Would not recommend. We stayed here 5 nights and not once were our bed sheets replaced. Our bathroom smelt like a mens urinal and had a sticky floor. Someone would come daily to remake our bed and give us fresh towels however they would not touch anything else even our rubbish was left behind. One day they forgot to bring new towels and took the only ones we had. To top all of that off the street outside does not feel safe as it is a hub for drug dealers and homeless. I am unable to respond to the below message left by the hotel and am appalled that they would make up a story to fit their own agenda. We did not mention this to the staff as my partner and I are not confrontational. We were not told about any sewage, and definitely were not upgraded or offered any reimbursement. My partner booked this and was not under my name therefore if this story were true they’ve had an issue with someone else on the same issue. We never asked for any compensation or money and did stay the entire time we had booked. We had no issue with anyone from staff in this hotel and found their employees lovely up until the below comment. I made this review only to help others looking for hotels in the near future.

Wrote a very long review on TripAdvisor, but here there is a limit when it comes to the review length. I'll summarise Good: spacious apartments, nice decor, clean, great bed and great shower. Location a bit dodgy with lots of drug dealing around. Bad: - I was booked out from their other apartment (Lisbonaire) due to low occupancy, while I purposely looked for a hotel with on-site parking. I didn't have this now. - huge living room, but not TV. Only TV in bedroom which is so tiny that there is no seat, can only watch TV from the bed itself. - large flip-top bottle of (most likely) water in the fridge. Was it placed by the hotel or left behind by previous guests? - public spaces closed (including laundry), but no info on the website. - wifi is not secured, no password, anyone can get in - both on the website and inside the apartment it stated FOC daily housekeeping service, nobody ever came to my room during my 4 night stay. - second last day the wifi didn't work as their connection was 'suspended'. Probably bills were not paid. Mentioned it to reception who texted me 5 hours later saying it would be fixed. Guess what, it never got fixed.

Incredible apartments in the centre of Lisbon! The decor is one of the best I've ever seen, and it really makes you feel like you're in a merchant's house. Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the square below. We loved the common area with the tapestries and other decorations. Best place to stay in central Lisbon!

Amazing and Cosy place with strategic location! This is a great central place in the heart of the City. There’s everything you need just some blocks away (metro, train, supermarkets, etc) and just a perfect place to visit the city. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Have to visit!!

We stayed here in Lisbon for 5 nights and it was the perfect place for our group. We came with 4 adults and 1 2 year old. The location was the best we could have picked - it was centered to everything we wanted to see and do in the city. Easy underground parking during our stay. The staff kept the apartments super clean every day and the check in was a breeze. We'll stay here again when we return to Lisbon!

The interior is lovely but i had a constant headache when spending any time in the apartment due to the noise outside of buses, skateboarders, and street sellers. I'm sure this is what some people love but I'm more into silence our sounds of nature. I stayed previously at a hotel at the opposite corner of the square and didn't have any issue with the street noises at all, so either I've become sensitive since my previous visit our the acoustics in this corner of the square are particularly bad.

You can’t beat the location! The apartment is simply decorated and easy to access with amenities such as laundry and luggage storage. A small elevator is available in the building and you access your apartment room with key codes which is much more convenient. Small kitchenette and big washroom with large shower space. I definitely recommend this place.

We were on the top floor facing the plaza. Our room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable, and I enjoyed sitting in the window nook with my coffee each morning. There was construction on another building nearby but with the shutters closed, it did not disturb our sleep. We rarely heard other guests. It's nice to have a kitchen and space to spread out when traveling and The Visionaire did not disappoint. Our room was spacious, the kitchen well-appointed, the bathroom had enough space for toiletries and a drying rack.

Very good location the studio was very comfortable. Bed and pillows great. It s on the plaza where bus trams metro and tourists gather but no noice as the windows are sound proof . The bathroom is basic but nice . Kitchen seemed ok but we didn’t use it. There a coffee machine but we regretted not even one capsule was already at disposal nor even a bottle of water . A part From that I recommend as price for great for value . The lobby on 1 at floor is very nice and cosy with a library . The overall process of booking and paying very smooth and professional. Nice and courteous lady at reception .

We just checked out of our apartment and already so sad to have left it. Never have I ever been this impressed with a hotel in the touristy part of a major city! Clean, quiet, incredibly decorated, reasonably priced to book, easy to check in/out, and very comfortable to stay/sleep/live in (specifically, the studio apartment, where we stayed, with our 2 small kids). I hope to return her and rent the 2 bedroom in the future…

Phenomenal experience! I know it looks too good to be true from the pics, but it is really that good. Clean and bright apartment right in the heart of the city, prompt and professional support, and a terrific value. I cannot overstate what a fantastic stay it was.

