One of the best shop and Tattoo/piercing studio I’ve ever seen in Lisbon. Staff is great: they care a lot about being clear and explain everything before getting a piercing. Anna made my navel and she made me feel comfortable from the first second I entered the studio. Everything was clean and disinfect ed. Regarding the shop, they have cool clothes, shoes and accessories. I’m sure you can’t find as alternative clothes as Triparte has!

Very nice decor and good quality items. The customer service is very poor, people seemed to be bored and that they were not happy to see you there, I asked for a different size and it felt like the guy was doing me a favor. The lady was bit helpful and nicer than the rest...

Nice people, respective and fun. I highly recommend going there for tattoo or piercings. The staff will help you out. I recommend giving them a call to book your appointment, shop around, then walk to them.

Had my first tattoo while on a trip in lissabon with friends, at first I was scared 😜 but Bruno was so friendly and gentile that he made me feel at ease. He asked me multiple times if I was okay and it gave me a good and safe feeling. He took his time for us and waited until we were sure about the placement and the size of the tattoo. There is no place i'd rather had my first tattoo then at Triparte. They really deserve the 5 stars! grts the 4 belgian girls 😉

Amazing customer service! I was in search for a particular Killstar shirt that Killstar stopped making 1 year+ ago, and Triparte was the only place I could find it in the size I wanted. I was worried about buying from a brand I wasn’t familiar with, and having it shipped to the US. Not only did they fulfill and send it out immediately, but they inclosed cute stickers, a thank you note, and a piece of candy- adorable! I was so surprised when it arrived on my doorstep in just a few days after ordering. The shirt was carefully packed and in immaculate condition, with its original Killstar tags and packaging. I literally have nothing but good to say about Triparte and I’m so happy I ordered from them instead of somewhere else!

Punk and S&M window display looks intimidating but very gentle, kind and respectful staff once you enter with excellent prices for piercing and related accessories.

The staff is nice enough, the girl who did the piercing is extremely nice, but apparently somewhat inexperienced. She used a regular barbel and a big ball for my navel. I'm on the bigger side (yeah, I'm fat). This made up for a very shallow piercing that rejected not even 2 months in, and left an ugly dark scar. I had to wait for a year to have it redone with an L shaped jewel elsewhere. The spray they give you is somewhat drying, which is something you don't want if you have a fresh navel piercing. She also used a catheter technique, which is not bad, but not the best in this case. I think she was not used to pierce bigger bellies. Other than that, the clothes are amazing and the store is nice. And again, the piercer was amazingly nice. Hence the 3 stars.

The best store to buy piercings

Absolutely the worst. I went in to have a piercing changed. First, you have to go to one place to buy the jewelry. What they don’t tell you is that YOU have to tell THEM what you want to do with it if you want them to change it. There is ZERO indication of this. So I sat around waiting until someone in the piercing place asked me about it, so I had to go back next door. By that time I was so irritated. And then they blamed me, as I’m supposed to know that I tell the people I’m the clothes shop that I want my piecing changed next door. Needless to say, I did not go back. I’d rather give my money (and I always tip my piercer and tattoo artist) to people who don’t blame me for things I would never know. Just rude. Go to Queen of Hearts instead. Way more courteous.

They took time to show me the machine when I asked and I really appreciate that. I came away feeling a little pushed though, so perhaps be prepared for that. I also experienced sorrow to find that the tattoo ink they sold me is no longer considered safe/ approved, so I do not feel comfortable putting it into skin of others. I was sorry about this as everything was roughly double what it would have cost online but I wanted to support independent shops etc. They said they would make an exception an allow me to return it but I am not in Lisbon. But also I just used the machine and it frigging rocks

Not the same place anymore. I don't know if they're under new management or what, but the store's vibe has somewhat changed and customer service quality has plummeted. It was like being helped by two bored teenagers from the early 2000s.

We did a rook and a conch piercing here. They spoke great English and were really friendly and helpful. They had patience for all of our questions and explained everything in detail. It’s professional and Annaïs did an amazing job with the piercings!! She made them at the perfect spot (she has an eye for aesthetics) and she was so friendly! We both barely felt any pain at all. The piercings are healing well and Triparte is always ready to help when we have questions. I really recommend it. Glad we came here:)
