There is no retail store any more. Only service/repair center. Please do not come hete if you want to buy Huawei products.

Not very big, but nice, cozy, confortable and with a Nespresso! Friendly people and very efficient, you may have to wait some time to get your issue fix but in the end it gets fixed.

My Freebuds Lite didn't work and I didn't have the receipt anymore. Still, the agent (very kind person) checked the status of the product. After a couple of days they sent me a message to go to the store. When I went there, they gave me a brand new product! Excellent staff and service.

Very good service I brought my phone in the morning and got it back in the afternoon with a new battery and display!

Was having phone trouble. This was the closest service center. So I traveled to Lisbon from Spain (closer than Spain's). Upon arrival met Claudio was a godsent. Explained problem, he located problem and said he could fix it. In less than 30 minutes Clauido had phone working like new. He made this American one happy man!

Required a screen swap and was promptly provided one later this afternoon.

Very small service space where one of the 2 counters is right at the door, making it difficult to enter and leave the store and disturbing those being served. Service was slow and slow, but friendly. I paid €40 straight away just to check whether a robot vacuum cleaner has repairs or not (amount that goes towards the repair if the repair goes ahead)

The space itself its very refined and even has charging docks and cables. The personal service not so much. They weren t as nice as you would expect.

Excellent staff and service. Feels good to be treated kindly when going to report a problem with a Huawei equipment and not to be getting the usual "trying to send you away" treatment.

It's only worth it for the friendliness of the staff. What is the point of a repair shop where a Huawei PC with a simple software problem has to go to Porto?

Good service, it's a shame to have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for components for a simple repair.

They asked me for €480 to fix the Huawei P20 Pro cell phone, arguing that they needed to change the central body of the cell phone. I took the TLM to another store specializing in repairs of various brands and I was left with an impeccable cell phone with a new battery, speaker and microphone and a working camera, so these gentlemen are either truly incompetent or they rob in broad daylight. It's a shame that Huawei hands over repairs to these types of companies. Avoid this place

I can't recommend. Unfortunately, they were not able to repair my Huawei device, not even after they provided an expensive budget to do so. And it took days and days of phone calls and emails to do nothing. The very same device was later repaired by my local technical service half the price in less than 48 hours.

Very nice condominium. You feel like you are in holidays !!
