I
have
been
attending
the
services
of
this
Veterinary
Hospital
for
several
years
due
to
the
convenience
of
its
proximity
to
my
home
and
the
care,
friendliness
and
medicine
applied
at
this
establishment.
For
several
years
I
was
able
to
witness
a
decline
in
quality
both
in
terms
of
the
medicine
applied
by
the
doctors
at
this
Hospital,
(not
to
mention
the
constant
team
changes
-
which
are
self-explanatory),
as
well
as
the
deterioration
of
the
facilities
(holes
in
the
admission
walls,
chairs
broken,
defective
door
handles)
and
lack
of
professionalism
and
attention
on
the
part
of
reception
staff.
Despite
these
factors,
I
continued
to
attend
the
Hospital
largely
due
to
the
care
of
Dr.
Tomás
Antelo,
who
always
received
me
in
a
friendly,
attentive,
humane
way
and
with
remarkable
knowledge.
However,
the
Doctor
ended
up
leaving
for
another
hospital
located
nearby
and
I
promptly
started
taking
my
animals
there.
I
do
not
recommend
this
hospital,
it
has
a
horrible
and
unfriendly
clinical
management,
weak
and
limited
employees,
a
practically
non-existent
telephone
call
answering
service
and
above
average
prices.
I
won't
be
back
and
I
won't
recommend
it
to
anyone.
