A+ Tiff and Mat were great hosts and we enjoyed our stay in their apartment. We checked in the El Mirador (the upper apartment) and it was a beautiful view in a clean and nicely decoraded apartment. Both did a great job in renovating the house.

Apartment very well located. Very clean and very well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet. The view is beautiful. Close to metro tram and all shops. The owners are super friendly and are always available just in case. We loved our stay and will come back.

You would be hard-pressed to find hosts who are more welcoming than Matt and Tif. I have stayed at places with many great hosts, and this is not a slight against any of them, but Tif went above and beyond all of them. On many occasions, I was pleasantly surprised at how much effort she put in to make sure that our stay in Lisbon was enjoyable for the whole family. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. It's the service provided that really stood out though. There were small things like asking what our kids liked so that she could find sheets to put on their beds, and asking us what route Google Maps was taking us when we were walking and providing a screenshot of a better route to take when we first arrived. I'd also like to note that many places provide the basics in the kitchen like cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc. Tif went way beyond that though and provided enough food for us to cook a full meal so that we didn't have to go out and either shop or eat out after a long day of travel. She provided us with rice, pasta, pasta sauce, crackers and cookies for the kids to try, juice, and frozen treats. As another example of great service, she knew that we were headed south to the Algarve after our stay in London and she communicated with me after we left her apartment to provide me with updates on the news as there was a wildfire in the area that was potentially closing highways. She kept us updated throughout a couple of days until the roads were all clear and before we arrived. On top of it all, the apartment itself is in a great location and we walked nearly everywhere we visited while in our stay in Lisbon. Fantastic apartment. Even better hosts. If you're staying in Lisbon, check this place out. It's one of the reasons our family trip to Portugal was so successful!!

Thanks to Tif and Matthieu for their welcome. The accommodation was exceptional, very clean, bright and very well appointed. You immediately feel at home there. We loved the view of the city, and especially the calm of the place, which was what we were looking for. The welcome was impeccable and warm. Tif explained everything to us and gave us lots of advice. Our host was very attentive to us, and checked in on us regularly. The location is ideal, the apartment being close to the metro, shops but also the train station and the city center. We loved our stay in this apartment and highly recommend it.

These are by far the worst hosts I've ever encountered. If you don't believe me, just take a look at any remotely negative review of them for their true colours to shine through. I'm certain one will show up here soon to prove my point! They put on a great act, which would explain all the glowing reviews. Don't be fooled and find somewhere else to stay - for your sanity. *edited to add that her review was completely false (as proven by the fact there were no damages to report or compensate for at all) and she left at the last minute to ensure I couldn't write one back. And then ignored all correspondence. And a 3.5 average due to your false review but thanks for noting.
