I had to repeat all my personal details 3 times, online when booking, at the reception and then at the doctor. For what they charge for a 10 min appointment, you could work out a more seamless process of gathering information. I won't come again. In response to this review, the clinic accused me in poor language proficiency, which is racist, unprofessional and untrue. Instead of calmly taking into consideration poor customer experience they provided, they also accused me of attempting to leave without paying which is also untrue and unprofessional.

I scheduled a teleconsultation at this establishment over the phone, paid in advance as requested, on the day of the appointment they canceled the appointment via email without any information. I contacted them by email, phone, Whatsapp and they did not respond. I filed a complaint with ERS and apparently they don't even respond to them. It's been 8 months and I still have the situation unresolved. They charged me 90EUR, I didn't have a consultation and they even sent me the invoice! Do yourself a favor and go to another office.

I've been a patient of Dra. Maria Teresa Silva at this clinic for many years and would say that the clinic has provided an outstanding service for the community. I've never had any complaints and give 5 points. However, MedicalOne and everyone involved with it seems to have disappeared suddenly without leaving any trace - phone, web page, email address all stopped working and there is no way to reach anyone. Consequently, my patient records seem to have gone, too, and there was no attempt to reach out to existing patients for a transfer. This is, frankly speaking bizarre, and has instigated my curiosity. Unfortunately, this also means that I now find myself in the unforeseen situation that I have to quickly find another doctor and have to go through full examinations again elsewhere without having any medical complaints, just to get some subscriptions renewed. Whatever happened there, I'd like to express my thanks for years of excellent health service and hope that everyone at MedicalOne is fine!
