A questão é, não houve qualquer informação inerente ao valor extra ao plano que se está a realizar, não obstante a minha filha é detentora de um seguro de saúde Medicare, cujas limpezas estão abrangidas e tendo esta clínica parceria com a seguradora mencionada! Estou indignada e completamente desapontada com o modus operandi deste estabelecimento! Ainda mais admirada fiquei quando ouvi a chamada da Sra. Andreia Vitorino em que teve a ousadia de chamar de mal educada à minha filha quando esta estava a tentar falar e entender o porquê desta situação ter acontecido sendo constantemente interrompida por esta Sra. Atenção a quem for a esta clínica! Irei reportar no respectivo livro de reclamações!