Wonderful old style place on the square. We wanted to try something boutique rather than the mass of institutional global chains. Friendly, accommodating, fairly priced and perfectly located.

Fantastic Apartment in the heart of Lisbon. We had easy access and the staff was incredible. The rooms were very clean and large suitable for our group of 4. Having a dinner table was great to play games at night. Location is the best. Easy to get to using the Metro from the airport. Rossio train station is nearby too for a day trip to Sintra. Lots of places to eat in the evenings nearby but great areas like Alfama is not far away. You'll also be able to catch the famous Tram28 nearby too. For our first trip to Lisbon this place was perfect and look forward to coming back soon.

Wow! What an incredible experience in the Visionaire Apartments. I booked the Suite and I’ve never been in a room which looked so artistic. The ceiling of the suite has bricks - super beautiful. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helped me with recommendations around Lisbon, as well as good food spots. Worth it to visit it ✌🏼

Lovely and clean accomodation. Very big and bright and the location was excellent. They also have a laundry room which was very helpful during travel.

Located right at the exit of a metro station and sooo close to Rossio square and e-bikes, Visionaire Apartment is super convenient to get to. Our apartment was cleaned up daily and we had a very happy stay :)

A wonderful stay all around. Our room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Joanna was a pleasure to know. She was kind and helpful, and made sure that our stay was exceptional. The central location provided easy access to a wide variety of restaurants and points of interest. I highly recommend this establishment.

Was given a different apartment than booked, luggage storage is in an unsupervised room, cleaning staff were in my apartment while I was in a shower and dropped off the clean sheets there. Honestly, though spacious I am very disappointed and would not stay again.

Fabulous stay in the centre of Lisbon in a exceptionally large airy and light two bed apartment. The rooms were clean and exceeded our expectations, decorated with style, with well equipped kitchens and expresso coffee machines: perfect for exploring Lisbon.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Visionaire. We stayed in room #24 facing the square. Check in was super easy and fast. The room was bright, spacious, and comfortable. There was LOTS of storage and ample hangers (which is usually never the case). The bed was comfortable and the linen was nice. The shower was FANTASTIC! Would 100% return.

This hotel-apartments is a perfect chioce for those who prefer to be in the heart of the city, nearby all the main places (attractions, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, public transportation, etc) by short walking distance. The place has full day reception time (morning-evening opening hours) and they are always keen to assist in any issue that popped-up or for further questions. From my exprience, the staff were just amazing. The room I got was fantastic: equipped with all the utilities needed for 1 or 2 persons, big space in bathroom, perfect working air conditioning and cleaning services almost everyday. In addition, although it is located right above the Rossio square, I did not hear any exterior noises from below. Highly recommended!!! and for sure I will return only to this place in my next visit in the city.

I recommend everyone to stay in this Apartment when you visit Portugal, very happy to be there.

What a location! It's A+++, 10 stars, best of the best. Easy to travel from when you're arriving from the airport. The entrance of the metro is literally in front of the door! Tram 25 brings you to the west (Belem), and a bus bringing you to the entrace of the castle. The apartment is located on walking distance from Commercio square where you can take a bus to the east part (Oceanario). Tram 28 is in walking distance as well. I was extremely surprised by how great the location was! The welcome was OK. Nothing really special. I can see some improvement there! We booked an attick studio but got a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. Amazing! The apartment has high ceilings and I loved the minimalist interior a lot. Overall clean and neat, and just a lovely place to be in. Good internet! The only downsides to our stay were as follows: - The building on the back is being reconstructed, which sometimes causes some noise from workers mainly. As we wake up early, we were not really bothered by the time they started. - The kitchen/living room had an extreme smell at night if you would close the window. When the window was open, the smell was gone as well, so we were not really bothered by it. - Everything was well clean, except from some details (some black spots on the walls, handprint on the door, door handle not completely clean). - We missed a long mirror and some coffee/tea! Those points would not keep us from coming back to The Visionaire apartments, though! We really had a nice stay.

Unfortunately we did not even get a chance to stay at The Visionaire Apartments because they have asked us to cancel our booking over a month after it was confirmed via booking.com. Their reason is based on the fact we are a large group even though we have absolutely no events or parties planned at the apartments and we would have been extremely considerate guests. You cannot presume/pre-judge how your potential guests will behave! Really disappointed as we have now lost over a month or booking an alternative and the prices have sky rocketed.
