I looked for a gym to continue practicing crossfit during a vacation in Lisbon and I didn't regret my decision. I had the opportunity to try some classes other than CrossFit at 1fight and I wanted to go back to them all. In the contracted modality, I was able to benefit from a physical, postural and nutritional assessment, which I considered a differentiator. I thank the team and recommend the space!
