when you leave a review you get 20% off. apparently this is the reason they have so many good comments. new staff with zero experience. even I can do a better job. professional nail technician with a 2-day degree from Manchester, that's all is about. They ruined my nails now i need to go somewhere else and have it done properly. More money to spend like they didn’t get enough from me already. I will never ever visit this salon again. 100% honest review

I visited the salon on Monday for a colonic treatment I honestly cannot praise the salon enough from 1-How easy it was to book via the website 2- For the professionalism and politeness of the lovely receptionist who rang to ask me to complete the questionnaire. 3- To the atmosphere of the salon when I arrived. And then Millie for the following: - Her level of professionalism is amazing I was made to feel so so relaxed and comfortable whilst having the colonic treatment. - Her friendly manner and for talking me through the entire procedure. - Her excellent after care advice. - The results I have had following the treatment. Would highly recommend this salon and treatment. Elena x

Daria was lovely, she made me feel very comfortable with a nice cup of coffee .Advising me on nail colour etc . She was very professional and ensured I was happy , I love my sparkly nails . I will certainly book with Daria next time .

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this salon for hair colouring (especially blondes) it doesn’t seem to provide professionals in there I’m afraid. Such a shame I didn’t check their instagram page to realise there is no much of work on hair. I got my hair done two weeks ago and I have been left only with regrets and need to go for the correction. I won’t say a lot (I already have told the women who has left a mess on my head) what I think about my hair. Shortly, million of shades (unevenly highlighted) top too much bleached, middle old brown left, ends my old blonde ends , bleach bleed (two lines) and in general very amateur work done. Bit disappointed this time, booked a luxury manicure and pedicure. Nails done fine and Aimee was lovely however it felt very rushed and not as relaxing/pampering feeling especially if it’s the luxury one. Previous times felt very pampered but on leaving this time felt I’d just been fitted in before closing, not sure if owners have changed but felt like a conveyer belt being rushed through treatment. Shame as all previous visits been great

Chloe did an excellent job of my colour (foils) she was professional and worked with confidence in what she was doing. I highly recommended her. I am very happy with the result. Just the right amount of colour. Maddy also did a great job of the blow dry and I am sure she will make a great hairdresser under your guidance

Massage was amazing and felt fantastic. The facial was also incredible and my face feels and looks so much better! I’ll definitely book again and Jess made me feel so at ease and welcome! Thank you so much 😊

Becki was fantastic. My first time at Be Beautiful for my roots done with a blow dry. She matched my colour perfectly. Becki was super friendly and made my visit a pleasure. Will definitely be back next month

Unfortunately I can't rate it 0 stars. On Saturday I was due to get my hair cut but got my bike stolen just before the appointment so couldn't make it. While I understand it's frustrating for the hairdresser the way I was spoken to was horrible and after explaining the situation I was told I was lucky to not get charged. the lack of empathy or understanding from the lady on reception was shocking. I've had my hair cut here for years and never missed an appointment. Greed comes to mind. I'd encourage everyone to get your hair cut somewhere that cares about their customer's.

Chantelle made me feel comfortable from the very start. She is professional but also extremely down to earth so talking to her was very easy. I am very happy with my nails, they look amazing.
