Mercy's store has employees helping customers get what they want and check them out without delay. The only store I got what I needed during this Xmas busy period without hassle because they have staff that helped me out. Bravo Mercy employees at cosmetic section.

My brother and I sat there for a good 45 minutes without seeing a single salesperson. That was great for us, since we just wanted to sit on some furniture and chat, but probably was less great for the several different groups of people who were plainly looking to purchase the very comfy furniture. tl;dr if you just wanna sit and chat, come here. if you want to buy stuff, probably look elsewhere.

Not the best macys. The lady at the make up section made us somewhat uncomfortable trying to explore different options. The restrooms were out if tiolet papers. The rest of store was pretty clean with so many pretty clothes and goods.

Awesome store with a nice selection of clothes to choose from for all ages. This particular store, however, doesn't have much higher end designer clothes to choose from.

I like Macy's but it wasn't until I went in with my kids looking for something specific that I realized that it's layout is terrible and makes it very difficult to find what you're looking for. While in there I stopped and noticed a pair of shoes which I of course had to purchase. However, they only had two ladies working in the whole shoe department on a Saturday and it was packed. I felt terrible for them. They did get the shoes that I wanted from the back but I had to wait which I understand because there were only two of them. I felt that they should have definitely had some help. Then I had to go up and down top to bottom through the whole store to even find the children's department and children's shoes, which there was not a lot of selection at all of children's dress shoes. Macy's is a great store to shop for the brand you're looking for, just the layout is terrible so if you're going to go there, be prepared to spend a lot of time looking for stuff

All the decorations, sparkly dresses makes me glad I shop in the mall stores. Staff helpful and very nice. I saw a lot of good prices

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was at the Galleria Mall last night at the men’s department shopping for my son. I asked the man at the register for a larger bag for my packages since the bags I had were ripping. He refused to give me a bag. He said that I would have to buy something. Besides being fundamentally rude over a paper bag, the inconvenience of struggling with ripped bags made it impossible to shop and spend money at the store. I have been shopping at Macy’s for many years, have a credit card with a substantial credit limit, and I was RUDELY DENIED A PAPER BAG. I asked to speak with a manager and nobody showed. Brick and mortar stores are becoming challenged with online shopping. The only distinguishing factor is good customer service. Unfortunately it was not practiced at this store last night.

Nice store, and it was one of the nicer ones that we have been at. The staff were friendly and it was stocked. The prices were similar to others and decent sales. Will stop again.

I hadn't come here in a while, and the prices are super reasonable. The store is neat, clean, and well-staffed. Nice variety of plus sized clothes! I'll be back!!

This is my go to place where I get ALL my fragrances! I can spend hours in Macy's at those counters. The staff is very patient and knowledgeable about the latest fragrances!

Great experience....friendly helpful staff.... At the Chanel counter and especially at the Sunglass Hut section of the store. They assisted me when my order and even arranged an expedited overnight delivery since they did not have the item I wanted in stock.... fantastic!

Black Friday in July? Yes, Black Friday deals in July and they were good! Worth the trip driving over here.

It was a really nice department store. Lots to see. Some sales. The prices were pretty high compared to other places. Some of the staff were really friendly and helpful while some were incompetent. On the 2nd floor, bag section, we went to return some gifts and they were extremely patient and helpful, that's why the 4 star. On the first floor, I purchased a bedsheet set and went to the counter to check out. There were 2 cashiers. Mine decided to help out the other person. We already paid and while the printer was printing the receipt (yes, matter of 3 seconds) she decided to go help the other cashier and spent about 5 minutes there. The person waiting behind me eventually gave up and left. I had to wait for my receipt so I just stood there and waited. She came back and gave it to me, no apology, nothing.

It's crowded. It's overpriced. The biggest problem is at checkout. I have never received the promised discounts on line either. So One of the things that really is frustrating and will keep me from going back to a store is when there Is not enough staff to take your money. So I decided that I waited long enough, put a couple of hundred dollars worth of clothes down and left. This has happened at the McKinley Mall Macy's which is now closed. (wonder why). This has also happened at a Las Vegas store where I waited over a half hour to check out. So this being the third time and not an isolated incident, I cannot recommend Macy's for a stress free shopping experience.

I know that Macy's stores can be messy but this one must be the worst I have ever visited. I walked in on Sunday morning just after the store opened and I went to check clearance section. Half of the stock was on the floor, some arms were half empty and some heavily overfilled. I was there for about 10 minutes and could not see a single member of staff. Product selection is very limited comparing to other branches. Would not be coming back

One of the last department store hold outs!! I really love Macy's. They have nice stuff and their cologne selection is unmatched!

Every time I've gone into this place my experience has always been met with employees who seem pressed when assistance is needed. I try to avoid this place but sometimes I have to go in. If you don't like where you work, find another employer!

1st time ordering any type of clothing online. Prefer to try on and purchase if like. A little big so returned for smaller size. Then smaller size came and fit much better but something on the clothing like glue possibly and with leather didn't really want to try and mess with it so returned again. The 3rd time finally everything is great. Just a lot of unnecessary travel and wasted time but Macy's made it as easy as they could as far as no hassle returning.

I don't believe how I was treated at Macy's today! I drove there special to spend money in their store and not only was the staff rude, but I was told to basically leave. I was pricing sneakers. I picked out a couple to try on and the two people working in that department basically ignored me when I walked up and asked for help. The one staff said they couldn't help me because they don't do sneakers. I guess that's a separate salesperson and department even though they're connected. I clarified with him that there was no way he could help me even if it meant making a sale. He said no and he didn't know when anyone would be in so he didn't know what to tell me other than come back some other time! I'm not going to shop for sneakers online because of a foot problem and I pay a hefty amount for what I'm shopping for. I said to him " so you're basically telling me to leave? " And he told me yes. I know that places are understaffed, but he made no attempt to ensure that I would come back. Besides the fact that it is an unscheduled day off for me, and I drove in the pouring rain, I guess they don't need my business? I earned points to spend there, but you can bet I'm never going back there for anything. I don't usually react so severely in this fashion, but I just couldn't believe it. It was the Macy's located at Galleria Mall near Buffalo New York. You can make a trip there, but you might walk out with nothing!

Still a great place to shop. My wife got a new dress for a wedding we were attending. Great selection and found her size too
