I asked one of the receptionists if she could speak English since I'm still learning the language. She said yes, but then refused to speak English with me because "o teu português tá bom, se tens problemas só falas devagar, somos em Portugal e falamos português", all this accompanied by a very arrogant tone and the refusal to help me with my documents, which she gracefully passed to her colleague. Later when I got out of the building I heard her saying "mudas do país" and less than 2 minutes later she jumped out of the back of the building, blocked my passage on the street, giving me the pathetic excuse that she actually just wanted to compliment my Portuguese skills by trying to force me to speak Portuguese and that she's sorry that I'm angry at her.

Horrible. They move my doctor appointment and don't give me prescription. The leave me without medication that i need to take everyday. Ignore my emails and phone calls. I have to take not go to work and go there in person, because they are don't do their job and don't even pick up the phone or bother respond to emails. They could not care less about your health. It seems like it is runned by a bunch of two year olds This hospital is a lack of human right.

(Translated by Google) I was only there recently as an escort, and in this capacity I comment here. The facilities are very uncomfortable, spread over several pavilions, among which you have to collect real loads of water when it rains, since there are no covered passages to go, for example, to the areas of clinical or radiological examinations. In orthopedics consultations, consultation times are not respected at all, resulting in long waiting hours; and so it happened on successive visits, so the facts cannot be attributed to unforeseen situations. Even though all of this is customary, Reception Employees leave before the end of late appointments, so issuing declarations of presence becomes complicated. All very "public service", not necessarily in the best sense of expression.

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, not everyone has the same opinion. The information I am going to give you is the reality .... it happened to my mother with covd. VOC B bed 42; between the 5th to the 9th of February this year. They removed the treatments, put water and sugar and morphine on me with the oxygen mask (to make it comfortable!), The GRAVE without giving us information and her real condition, because she only came in tired and in 3 days this picture was blackest possible. We found out why a nurse went down and said that she was no longer on antibiotics in the face of my indignation that she was only being fed water and…. from friday the 5th to the 8th without any contact from the doctors, we kept calling and only the nurses gave us very evasive information ... they put her on death wing and on top of that they were sure on the 3rd day 9/02 that she it would not pass that night, in fact he left in the early hours of February 10 (WITH DEATH ANNOUNCED)…. to continue this saga, the incompetence of the doctor Melissa Fernandes, who issued the death / transport form "forgot" to put the day of death, unknown affiliation and incorrect address is too much ...! At this point we have already made a complaint to the Citizen's Office, Centro Hospitalar Universitário de Lisboa Central and another one will be made by a lawyer demanding responsibilities and responses to this negligence and levity of doctors .... a long history this report was only a small part . Be careful nossos our elderly are not disposable! Doctors involved in this antics Dra Marta Vieira Dr. Paulo Barreto Dr. André Simões the head of service, who only contacted us after my mother's death to justify his incompetence .....

As with all services, whether private or public, there are good and bad professionals as well as the busiest hours when we have to be patient because there can be no doctors, nurses, assistants, etc., in no private service this happens. Very pleased with the services provided by the institution. Thank you all?

(Translated by Google) We are in a phase, in which we all need everyone, in a difficult phase, in which distance is required for obvious reasons. We know that hospitals are the places where the most distance should be practiced, but with consistency. Distancing safely, does not mean bad treatment, does not necessarily mean bad manners, or not showing feelings or respect for others, in these places the people who go there are needy, vulnerable, and sick !! Fortunately, there are still professionals who know what all these needs are for those who go there to be treated. In my condition as a professional (firefighter) who accompanies some of these patients, I often hear that they like to stay in the Consultation Service. Nephrology, while waiting for consultation even in other areas. I have been realizing the reason for these statements, is that in this service, we are received with distance, but with humility, humanism, and affection. The girls (affectionate treatment) who receive patients and companions there, have masks, but they know the patients by name, it is a "TU CÁ, TU LÁ" respectful, affectionate, that manages to make the imposed distance less impersonal. Behind the mask, the Nefro girls smile, and smile with their eyes, which are the mirror of the soul. The smile that we can see, tells us that they are in that place because they belong there. They will have less good days than all of us, but they know that the loving way of receiving, makes all the difference on the day of each patient who needs to go there! ! Well-Be there for your performance!

(Translated by Google) Hospital very well located, ease of parking in the area, but in terms of service, this does not work very well. There is a shortage of clinicians and other staff, and therefore the delay in making appointments is very long in time. Telephone service is disastrous and rarely can be answered.

😠 This is the most expensive hospital I ever had. Not only the payment, every time I went there, you always need to wait for 1 and half hours more than your actual appointment time. Now I already paid more than 1500 EUR, but still no results from the hospital. NOT RECOMMEND IT! If you want to waste yo...

My partner is a yellow code, he is still waiting after 3 hours. He came in with a fever of 40, and it fluctuates. They don’t do any...

😠 It was the worst service and hospital I have ever been. Don't just say you are doing your job in a hectic ER. Don't treat your patient in such a rude mean way. Don't talk to your patient with a condescending attitude as I don't speak Portuguese. Don't act like your patients are annoying you. I am st...
