    Nos added 4 extra phone number on my contract without my permission. I called 3 times, spent an hour on the phone, they told me I had to maintain the contract as is or pay 500 euros penalty for the contract cancellation. Then they told me it's from the shop, the shop, identified the mistake done by an employee. HOW COME AN EMPLOYEE CAN ADD STUFF IN YOUR CONTRACT WITHOUT PEOPLE PERMISSION? They told me in the shop this would be fixed, they would give me credit. I received today the Bill, THE EXTRA NUMBERS ARE STILL HERE and MY CONTRACT STILL OVERBILLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At this stage I want NOS to reimburse me and cancel my contract WHITOUT FEES, the way you work is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

    Indignada com tão ordinário serviço e descaso com os clientes...estive em loja em Fevereiro dia 18,para adesão de um número ao meu pacote. ,vir a saber ha duas semanas atrás que pago por 3 telemoveis totalmente desconhecido por mim..em que atedente deste add por vontade própria e de ma fé ao que sugere,,,liguei ns vezes a pagar ..e não resolveram em loja hj..espera,pedi pata falar responsável..não houve quem atendesse...atedente disse que me ligariam as 15 para resolverem problema,,aguardei ate as 18 e nenhuma ligação,, qdo as 18 e algo ligatam e desligaram rapidamente..voltaram a ligar e fiquei em linha aproximadamente uns 20 minutos ,,a ouvir negociações, sim porque me deixaram em linha ..por fim desligaram..espero bem mesmo que toda conversa seja gravado para fins legais..sem solução para o problema a pagar ppr um tlm que não uso...pelos visto terá que ser levado justiça a televisão a denunciar a sério o mal serviço!

    Minha esposa foi pedir uma internet pra nossa casa, já temos plano de telemóvel … o funcionário da loja NOS COLOMBO simplesmente cancelou todo nosso contrato e pediu uma internet a parte, nos causando um imenso transtorno! Fui obrigado a fazer um acordo na fatura que chegou no próximo mês de quase 2000€ de prestações que ainda tinha que pagar! NÃO ESCUTOU oque a minha esposa pediu, pois estava conversando com um colega! Ao ligar na NOS para reclamar da situação… um colaborador de vocês disse “SINTO MUITO NÃO HÁ NADA A FAZER” … total descaso com o cliente! Agradeço a Equipa da NOS LOURESHOPPING que fui muito bem atendido diferente do COLOMBO, la no LoureShopping me orientaram da melhor forma pra resolver toda essa palhaçada que fizeram conosco!

    Sempre pessimo atendimento, spiacevole, sembrano di fare un favore, sempre un'area di superiorità e deprezzamento, bene, è così male che non trovo neanche le parole giuste per specificare il male che mi fa andare a questo negozio li al Colombo, le volte che sono andata o qualsiasi della mia famiglia è sempre lo stesso. Ovvio che sempre per "obbligo" non avendo via di scelta. Se capisce avere una giornata male, ma lì ormai è di "norma", suppostamente, trattare male la gente, dopo tante brutte speranze, solo questo che riesco pensare. Penna dover mettere 1 stella per fare la ricezione perché ne anche questo se lo meritano.

    I went to the Nos store in Colombo to receive explanations about my invoice where I was charged €50 more than I usually pay. And the attendant Mia Kasongo was extremely rude and not only did she not know how to explain the Nos app, but she gave an ironic and crooked answer when she asked if there was someone in charge in the store who could solve my problem.     A store inside the largest shopping center "Colombo" in Lisbon which has around 10 service counters, only one of which is aimed at companies, I spent almost an hour waiting to be served as there were only two people in the queue for companies, while I waiting for the other counters to be almost always empty, and finally the lack of professionalism and behavior of some employees in the work environment. Normally I don't go to physical stores to avoid these hassles but unfortunately my account manager simply disappeared from the map. Dissatisfied!
