Great choice of food. Always come here to explore different variety of food. The service depends on the stall you go to however they are often quick and they are used to the rush of customers. I would keep any eye out for few stalls as hygiene for me is important and due to the rush, some food stalls seem a little hectic than others. Personally feel like the ones hyped by on social media is necessary the greatest. Would recommend and always a nice day out.

It's one of my favorite spots in London. I have been coming here for years and love it more and more each time I come back. This is one of examples where you need to go in every pace/city - instead of watching buildings, market is the right place: food , drinks, culture, crowded, many options toto buy… please go here and enjoy! Options for vegetarian just like for meat lovers ! I could do 1000 pics but the you should enjoy in life!

On a Sunday, it's an amazing place with a lot of good vibes and people coming from all over the world to enjoy the international amazing variety of food, drinks, and sweets. There are authentic restaurants from all continents. The foods generally taste really good. The market is also very pleasant to the eye and the lake makes it even more beautiful. You can also buy different souvenirs from international shops as well. You can have a good time regardless whether you're a family or younger groups. Highly recommended.

I haven't been to Camden since the 1990s when I was a teen!! It's like stepping into a different world - so eclectic and all-encompassing. Something for everyone on a complete scale of taste that excludes no one (think Goth, Punk, Neon, Psychedelic, tattoos, piercings, swathes of jewellery choices, clothes etc etc). Cuisine for all palates, beautiful walks along the canal, unique independent shops with everything you can imagine, vintage goods galore!! It's the perfect place to visit, day or night. Take loads of money!! I absolutely loved it!!

I love the vibe of Camden market. Punk rock, to granola, preppy and casual. This place is great for all. So much choice in food vendors, something to please everyone. I love the new renovations to the market. It's chic, clean and very inviting. A definite must see if you ever visit London.

Really cool market. Great that they have seating spaces at a few places to sit and eat peacefully and also to take shelter when it rains. Variety of food stalls is fantastic. Prices are ok. A must visit place for sure. Easily accessible as well. Lots of cool stuff to photograph.

Very crowded but fun. There are many interesting stuff to see and buy but it looks like the quality of goods are quite poor. Great place to try all kind of cuisine and different activities. Got many good bubble tea shops around as well

Made a quick visit here for few hours in the evening, great selection of vendors from apparel to food. Picked up some body wash from a soap vendor which was great as needed small containers to take on flight. Food was great, stopped at multiple food vendors and bought little bites from as many as I could until full. There is also little containers people can sit in to stay warm and sit down to eat food they bought in the market, these are free and maintained by volunteers.

It's a large market with lots of shops and stalls and includes several smaller specialist markets. There's lots of food stalls selling all kinds of fast food from all over the world, there's plenty of vegan and gluten-free options too. There's also several cafes and bars. The lock market is great to visit as it's by the canal and has great views. The streets around the market are also worth a visit, there's lots of good shops.

We had a wonderful time walking through Camden Market. There is so much to see that you could easily spend many hours there. We loved the artsy shops and variations of small businesses and could find almost anything from standard souvenirs to local artwork. There are so many food options and so delicious. If you are looking for an artsy and diverse experience, it's a highly recommended option.

A vibrant market filled with culture and life! Just when I though I saw it all after exploring the first couple of squares by the canal, it blew up into an intricate networks of shops and little courtyards lined on tight, intimately scaled streets. It's an interesting place where you can spend a couple hours just walking around and be entertained.

