I
lived
in
Portugal
for
awhile
and
took
several
weeks
of
courses
at
Portuguese
Connection
and
two
other
schools.
I
found
Portuguese
Connection
to
be
the
best
school
by
far
in
terms
of
instruction
quality
and
non
terms
of
how
the
school
creates
a
community
of
learners.
They
were
also
much
more
business
like
and
organized
in
comparison
to
my
other
school
experiences.
The
group
instruction
was
excellent
and
the
teachers
focus
on
each
student
to
balance
the
differing
needs
of
each
student
worked
well.
Itâs
a
hard
balancing
act
to
take
a
group
of
students
with
different
abilities
and
work
with
each
one
to
help
all
advance
throughout
the
week.
I
found
each
teacher
did
this
effectively
and
managed
to
keep
the
whole
class
advancing
while
focusing
on
the
unique
needs
of
each
person.
I
learned
a
lot
when
I
attended
my
classes
here
and
the
different
teachers
I
had
employed
effective
methods
for
learning.
I
was
really
impressed!
I
found
all
three
schools
a
challenge
to
understand
if
or
when
I
would
have
class
and
think
this
is
the
nature
of
this
business.
A
school
needs
enough
students
to
host
a
class
and
the
number
of
students
enrolled
at
your
level
of
instruction
on
a
particular
week
is
hard
to
know
-
esp
in
winter.
They
did
everything
possible
to
ensure
we
had
class
and
if
we
didnât
they
were
quite
responsive
and
flexible
to
finding
solutions
when
they
were
unable
to
host
a
class
at
my
level.
I
found
the
instruction
and
pedagogy
to
be
excellent
and
I
learned
a
lot
and
grew
In
my
language
ability.
I
prefer
group
instruction
to
1-1
tutoring
and
thought
the
teachers
did
an
excellent
job
of
helping
students
learn
from
each
other
in
a
classroom
environment.
Interestingly
to
me,
I
really
enjoyed
the
students
at
PC.
I
met
some
wonderful
people
in
the
school
-
a
few
I
now
count
as
friends.
PC
cultivates
a
culture
of
togetherness
and
students
readily
bond
w
each
other.
I
canât
wait
to
go
back.
Lastly,
I
canât
imagine
a
better
location
for
the
school.
Itâs
a
wonderful
are
to
go
to
each
day.
No
school
is
perfect.
My
biggest
complaint
is
that
no
one
can
read
the
names
of
the
classrooms
on
the
doors
as
evidenced
by
everyone
asking
where
their
classes
were.
It
happened
every
week
and
most
students
complained
about
not
being
able
to
read
the
script
for
the
door
labels.
It
would
be
better
for
teachers
and
students
if
youâd
get
rid
of
the
horrible
script
format
no
one
can
read
or
simply
use
numbering
rather
than
the
name
of
figures
from
history
no
one
can
read.
It
amazed
me
that
given
all
the
students
asking
âWhere
is
classroom
xx?â
Theyâve
never
either
used
different
labels
that
people
can
read
or
used
a
different
system.
This
is
a
small
complaint
relative
to
all
the
great
things
that
happen
at
the
school.
When
I
return
to
Lisbon
I
intend
to
study
here
on
each
visit.
Itâs
a
wonderful
school
and
creates
a
wonderful
community
of
learning.
Based
on
my
experience
between
Portuguese
Connection,
Berlitz,
and
Lusa
School,
Portuguese
Connection
was
head
and
shoulders
above
the
rest.
It
is
an
excellent
language
school
and
I
learned
a
lot
and
gained
many
wonderful
memories.
They
also
employ
nice,
caring
and
wonderful
teachers
and
run
an
efficient,
student
centered
business.
