    Since all LV stores are similar, and quality is constant, it all comes down to client service. I was greeted at the door by Suzanna, and she was fantastic throughout the whole process. I wish more stores in general would follow her example.

    Terrible terrible store here!! Many staff are so rude and low educated about costumer service. I asked my husband to shop my mom’s Christmas gift the other day. He said, they told him to wait an hour. After that he waited over 30 minutes black lady talked to my husband said he needs make an appointment. My husband is kind enough didn’t complain about it. My husband saw someone has no appointment but probably repeat costumes so they let them in. Manager in LV Lisboa is fine. He is nice but others are pretty need to learn how to talk and explain same information to the costumer. My husband didn’t wear rich clothes so they look down to him the way he wear. This is also not fare at all. Unfortunately Portugal has only one Louis Vuitton and sadly no online store. If we want to buy LV in Portugal, we have to be patient from this rude customer service. My husband wasted around hours in store and came back home. They don’t even accept make an appointment by online. What kind of company is that?

    A very nice store in the middle of Lisbon. The service here is appropriate and very competent. Quickly times you forget everything else and let yourself be inspired by the Louis Vuitton world until you hit the price tags :-). But the quality of the products sold here is hard to beat!

    Must be losing so much business... online access to Portugal is Zero, you must go to the "international site" which does not offer online purchases! Try to call the store and no answer, send an email and they advise to call the store.. you go around in circles that you end up giving up and moving on to another brand!! Portugal store should be linked to the Spain site in order to process online orders much easier... LV currently operating in the 19th century in PT!!

    Had a pleasant experience at the store today despite popping in the store at 6pm on Sunday. I was helped by Laura today. While she seemed rather quiet, she was attentive and got all the items I and my partner were interested in. Laura was quick to offer us some beverages while we chose our items too. I bought 3 accessories today at the shop, and Laura was nice to remind me to check about the VAT refund due to how I’m flying back home. She also helped to get a YK bag for my purchases and not the usual orange one upon request. Really nice time today and I’m glad it wrapped my time in Lisbon nicely!

    The store is very cute and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Particularly, I was fortunate to be assisted by Nuno, whose service went far beyond the typical customer interaction. He wasn't just accommodating and patient, but he also shared his profound knowledge about the array of perfumes available. He provided invaluable advice that helped me select the perfect fragrance, making the process much more personal and enjoyable. Beyond his in-store assistance, Nuno turned out to be a local connoisseur. He generously shared tips and recommendations for exploring Lisbon and Sintra, transforming my shopping experience into a memorable cultural exchange. Thank you so much ! Definitely recommend !

    Came in two days in a row, even though you don’t have to have an appointment but if you don’t want to wait call ahead for one. We just winged it both days. came in and didn’t wait too long. We arrived, browsed and mind you I already knew what I wanted when I got there so it made it much simpler. Love the service we received both days.

    Unfortunately cannot remember the gentleman’s name but had a lovely experience at the store in November when visiting Lisbon. I asked if I needed an appointment and they said no but I would need to wait a few minutes. I didn’t wait long at all until the gentleman came to help me and I explained what I wanted. Fortunately I was able to purchase for myself and my friend as a pregnancy gift - they even added them together on my account as it would help with Tax Free. I returned later on as I didn’t have my passport to make my purchase and have initials added to each bag. Anyway, credit card now burnt and exhausted, and I left the boutique very happy with my purchases. I absolutely recommend this boutique and would certainly visit again to purchase!

    I deduct 2 stars for the after sale experience. We bought sunglasses on a Saturday. We got to say, by the Louis Vuitton staff, that They are working with an optician close by and he will adjust the glasses as needed without any problem. On Monday we went to the optician (optician was already closed on Saturday after our purchase) and we found out it’s not possible to adjust the glasses. We went straight away back to Louis Vuitton and we got only the option to exchange the glasses against another product that is in the shop today. No refund, no voucher… Very disappointing. We were expecting at least a voucher. Also adding that they forgot to put the glasses cleaner in our purchase… Still 3 stars because it’s LV, the shop is nice and clean, staff is friendly. Fact is that for glasses it is always better to buy them at an optician specialized shop.

    We walked in without an appointment and we were setup with Paulo. The man is a genius. Not only is he kind, he is knowledgeable, patient and he knows style. We came to Portugal not to shop but for honeymoon, he made my wife’s birthday special. I will remember Portugal for people like Paulo. Louis Vuitton take care of amazing people like Paulo

    Great shopping experience buying a new purse for our daughter. One Salesgirl first ignored us for a few minutes and offered assistance to others coming in after us, but then another salesgirl came over and helped us complete the sale.

    I have been to so many LV’s stores…This one is probably the most unwelcomed one among all of them…After I stood in front of the shelfs for about 5 minutes…No one was coming to help me or even asked if I need any help…I tried to talk to one of the sales people to see if I can try on one bag,he told me they are all very busy,I need to find someone and join the waitlist to wait…I don’t want to blame his attitude but I really don’t think a luxury store should keep their customers waiting like this…If they cannot find any available sales,just ask the customer to line up outside or join the waitlist first and give them a call when it’s their cue…

    Was pretty disappointed when I was shopping there that I was told to hurry up. I bought two items and would of liked to look at more stuff, but completely turned off after such a comment. I understand there maybe a cue, but definitely didn’t feel like a valued guest.

