We discovered this Gallery while in Lisbon a few years ago. Francisco was so patient and helpful with us. It took a bit to find the piece that “spoke” to us. That piece is in our living room and may be our favorite piece of art and we also purchased another piece while there. We just finished redoing our dining room and couldn’t find a piece that anchored it. Again I reached out to Francisco. He just has a wonderful selection and frankly there were quite a few that would have worked. Just received the piece selected. It’s gorgeous and will be that “jewel” focal point in this room. We recently purchased a painting from Galeria São Mamede while visiting Lisbon. They have a great selection of artists represented and were very helpful as we found an artist whose work we really liked and then as we went through a number of their paintings. They arranged shipping (painting arrived expertly packed and in perfect condition), and we loved working with Sara and the rest of the staff there. We will return, and certainly recommend visiting them if you are in the market for quality art.
