    As an expat living in Portugal, Vodafone has made it incredibly difficult to pay online, over the phone, and in person. Today I needed to recharge my sim card to get another month of data. The website wasn't allowing me to pay online in any way as Credit, Debit, and Paypal were not working on the website. I wasn't even directed to a page on the website to pay for the service. I called the customer service agent and he couldn't get the website to work either nor would he allow me to pay over the phone in the year 2021. So I had to travel all the way across town to pay for the data plan. The first customer service agent was quite rude to me after I asked if he was available. This was after waiting in line and waiting for my number to be called. There was no one else in line or in the store yet he refused to help me. Then someone walked into the store and he helped that person instead. It was rude. Finally another agent came onto the floor and told me I could go to an ATM or café to pay for my data plan, but as an expat without a NIF number this is impossible to do. Thankfully after experiencing a rude agent then another who mansplained how to pay which I already knew how to do, but could not do it due to being an expat then I was finally able to pay for my data plan in the store. To conclude, I was unable to pay online, over the phone or at an ATM or café in the year 2021. Expats living in Portugal need better phone options, online platforms that actually work, and better customer service. This was an overall poor experience. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because at least I got to pay for my service. It just could have been a WAY better and easier experience.

    Fast to have my sim card but not information provided by the reseller to use it or to pay. Just kind of "find a solution by yourself now"

    10 Euro for 3GB and SMS and calls with 4G. They forgot to activate calls upon purchase, had to come back again to correct this.

    This place is busy non-stop. The paper ticket/number system works but many people take tickets and walk into the mall.. and they miss their slot coming back disappointed... not a great system (actually feels quite antiquated). Seeing as they are a cell phone company you would think they could work something out with texting their clients. There's something like eight or nine Vodafone work stations. Everyone seems to be busy... Sometimes the wait is painfully slow. However, the agent who helped me was pleasant, spoke English and was able to take on all my tasks.

    I was really happy with my experience in this store compared to other vodafone stores. For some reason not all vodafone stores have the same level of access and authority(this one does have it). I had been having problems with my internet bill amount and even after spending 40+ euros and a lot of time being kept on hold on vodafone's stupid paid telephone line. I went to this store and got my problem fixed in 10 mins. The staff were polite and respectful, unlike other vodafone stores. I would definitely suggest going to this store if you are facing difficulties with something.

    Very friendly and helpful staff, who speak perfect English. Made everything really fast. I got my phone numbers at the store and WiFi at my home the next day.

    I gave 5 stars because of an employee, Duarte Ribeiro, who had the kindness and personal effort to help me with an issue that had been going on for almost two years. I made a point of asking his name, because the effort was different and I felt who had a genuine interest in helping me. I had already gone to other Vodafone stores without success, and the interest of employees seemed to be non-existent. Because of this employee, I will stay at Vodafone (Tv+Net+Voz) and I will recommend going to Mulberry trees.

    An employee sold me the worst tariff ever - after 30 days you pay like for everything and can't change the tariff on the other option. Vodafone - worst and the most expensive telecom company in Portugal (just compare the prices and see by yourself)
