Booked a teeth cleaning for the family while we were in Portugal. Dr. Daniela is lovely and did a thorough cleaning. The cost of the cleaning was 19€ per person; the total cost was 44€ per person which included the fluoride treatment. Cost and process was upfront and simple.

I was experiencing intense pain nearly three weeks after I had my wisdom teeth removed. Despite inquiring about an emergency visit late at night, I got a response from Shivani at Oral XXI shortly after. Oral XXI was the only clinic that I reached out to that invited me to come to their office to try to fit me in the next day even though they were fully booked. I am so glad that they were so willing to try to fit me in so I did not have to endure more pain over the weekend. During my visit I was treated with kindness by all the staff. The doctor personally explained to me the conditions of my dry socket and all the steps she was going to take to treat it. Throughout the treatment she continuously checked in with me by asking if I was okay. Afterwards I was given clear instructions on my prescriptions and scheduled a check-up appointment. This was my first dental experience outside of my home country and I am so glad it was with Oral XXI! I am so thankful for the care and attention they gave me to treat my pain.

I’ve been a client for more than 2 years and I’m very satisfied with the service, the team, the value and the professionalism. They are always attentive of the patient needs and happy to adapt when needed.
