Awesome yoga studio! The sound baths are some of the better ones I've experienced. Was pleasantly surprised that the instructor spoke English during the class.

Kula Yoga is my newest favourite studio in town. The studio is luminous and cosy and I can’t get enough of the variety of classes they offer. From juicy restorative with Giorgia to dynamic power with Hanna, it’s a real pleasure to be back on the mat with a group of outstanding teachers.

Fantastic little studio. Clean, modern, and comfortable space. Friendly, upbeat staff and owner. Every teacher I’ve had has been excellent. Great location with lots of cafes and a park nearby. Highly recommended!

Cozy place but superficial teachers/owners. I caught some of them gossiping about other students in a pejorative way, I was also a “victim” of their villain way of being! Don’t recommend! Not a real honest holistic yoga place! It’s BAD managed, fake. If you are a girl and likes fitness yoga and gossiping then you can go there.

No answer from the owner, the space closed and she disapeared with my remaining credit (7 classes)!

Great spot for yoga in Lisbon. The space is sleek and stylish with a lovely garden at the back. Solid instruction also. I took a Yin class which was great, coming back for flow & restore.
