Horrible
experience.
Travelled
with
my
dad
to
Portugal
who
is
82
years
old,
with
a
heart
condition
and
pacemaker.
Arrived
at
airport
at
7:30
in
the
morning
to
catch
a
flight
to
Newark
at
12:00
noon.
We
both
were
tested
for
Covid
with
quick
antigen
test
and
an
hour
later
we
both
were
informed
we
tested
positive
and
we
would
need
to
do
the
PCR
test
outside
of
airport
after
being
charged
21
euros
each.
I
then
approached
TAP
airlines
counter
and
was
informed
we
could
have
test
done
in
airport
through
SynlabHealth
through
the
help
of
the
Red
Cross.
We
were
then
taken
to
a
room
by
the
Red
Cross
and
a
policeman
to
a
small
room
were
they
did
the
PCR
testing
and
told
we
should
remain
in
room
for
4
hours
awaiting
results.
We
once
again
were
charged
160
euros
each
and
given
the
number
of
Red
Cross
Rep
to
contact
once
we
received
results
from
lab
and
cleared.
After
4
hours
of
waiting
and
no
one
contacting
or
coming
to
room
I
reached
out
by
phone
to
Red
Cross
for
several
hours
with
no
answer
and
hearing
mailbox
was
full.
We
remained
in
the
room
hoping
someone
would
come
only
to
find
out
that
8
hours
later
I
would
have
to
walk
down
to
the
lab
center
and
find
out
my
test
as
well
as
my
dads
was
sitting
there
for
3
hours
in
printer
with
no
one
ever
handing
them
to
us
and
informing
us
we
were
negative.
I
lost
2
flights
and
was
unable
to
board
lane
until
next
morning
causing
me
and
my
dad
to
stay
at
airport
for
approx
15
hours,
leaving
airport
at
10:30
at
night
trying
to
rebook
flight
for
next
day.
We
were
abandoned
in
a
room
with
no
commodities
sitting
in
2
plastic
chairs,
wires
hanging
from
wall,
no
tv,
no
couch
and
unable
to
each
breakfast,
lunch
or
dinner.
I
am
of
Portuguese
decent
and
my
dad
was
born
in
Portugal.
This
trip
was
to
take
my
moms
ashes
to
Portugal
after
2
years
of
having
to
wait
to
bury
her
due
to
Covid.
It
is
quite
disturbing
to
me
that
you
can
treat
people
this
way
with
no
compassion,
especially
the
elderly
and
sick.
But
was
is
even
more
disturbing
is
that
you
are
benefitting
with
Covid
by
charging
this
kind
of
money
for
a
PCR
test
and
quick
to
collect
the
money
but
failing
to
provide
assistance,
professionalism
and
overall
human
kindness.
I
was
forced
to
complain
online
because
when
I
tried
to
call
you
directly
there
is
no
answer.
How
can
you
treat
people
this
way
and
profit
off
Covid
testing?
Shame
on
you.
Just
so
everyone
knows,
I
was
never
contacted
by
anyone
and
it’s
now
2
years
later.
Very
sad!
Easy
to
take
our
money
but
not
interested
in
fixing
problem.
