Excellent place for the dentist services. I made an appointment for a gum infection and came out of the appointment with a real diagnosis. For years I have had toothaches, dental discomfort (and I am phobic) and the dentist who saw me was able to reassure me after a panic attack in the middle of a session and was able to tell me that I actually had a gum disease! The staff knows their job and the anxiety that a session with the dentist can cause. Do not hesitate. (Pour les français: le service n'a rien à voir avec la France, ne vous basez pas sur votre expérience française.)

I've been a customer/patient for about 8 years. Dr Joan Bogas is excellent. Had got my braces here a few years back (Dr Marta -orthodontist) and one of the foundation (the last brace that has got most force on it) was on one of the tooth that Dr Bogas rebuilt with filling after root canal. They do not con people like in some other places.. According to some of my friend's horror stories.

Explained that I have parastesia after surgery in another clinic, came in stating I have pain and liquid coming out of the gum, the doctor didn't even make a new xray, he took 1 second to look at the gum and not even on the correct side, I kept saying it's not there and showing where it is to which he didn't even check..........then he gave me 3 sachets of mouth wash, wow so helpful, thanks.............. Not like I could have some infection or anything....... maybe the infection is causing parastesia....... worst clinic ever

Receptionists were really rude. While I came back to the clinic few times the last time I decided not to anymore and it was due to rudeness of the receptionists. It is a pity as the service given by the drs. was great!

Dr José Capelo Sousa is extremely kind and professional. Unfortunately the clinic doesn't have Médis Dental but I go there nonetheless for minor interventions and checkups.

This place is fantastic. They do a real cleaning not a 10 minute pressure washing. In my opinion what makes this place great for me is Rosa. She is our hygienist. Takes care of my families dental needs. As long as she is here I will continue as a customer.

They were extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. The pricing was very reasonable; for biofilm, airflow, and extra cleaning that took about 40 minutes. Dra Teresa was so nice, thorough, knowledgeable and great English.

Super unprofessional, I went there for a wisdom tooth removal, there everything went smooth. the doctor recommended me to have a surgery to remove a tooth that did not descend. They scheduled me the surgery right away. I asked to change this first to a consultation so I can understand if this is really necessary. The consultation took 1 hour and the doctor was not able to make any conclusion he told me he would discuss with another doctor and call me. Of course they never called. I followed up several times with them and after 2 months the receptionists said: “the doctor won’t do the surgery”. At that point I was super frustrated as I never asked for a surgery I only wanted to ask an expert opinion (which clearly they don’t have). I complained that after 2 months I was hoping for some analysis and recommendations from the doctor itself. They said really sorry and that they will make sure the doctor will contact me. That contact still never happened 3 months after… I would not recommend this dentist and especially not dr. Francisco Benta

Demorei 7 meses para fazer 1 prótese, no meio fizeram gengivectomias não necessárias e sem prévio consentimento, exigem o pagamento adiantado com a desculpa que é o laboratório que exige ( provavelmente o laboratório não confia neles) e o compromisso com o cliente é zero. Não respondem aos mails do cliente a relatar erros e não corrigiram qualquer trabalho mal feito. Aliás nem responderam aos contactos telefónicos e vários mails a relatar os problemas ocorridos , num total desrespeito pelos clientes e numa atitude de arrogância, própria de maus profissionais e gestores de má fé! Ainda estou a ponderar ação judicial contra estes senhores...dou 1 porque não posso dar * negativas.