I first went to Camden Town in 1995. That was a great experience for me as a little boy. You could buy magic mushrooms. Marijuana smelled everywhere and there was a spark of danger in the air. At least that's how it seemed to me at the time. today everything is a bit more moderate - magic word gentrification. anyway it's still a great place. so lively, so colourful, so many cultures in one place. everyone is trying to sell you something, some give someone a smile, others snap at you. The food court is unbelievable, where there is a seller from every nation in the world. my little daughter was super excited after the visit. I love Camden Town

Visiting Camden Market with our young family was a delightful experience. The market’s vibrant atmosphere captivated our kids with its array of colorful stalls and street performances. Although the bustling crowds can be a bit overwhelming for little ones, the market offers a unique sensory experience. We appreciated the variety of food stalls, offering something for every palate, including kid-friendly options. The canal-side location provided a picturesque backdrop for a family stroll. While not all shops are suitable for very young children, many vendors showcased a family-friendly approach. The presence of baby-changing facilities and areas to rest and feed the little ones were convenient. Overall, Camden Market is a must-visit for families seeking an eclectic and lively outing, though parents should be prepared for busy walkways and a stimulating environment.

We love visiting Camden Market.. we travel up from Kent to Charing Cross, then jump on the Northern line, Northbound to Camden Town.. there are so many lovely street food and drink stalls.. we've tried a few and try different ones each time we go! I would recommend Humble Crumble and are aiming to try Funky chips! The market is lovely and clean and very busy on the weekends!

Great place to visit and the quirkiness of the different market shop is lovely to see, the street food vendors are great they are very polite, the only difficult part is the amount of people in such a small space but it's worth while and to watch the canal boats come through the locks... one thing I would say is watch out for pick pockets but other than that it's a really fun day out

Great place for a stroll/day out, has little shopping stalls with different types of clothing /items which you probably can't find elsewhere. The umbrella design is really cool - definitely worth checking out once and good for photos. The market itself has a large variety of food and drinks - although a little on the expensive side, worth it if you want to try something new or different!

I absolutely love the artisan markets around the lock and the street food places. The walk or cycle along the canal is such a peaceful thing to do to away from the hustle of the roads and paths. Its a shame there are so many souvenir tat shops, it's real over kill and I miss the clothing stores, there are still a few incredible independent shoe shops though and the new market in containers has some funky stuff.

Despite the weather, it turned out beautifully because of the people. I was there in 1998 and Oh boy everything was the same exciting vibes but lots of changes. Loved every seller I talked to and genuinely good karma around the areas. Loved the energy, the music and happiness. Bringing my younger daughter to visit a place where people are colourful and arts of all sorts is fantastic. Thank you Camden Town.🙏🌟💐💖🎆🎊🎉

Love this place- shops, entrainment, an abundance of food stalls. Bars, quirky and old school. A little bit of everything for everyone. Easy to get to. We took Northampton line to Chalk Farm and walked the quite back way. So much entertainment from beat boxing, heavy mental, singers. Could listen to them all for ages. Have fun and enjoy. X

Well worth a visit once in your lifetime. Great use of old buildings. The toilets were £0.20 using a bank card. They were not clean. Never seen as much silver in my life. Lovely and bespoke jewelry. The food is touted as street food but it not overly cheap. A pint of beer was £7, so an upmarket market really. No place to sit as it was busy. So had to eat standing up. We took the 214 bus from Z Hotel Shoreditch which took about 40 minutes. We walked back along the canal for half the way (which was a lovely walk) and then on the main road. This took 65 minutes.

Wow this place just goes on forever. I've never seem so many interesting shops and stalls in such a concentrated area. You could take all the markets of all the cities we've ever visited and combined they'd still be smaller than Camden Market. Very enjoyable few hours.

Camden Market provides a wide range of price points, catering to both budget-conscious shoppers and those seeking higher-end, unique items. From affordable trinkets to designer pieces, the market accommodates diverse budgets. Accessibility-wise, the market is well-connected with public transportation, making it relatively easy to reach. However, the crowded nature of the market, especially during peak times, might pose challenges for those with mobility concerns. Food wise, offering many international food option but the one that I had wasn’t that great. May explore Little Venice, you can easily visit Little Venice and Camden Market in the same day as they are relatively close in proximity in London. Little Venice, known for its picturesque canals, is around a 30-minute walk or a short tube ride from Camden Market. Exploring both areas in one day allows you to experience the tranquil waterways of Little Venice and the vibrant, eclectic atmosphere of Camden Market, offering a diverse range of attractions in a single trip. Overall, Camden Market offers a mix of affordability and upscale options, though the accessibility may vary for individuals with specific mobility needs.

