I arrived in Lisbon two days ago and during very first dinner I broke front teeth. Went online and found Sao Dente clinic and gave them a call at 19h52, just 8 minutes before closing time. Friendly English speaking nurse arranged appointment for the next day early afternoon. I went there yesterday, was welcomed by the same nurse and then seen by doctor who was fluent in English and performed her job to my great satisfaction and relief. I'm happy to write this review with a big smile on my face :-)

Mariana was amazing. Genuinely never had a visit to the dentist that wasn't agony, this was a first! She was so quick, considerate and used the most amazing banana gel to numb my gums. Cannot recommend enough! And dont even get me started on her way with kids. Wow. My son doesnt fear the dentist he LOVES her!

I was vacationing in Portugal and had a dental emergency. I emailed them to set up an appointment and they help me the same day. It was a root canal. The doctors were very professional and did a great job. It was the best dentist experience. And I was able to enjoy my vacation. I highly recommend them for any dental issues or even a routine cleaning. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Portugal.

I'm travelling from the US and can't afford dentistry back home. I came to this clinic and got the best quality service with friendly dental technicians. My journey started in 2020 with Clinica Sao Dente and from then on everything went absolutely fantastic. I had some issues that were fixed super cleanly, smoothly and overall without pain. I required some emergency dental work while in Lisbon and would absolutely reccomend the team at Sao Dente. They were very friendly, spoke excellent English, and the price was exceptionally reasonable. Most importantly of all, they did an outstanding job, and at short notice. I have been to Clinic Sao Dente during my recent stay in Lisbon. A friend has recommended me her dentist after my retainer had broken. The whole team has been exceptionally attentive, professional and friendly. And since I had to leave the city very shortly after, they even offered me to collect the new piece from one colleague's private home on a Saturday afternoon. I came because of the good reviews but from the hostile receptionist Catarina, to the poorly trained dentist Dr. Sancho and ortho Dr.Cristina, this place is the worst. They also manipulate the insurance charts to charge you at every possible level. They are untrustworthy and put your health at severe risk. AVOID at all costs. For reasons of security I have not used my real name and I also do not want my good name attached to such a terrible business. This is a precaution. There is no mistake.

The dentist is fantastic. Knowledgeable, supportive, and doesn’t try to do too much. They’re not great at answering the phone. I gave up and walked there to make an appointment.

By far the best Dental clinic I’ve ever been. Very professional and well handled throughout the visit. The dentist provided answers to all questions and was very thorough in the cleaning process.

They were great! I got a simple oral hygiene here - I thought something was wrong cause my gums were hurting bad. But they x-rayed me and did an in-depth examination, everything was fine! They were super professional and friendly. And they speak english perfectly, in case you're an international. The prices are also really good. Highly recommended

This is a review for the orthodontist Dra Maria Cristina Teixeira. Almost one year of unsatisfactory treatment resulting in transfer to another provider, at cost. Unpleasant appointments, she does not bother to explain what she’s doing while working in your mouth and accuses you of not wearing the aligners correctly when they don’t fit well due to her treatment decisions. Costs were really high (€90 per appointment every 4-6 weeks, on top of aligner payment over €3500), and the clinic often rescheduled appointments at late notice. It’s a shame because I had been a very satisfied dental patient of Dra Mariana Rebelo for two years, and happy with surgeon Dr Sancho Silvestre’s removal of my wisdom teeth, but the orthodontics are not up to the same standard. I feel much more confident and satisfied with my new provider, thanks to whose treatment plan the aligners fit well again, are more aesthetically pleasing, and costs are also much lower. Regrettably, I strongly advise against choosing this provider for your orthodontics treatment.

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment and my teeth are perfect! I was really afraid of dentists but then I met Dr Cristina! She is super kind and caring. My treatment plan was explained to me in detail from end to end: how it was going to go, the changes in the treatment, everything until the end. My treatment was quick and effective! I've known this clinic for some time, without a doubt one of the best I know, the entire team is super attentive, excellent professionals, the doctors are kind, careful, they clarify all doubts in detail. I always had some fear of going to the dentist, simple oral hygiene was sometimes torture, which is no longer the case. At the moment I am aligning my teeth with aligners, Orthodontist Dr Cristina Teixeira is exceptional, delicate, friendly and attentive, from the first study consultation until now, the results have been noticeable with each passing day. 5-star orthodontic treatment. I straightened my teeth with invisible aligners and I loved it. I have already finished treatment and have always been treated very well. From reception to the orthodontist. Everything was always impeccable, I needed to change some appointments and they were always understanding of the changes.
