    Real estate speculation agents sell cold, poor-quality homes for thousands. In addition to the high seismic risk inherent to the country itself, no building in Portugal is prepared for this. Therefore, these are the gentlemen who fuel the speculation. They certainly don't have children or they underestimate their future. One day, when they want to buy or rent a house in Portugal, they can thank their parents for the high market prices!