Camden market is tons of fun. Plenty to do, plenty to eat and definitely worth going to check out the shops. Some of the shops are just copy and paste. So nothing special. But the cool record shops and vintage shops make it fun.

Just how I remember London. Fantastic atmosphere. music, art, eccentric characters, bespoke vintage clothing, a real feast for the eyes. The original Dr Martin shop too. Still selling original stock from the 1990's genuinely made in england, not like the boots being sold today that don't last. If you feel down and need a pick me up, this place will do it for you.

The food stalls are all incredible (I tried so many, would have been rude not to!) The shops are varied and quirky. Lots to see and do. The Lockside is busy but has a great feel. Possibly my new go to when in London.

Would recommend to everybody visiting London! You get insight into the multi-ethnic culture London has to offer and it’s a great please to search for some souvenirs, cute and original jewellery, as well as gorgeous art in general. There are many food stands that offer a variety of foods, even possibly paying attention to allergies (such as gluten) or veganism and vegetarianism. We went there on a Friday noon, and it was not very busy, so a good time to go there. When we left at around 3pm, it was much busier.

I'm not sure exactly what I expected, but this place was amazing, so many different food stalls, anyone could find something they liked, literally every type of clothing getting sold, all stalls were friendly, food stalls all vying for you, offering samples, was great listening to them pushing for a sale, we tried chinese, and a lamb and cheese nan, was so tasty. It was really busy, but we still had a great day. We went into Coyote Ugly for a drink and a chill, and it was also really good, like the movie. We would definitely go back, even walking from the underground station, the street was full of vendors vying for a sale, but really friendly about it. Loved it.

The atmosphere was vibrant, cool, the culture is awesome! I love that they had an automat photobooth, it created loads of memories even though I travelled alone. It's a must go place for both local and tourist!! ? Wonderful whimsical marketplace with plentiful shopping for Vintage, Thrift and souvenirs. It's also complemented with a wide variety of global delicious cuisine. A must see community...Cheers!

Brilliant place with loads to see and do. Can pass a few hrs just people watching alone. Loads of lovely and different food outlets with something for everyone. First time in Camden and we'll be back.

Amazing atmosphere, definitely one of my favorite London attractions! You can find everything you need from this market - vintage clothes, leather works, local brands and much more. The variety of street food is rich, from Greek souvlaki to veggie burgers and topped waffles. Loved it!!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you’re a foodie and if you like sharing, snacking, trying new things - this is your place! It was absolutely crowded on a Saturday afternoon, but that’s to be expected. We had the Indonesian food, arepas, and some beer on the West side by the canal and a polish hot dog on the east side of the market. We would have probably tried more if the lines weren’t so long for some other spots. Definitely worth it regardless though!

A little frenetic and nutty but if you like that kind of thing--think tattooes, piercings, and pink hair--then this is the spot. Lots of good places for food though, and it's fun to your on the canals.

The feeling of 'home' you get when you feel at peace? Yeah well that's how I felt in Camden. Having never visited the place before, I felt rather overwhelmed with all the happiness running through my head. Camden = Perfect!

A brilliant place to go and get lost in - there's all manner of strange and delightful stalls and shops to be found in Camden Market. I'd suggest dedicating about 3 to 4 hours to get a good chance to take it all in. Also, the food stalls are so delightful for the senses. Definitely recommend grabbing a bite to eat here too!

Lively place with amazing crowd. There are lots of food pop up shops which had variety of cuisine such as Indian, Italian, Mexican, American, Chinese, Thai, Desert etc. The walk around the canal is really pretty. The market has unique items and variety of stuff! It's a good place to spend the day.

Love this place, there is so much to explore. So many wonderful places to eat and drink. I could quite happily spend all day here wandering around the market.