    I bought a bag last month on January 12 , 2024. A beautiful bag named Favorite. But when a got home I realized that the lady that was attending me put it in a smaller box (more like a drawer). Now I can't use the box to storage my bag because you have to force a little to fit it in, and I'm concerned that it will scratch the metal in front of the bag. The minimum you guys could do is send me a proper box, so I can storage my bag normally.

    One of the worse shopping experiences. We came into the store to look for a particular purse that we saw the night before. However we weren’t able to make the purchase because we didn’t have our passport. We went back today (1 day after). I asked for the handbag and the associate said they didn’t have the purse. It tuned out he was looking for the wrong bag. When he got the correct code for the bag I wanted, he said there is only one and it’s on hold and that is the only one. I told him that I saw the bag last night and it’s on hold for me and even pointed where the bag should be stored. He just kept explaining that it’s sold and that it happens often (which I know could happen). Anyway, after convincing him to look again. He did, and he finally found the bag. He checked his iPad and there were actually 3 available ! I didn’t feel like the associate tried looking very hard or correctly. It was just an unpleasant experience. Never had that before.

    Beautiful little boutique. I'd suggest setting an appointment before visiting otherwise you'll have a bit of a wait before speaking to a salesperson. We had a lovely experience here with the staff and the designs.

    Avoid this location — has the WORST manager of any luxury store I’ve ever encountered! Arrived over an hour prior to close and was only informed 45 minutes into my time at the store that a passport would be needed to have taxes refunded — fair enough, totally my fault for not having it. With 25 whole minutes until close, and with my hotel AT MOST 5 whole minutes away from the store, the manager adamantly refused me the opportunity to be able to re-enter the store to make my purchase. I had all products selected and was prepared to check out. Would have been back to the store with 15 minutes until close to simply check out. Here in Lisbon for business for only one day and wanted to get my sister her Christmas presents here… pleaded with the manager to no avail. Shame on this location’s management. I advise all to steer far clear of LV Lisbon — an absolute disgrace.

    Great shopping experience at Louis Vuitton Lisboa, however do expect waiting time of up to 30mins to an hour depending on how packed the store is! I was greeted warmly by the staffs there and I managed to get all the items I was looking for, it would be good to know what you want in advance before heading in! The prices are much cheaper if you’re a tourist as the VAT is 14% and above depending on the total purchase amount.

    I am from NYC and I went to Lisbon for a birthday trip! While there, I thought I would take advantage of the VAT refund so I went on Friday to purchase gifts for my parents. I forgot my passport and the associate (who is new but also a sweetheart) said that she will not be able to hold anything so to purchase the gifts and come back with my passport to return the items and purchase again. So on my last day in Portugal, I had to take a detour trip back to Louis Vuitton, even though I’m super busy with getting Covid testing. When I entered the store, I told the lady at the door that I came to return and purchase so I can get the VAT refund. The lady at the door was SO RUDE. She spoke to me in an accusatory manner and said that no associate would tell me that. We explained that this is what the associate instructed. She was dismissive and sent us upstairs to speak to another sales associate. Once upstairs, another associate approached us and when we tried to explain the situation, she also responded with an accusatory statement saying that none of her associates would say that. She explained that was illegal for Louis Vuitton to do that as it is against Portuguese law: although LV return policy is 30 days. My sister explained that it was not our suggestion and were instructed to do so by the sales associate. She checked the receipt and I guess she realized the first associate was indeed new, and may have given bad advice. In the end, she was unable to help us at all but she was very apologetic. I was angry and annoyed, and wanted to leave asap since they were just giving excuses. However, as I was trying to leave the store, our sales associate and lady at the door were talking to each other. I walked past her to push open the door, but the lady at the door, grabbed my arm and raised her voice at me to say the door was broken. From the minute we entered to when we left, we were treated poorly. It was humiliating as there were other guests there. I understand why they were unable to accommodate my request, but again it was the sales associate who suggested the option to me in the first place. I felt that they owed me an apology, as I took time out of my last day in Lisbon to come back to their store as their sales associate suggested. Instead, I was being reprimanded when it wasn’t my fault to begin with.

    If you are lucky, you will not have to wait outside in the line in cold or in rainy weather of Lisboa great service, friendly stuff, which was added benefit as you don’t get this in Europe if you are a tourist and you want to take a benefit from the tax-free Shopping store

    The store itself isn’t very big, however, the service was EXCELLENT! I bought a passport cover and got a hot stamp on two luggage tags and we were welcomed by two of the nicest LV SAs I’ve ever met! One of the best LV experiences until now!

    The worst LV store I have been to. Here on holiday try to make a purchase , was told nobody could help me and I need to go online to make a reservation , with which availability is more than 10 days away! Updates I dropped by again and they accepted walk in . However there is ZERO SERVICE here. I was browsing and then a staff approached me who sounded impatient and rude. I mean if you don’t want to help go somewhere else. I ended up buying two items anyways coz I was there to shop. However I did not enjoy the experience at as there were none. This is not what the brand represented and this tarnish the LV experience.

    It was a pleasant experience. I was asked if it was my first time in this store, which it was, because i wanted to order a wallet, that was not available in the store. I asked to see similar ones, to get a feeling for the design and size and was offered to take a look. I then asked for a Tour and to learn more about the brand, which was kindly given to me. The salesman told me with enthusiasm about vuitton and was very nice and kind to me. A very exquisit store of the brand i can gladly regard to anyone.
