I booked 5 surfski training sessions. I was short in time so they let me do two in a day (if you’re not fit, this might be a bit too much). Great boats, really great instructors and an absolutely incredible location. I’ll come back to them again!

Every time that I go to BORK for my own kayaking experience I am welcomed and given expert assistance. I always have an excellent experience. I have brought several friends in to join me on my adventures. We all have a great time!

This kayak tour was amazing and honestly the highlight of our trip to Portugal! Joao and his wife Annabelle were so nice and made setting up the trip incredibly easy. We did the half day paddle in Sesimbra and it could not have been more perfect...great weather, excellent equipment, spectacular views, and of course, our awesome guide Joao! It was obvious that Joao has a real love and genuine passion for doing this and spending time with him was such a pleasure. I highly recommend this experience! Thank you Joao, Annabelle, and BORK You for such a wonderful day.

I was the only person booked in for kayaking today so went out with Miguel. It was a brilliant experience. He told me all about the history of the area and also gave me tips for my trip. I will definitely come back again and bring friends this time ☺️ Great service guys, thank you!

I did the stand up paddle board tour in Sesimbra. I was the only person booked in that day so I got a private tour. Miguel gave me loads of information about the local area and we had a lot of fun too! Plus he took some great pics of me :) would definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks guys

We had a great afternoon out with Bork! We booked on the Kayak & Big Stand Up Paddle activity and we didn't stop laughing from start to finish! Big shout out to Raquel who was brilliant! Especially dealing with our group of 20 stags! Highly recommended!

Enjoyed some fabulous surf ski solo sessions exploring the Lisbon area and also spectacular Sessimbra. As I was an experienced paddler from Australia, Raquel was super helpful and able to craft the sessions to suit abilities and even included an intervals training session with the local club members. However would also be a great place to learn. Next time I’ll be sure to include a downwind!

Top notch beginner's session on SUP with fishes jumping around us. Inez (sorry I am sure I spelled that wrong) made us feel safe while keeping it playful and fun. Hope to come back again soon! 🌞😎🇧🇻🇵🇹🇹🇼

We had an amazing experience; they were able to accommodate a private kayak tour for us day of. Our guide Raquel was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was able to share many interesting facts about the area and the country. She even spent time with us once the tour was over to provide us with recommendations on how we should spend the rest of our day. We felt safe, comfortable and had fun during all points of our experience. Would highly recommend to all!!

Had an awesome time SUPing with Lucas, he's super fun and mischevious! He taught me different skills and we did various excercises to get more proficient using the board and staying afloat, 10/10. Also shoutout to Naira (sorry if I misspelled that), stay warm!

We had a great experience at Bork last Sunday and rented two kayaks . Their staff João and others were so professional, nice and patient. He gave us detailed instructions for the route and kayak tips as we are newbies. The sea was calm and the scenery was beautiful and we even saw a group of dolphins along the way . We had a great time and recommend this shop !

Lisbon is a great city to visit but one of the highlights for me was getting away from the city one evening for a couple of hours to paddle a surfski around Oeiras with BORK. They've a very impressive set-up with top class equipment and facilities. Raquel is one of the best guides I've ever paddled with, so full of enthusiasm for paddling. I hope to visit Lisbon again and will try to work the trip around a paddle with BORK.

This experience was amazing! We were a bit nervous because we’d never tried kayaking before but Inês made sure that we were safe/ comfortable and we were chatting the whole time. We were on the water for about two hours so it's a good arm workout, but I would 100% recommend! Thank you!! 🚣🏿‍♂️

I have been on 2 ten day trips guided by Annabelle with BORK. The first was a hiking trip on the Portugal coastal path. This 2nd one was a hiking and kayaking trip in the Duoro Valley. I went on the second trip just to have Annabelle again as a guide. Annabelle is, hands-down, one of the very best guides I have ever had on trips. She is kind, smart, funny, well prepared, safety first, and super knowledgeable and informative about Portugal, hiking and kayaking. Annabelle adapted the trips as we went along to the participants’ requests, needs and to changing weather conditions. The BORK kayaking equipment was in excellent condition. Her employees, the assistant guides, are also outstanding. I would go on any trip offered by her and her company.

Good quality boards and paddles, easy dock to go out into the water, a place to leave your bag if needed. We had perfect conditions no big wind or waves, great fun. Catarina our monitor was quite helpful and reassuring for someone that is not very experienced like me :-)

My friends and I had an absolutely fantastic time diving Berlengas with João. The trip was well planned, gear was great, everyone at BORK is very friendly and fun and I would absolutely recommend BORK for your adventures in Portugal. I had a great refresher dive with Lucas before doing the boat dives and I would recommend that to anyone that wants to dive here but hasn’t gone in a little while. The people here were very accommodating and supportive. All in all I would definitely be joining BORK for more adventures if I was here longer and recommend them for other visitors to the area or locals looking for a great dive or adventure community. This is hands down the best place you can choose for an adventure. First of all, the whole team is amazing and extremely helpful. I missed one of the appointments I’ve made with them due to unexpected circumstances and they were kind enough to reschedule even though the time frame I had was pretty limited. I decided to try scuba diving and kayaking, as it was my first time doing both. I would like to thank Miguel for the great time on the kayak and making me laugh and enjoy the whole journey! My scuba diving experience was one of the best things I’ve ever tried and would recommend Lucas a million times - super careful, caring and supportive guy that will be there for you the whole time and make you love every moment of it. Thanks to everyone involved, im for sure coming back!

We joined Joao for a half day sea kayak tour in Sesimbra and it was the highlight of my time in Portugal! Paddling along the cliffs and caves was breathtaking and we even saw dolphins leaping out of the water on the way back. What really made the trip special was our guide and owner Joao. His wife Annabelle was great helping us set up the tour and even helped arrange transport from Lisbon. It is easy to see that they are passionate about what they do and truly care about your experience with them.