It used to be extremely busy on weekends before the Covid, fantastic place for street food, lots of different food, all nationalities, great day out. If you do not like very large crowds, don't go there on weekends, go on weekdays rather.

Really fun, loads of food and clothing stalls and shops. Card payment options at every place, outdoor covered seating pods for eating your takeaway food

Amazing place! Great food and atmosphere. Quirky shops and just overall a superb day out. Enjoy the photos of my recent trip to Camden Market.

Camden Market has not lost it charm over the years. In fact it has improved with a new building by the canal which has a food court, rooftop terrace and toilets which are clean. The street food vendors are still offering lots of choices but prices have risen. The indoor market and stables offer lots of stores just make sure you bring lots of cash. Still has to be one of the best places in London to visit.

Camden market. Lovely hustle bustle place. Food and shopping are excellent and ample options to choose. Places for antique and leather items. A walk through the England culture, lifestyle, music, timelines. Great time spent over weekend. Crowded but that’s the plus point there.

  • 5/5 Mel G. 2 years ago on Google
Camden Market is definitely worth a visit. Fantastic transport links. It can get very busy at times. Take a walk down the canal and into the Street Food Market where you can buy almost any type of food from around the world. Lovely independent jewellery stores selling handmade pieces and priced reasonably. Eclectic mix of independent clothes stores. But it's the choice of food stalls and restaurants that really warrants a visit. A really lovely overall experience.

Camden, it's amazing. I haven't been there since yesterday but I'll go again for sure. You can find whatever you want there and nice energy.

I really don't know how and why today was my first time here. Absolute gem of a place. RECOMMENDED!! There is so much to do, see, eat, experience. The food, the food, the food! 👌🏿😍😋 There's something for everybody, vegan, pescetarian, vegetarian, carnivores 😂 You want to spend at least 3 hours to explore the different food stalls, taste food before you buy and just have a great time. Nice music in different parts of the market too. See you next week and probably the week after 😂

Good place to visit. Interesting stalls and sites. It is also architecturally Interesting with it blend of canal and railway architecture. Also great for people watching and street photography. Some good street food stalls but not a top destination for foodies, there are better markets.

Not how I remember it from my youth! Lovely buildings, loads of history and the canal on the doorstep. However - full of touristy tat shops and not so much the vintage clothes and new age stuff I remember. Good street food stalls with plenty of free tasters. The statue of Amy Winehouse is…. Interesting 🤨

What a place to visit, totally unexpected. I thought it would be rows of market stalls but no, lovely retail units and a great indoor market selling everything from jewelry to paintings. An amazing variety of places to eat and drink and some rooftop terrace bars to soak up the sunshine. Something for everyone at this famous venue

  • 5/5 Brittany C. 1 year ago on Google
So many food/dessert/drink/shopping options!! Me and my husband loved this places, it goes on forever and we went two days in a row because it's hard to see everything in one day. We tried so many different stalls (can't remember the names) but everything was really good and there is something for everyone. I highly recommend the mushroom truffle Mac & cheese from the Mac & cheese stall & the vegan strawberries & cream milkshake from the vegan burger stall!

Camden Market is a vibrant and eclectic destination that's a must-visit for anyone seeking a diverse shopping and dining experience. The market's unique mix of alternative fashion, arts, crafts, and international cuisine creates a captivating atmosphere that's truly one-of-a-kind. However, it's important to note that the popularity of Camden Market can lead to overcrowding, especially during weekends and peak tourist seasons. This can make navigating through the narrow streets and exploring the stalls a bit challenging, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the visit. If you prefer a more relaxed shopping environment, consider visiting during off-peak hours to fully appreciate the market's charm without feeling overwhelmed by the crowds.

Loved Camden Market. Extremely busy but good fun. Tons of places to eat. The quirkier shops are great. There are a lot of shops selling same ware and did hear people haggling prices. So best to shop around. Worth trying a few of the street food outlets as well - very delicious

A place definitely worth visiting. For my taste it was crowded and the food part was seriously stinky. Yet, we got some cool retro sunglasses and an amazing magnifying glass for great prices. Service was outstanding.

