My husband and I were seen by Dr. Helena Aguirre on July 31, 2020. He had Botox done to the forehead and I had Botox around the eyes and Lip fillers. We were told to call the office 10 days later if we needed a follow up. So on the 1Oth of August I called to explain and complain that we were both very disappointed with the Dr.'s injections. My husband's forehead needed more work and my lips are uneven, right upper lip has absolutely no filler in it( I explained that during the procedure the canula needle came apart from the syringe and leaked down my chin) and the left part of my upper lip has a slight amount of filler. Not only does my upper lip look as small as before the procedure but now it is uneven! My bottom lip is OK. We both have had Botox and Fillers for the last 2-3 years and definitely know how it should look like. Follow ups are Always included and the office should have called me, not ask me to call them! Very, very unprofessional!! Anyway I requested another Doctor for the follow up and the person I spoke to said she would call me back the same day. Well 2 days later still no call back! We paid almost 1000 Euros and this is the treatment we get!! I'm very angry and disgusted with LMR Clinic! I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy!! Very unprofessional, obviously don't care about the patient after you've paid and in my opinion bad esthetic work, no eyes for perfection!!

Never got a call back after telling me they would call me or email me twice regatding a treatment. Asked for a quote online, nobody replied. I can't imagine how the level of customer service/after care is for their patients of they cannot handle any communication like that. I probably did a favour to myself by avoiding any treatment at this place.

I recently had surgery with Dra Marta Duarte and the whole journey has been superb from beginning to end. Today I had my last physiotherapy with Mafalda Duarte and I just wanted to say 'THANK YOU' you have been so helpful and caring. Everyone in Bloco 0, the nurses and the anesthesiologist have been exceptional, I really felt looked after.

My story began by meeting Dr Alice. She had a perfect ability to make me feel as though I was the only patient she met that day. Without her approach I would have put it on the back burner for another few years. The neck lift procedure cannot be described as easy but it felt as though I was accompanied all the way and the results are great. There was never a moment of frustration at having to speak in English all throughout the treatment. Special mention to Vanessa who was fabulous, Mafalda the physio and the reception staff.

I received a Neck lift and am extremely impressed with the staff. The surgery went great and the follow up amazing. I also worked with Mafalda on the after lymph drainage message , which helped speed up the recovery as well as eased any concerns

This clinic is amazing. Everyone speaks English and is so kind. Dra Joana Dias Coelho is so good at her job!

I live in London and while on holiday in Portugal decided to stop at Luisa Magalhaes Ramos clinic for a Botox treatment. I was recommended this clinic by a good friend of mine. As soon as I arrived at the clinic the staff was helpful, professional and welcoming. The clinic is immaculate and the treatment rooms and clean and comfortable. Booked an appointment for Botox to treat axillary hyperhydrosis 1 month in advance. Was told a certain price over the phone. When I arrived they changed the price and told me a price 42% higher than agreed upon on the phone. They then proceeded to change the price again 130% higher than the price agreed upon 1 month earlier. Did not get the treatment as there was no price list and the lack of transparency in communication and prices is unacceptable. Highly unprofessional clinic.

Wanted to get a consultation about lipo (and actually wanted to get a surgery if all good 🙂). The woman on a phone told me that her colleague will call me back on the same day to make an appointment with doctor, but it never happened.
