve ever had. They customized the sizing of the ring I bought for free, and were so friendly. And the designs are so cute! All the jewelry is made in house and you can literally see it being made, so it felt like such a personal purchase to make. If you’re in the area I definitely recommend!

I checked the collections before my visit to Lisbon and initially I was thinking about taking one necklace+ earrings. In the end, I ended up taking 3 necklaces + earrings to combine with all of them. :) I liked the design ( split collection is my favourite) and also the possibility to check out the workshop and see how the jewelry is assembled and finished. Just a note: if you go on Sunday, it might be difficult to find the item you want. When I first went there, many items I was interested in were not there (I have to say I was quite upset) and I had to come back another day. The availability seems to be fine during the week. If you want something original, I really recommend Bergue!
