Brand new flagship store of Loewe in Lisbon. Beautiful decor and friendly sales associates. They even have a nice courtyard at the back which is surprising. Totally enjoyed my shopping experience here.

Patricia is one of the best store reps I’ve ever met! She is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the collections. She really stands out with her hospitality and even offered to give her number. Management - if you’re reading this please give her a raise! She is doing wonders for your brand.

This is my first trip to Portugal, and I had my heart set on another brand. But when I walked into this store I fell in love with all the bags instantly. The store itself is beautiful as well. Cristina was especially helpful and a delightful person to help me make a decision on my first Loewe bag. Luckily I had a specific color in mind, otherwise it would have been even harder to make a decision with all the beautiful colorful bags. Left the store with a beautiful Goya bag, but will definitely be getting more in the future.

I dropped by shopping for a wallet for my dad and scarf for my moms. I didn’t end up finding what I wanted to buy but I need to give a five star review for the amazing staff at this store (which is a start contrast to the poor service I just recover from the LV store across the street) . Staff from Casa Loewe was very patient in showing different styles and product to me and gave zero pressure. Highly recommend this store and thank you for the shopping experience.

Very beautiful but small store

Wonderful experience shopping at Loewe in Lisbon. Very welcoming staff, all patient and kind. Nuno assisted me and was so patient bringing out every color and size of bag for me to compare. Even the check out experience was top notch. Beautiful store with a well stocked inventory.

The tax refund rate was very good and the service staff were very nice and patient When I entered there were some service staff who just kept chatting until I left the shop, which was a bit rude. I really liked the male salesman, he was really extra nice and didn't feel neglected at all.

I've made many trips to Loewe during my stay in Lisbon, both to browse, buy and report an issue, and every time every single person was attentive without being overbearing, very professional and quick to respond. They ordered a jacket for me, and it arrived the following business day. It's been a lovely experience, and in the end I've ended spending quite a lot. Definitely recommend!

I bought a total of 2 bags, 1 wallet and 1 card holder during 2 visits to the store (29 Nov 2022 & 2 Dec 2022). After experiencing patient and friendly service, I visited the store a second time and bought another bag. Based on this positive experience, I requested the sale consultant to do a quality check on my behalf before payment. Upon gifting the bag on my return to my country, I was informed of multiple large circular scratch inside the bag. The leather on the flap had creases as well. This is really devastating to me as these are luxury items bought from their official store and I thought there would be some sort of quality standard and control.

For sure im not the ultimate LOEWE Fan ( for now ) but a very estimate Sales Assistant that i respect for many reasons , moved from one Brand to LOEWE and introduced me not also to the Brand but also to the LOEWE Store and I was perplex . Almost 1 year has gone by maybe ,and I still try to understand the Brand , the Collections , and all about LOEWE . For sure the LVHM Group know very well why they included LOEWE in their Portfolio . You will find a awesome Sales Team , undoubtedly items that you will end to buy ( you can't say NO ) and if its not to crowded , get with your purchase a free & interesting Tour behind the Art Work & Details of the LOEWE Store Lisbon . It s a unique Store for sure and within the Avenida da Liberdade , where you find most of the Fashion Brands , like PRADA , BURBERRY , ZADIG & VOLTAIRE etc its one of the Stores that will keep your attention and you will remind it for sure if you walk in . I bet you maybe will end up buy something , be stunished , without words and need you time to process everything you saw ( as said Decor & Collection ) . Don't make the mistake and just pass by .

Didn't end up buying anything as they didn't have the size/color combo in stock there that I wanted. But the staff was very nice and the store is spacious and has a nice selection.

The team members here are outstanding! Very welcoming from the start and extremely knowledgable about the pieces. They were friendly and offered their expert opinions without feeling like I was pressured to buy more. Truly a luxury experience and highly recommend!

So stingy of the brand to charge customer for a tiny paper bag when you spent so much money here. Do they expect people to shop and hold the products on hands when leaving? This is not how a luxury shopping experience should be!