One of my favourite markets, definitely a must visit when in London. My favourite recommendations for food would definitely be The Mac Factory at around £8 per portion, Funky chips also a good option at around £9 per portion on average. Would recommend going on a sunny day where you can walk and take I the sights and smells of the market, be warned it gets very busy when hitting 12 so be there early for a more fresh experience.

Great place to visit in London! Quite out of the main tourist spots but a bus ride or a train would get you to this very quirky, interesting and full of variety market! I love the character it has and of course the great food options you get! It was worth the visit! It does get quite busy! And some items for sale could be expensive knowing that some products are handmade. But we had a really good time wondering around! It’s definitely a food haven with amazing options from Asian, Eastern, European and British. They also have nice big orbs where you can sit and eat without being bothered by the birds. Definitely worth a trip!

  • 5/5 Celeste L. 8 months ago on Google
The atmosphere was energetic. There is something for everyone. There are stalls for clothing, food, bags, shoes and art. We tried a stall called Funky Chips. The line was long but wait time was reasonable. Plenty of areas to sit and people watch. Great place to visit.

A really vibrant location, great street food, local beers & full of fun. There is so much to do there from walking and sampling the ambiance to relaxing on a canal boat trip through to Little Venice. A great day out & highly recommended 👍

My two favourite things to do; shopping and food. All in one shopping, from one of a kind items to souvenir central. The vibe is awesome, the sound of people talking and laughing, music and culture. The food truck area is so good for a lunch option we had Venezuelan which did not disappoint. We went on a Sunday and they didn't start until 12pm- not great for tourist schedule but nonetheless it was great. We went in early Summer and by 1pm it was very busy- like all markets get there early to beat the crowd

Great experience, I came in the evening and a lot of the places were shut. It did not ruin the experience. A lot of food places to choose from, we tried the cheesy naan and funky chips. We had recently watch a YouTube review on them both, fair to say we was not disappointed!

It’s a nice atmospheric market from a distance, but very-very busy when you get inside. So prepare for a lot of people and dive in the selection of a huge number of little stores and foodies. You name it, it’s available in this market, you just gotta find it.

  • 4/5 Jennifer S. 4 months ago on Google
Very busy market with loads of amazing food stalls to choose from. The markets themselves are alright, but seem to repeat themselves a bit, it doesn't seem as unique as it used to be. But there's still loads to do. You could easily spend the whole day here wandering around each stall.

Hello everyone, if you still stopped by the British museum, I recommend you to relax and have good and tasty food for all tastes and budgets, food made on the spot or if you want to take it away The fingers. And that's not all, the food is chosen, that is, Poles, Indians, Africans, British, you can find food specific to the places where you were born. In the middle of London, you will smell it from the entrance,In the market

Great place in London to hang out. There is an immense variety of shops. Amazing food options, you can find every kind of cuisine here. Cheaper as compared to other parts of London. Easy access through public transport.

This place was great. I think we spent a few hours just walking around there but still didn't see everything! It is huge, with tons of shops and places to eat. Was very busy. Highly recommend.

Loved it! It feels like almost endless little alleys full of shops and food. It's easy to get lost and eat a lot! There are 2 markets as far as I could tell. One is not far on the same side of the underground when you exit and go right. It's a big smaller but does have a rooftop terrace. The other is further down the street right at the bridge of the overground.

It's changed a lot since I first came here 24 years ago for various reasons and has lost some of its original charm in the process. Still unique somehow, but gets extremely crowded after 12.00 even on a week day. Some second hand stuff, some artistry, but also a lot of commercial units with nothing that original or interesting to offer.

A market full with delightful fusion of flavours and treasures. From savoury Middle Eastern and Italian dishes to aromatic Asian cuisine, your taste buds will dance with joy. Don't miss the decadent dessert selection. Besides, it's a haven for vintage clothes, old cameras and artsy finds. A true gastronomic and eclectic gem!
