😠 I have no idea what troglodytes get the keys to the vans here but whoever was driving this van was driving so aggressively behind and around me I almost called the cops.     Once again Another perfect job. I've been going to Contemporary since they opened and they are the Best. The staff are So Helpful and Friendly. From Bob To Tim Welsh and the rest are amazing. Love Laurie and everyone that answers the phones. My Car is like new. 10 stars Thank You Oscar of The Year

    I have no idea what troglodytes get the keys to the vans here but whoever was driving this van was driving so aggressively behind and around me I almost called the cops. They were tailgating me, swerving around, and flashing lights at me in TRAFFIC. I WISH I could’ve gotten out of the way but there was NOWHERE TO GO. Imagine my face when I saw it was a company van. Find better help, can’t be worse than this psycho.

    Extremely pleased with how responsive Bob one of the service advisors is. Bob not just answers his extension he gets back to you immediately if he needs to get you information. A+ Bob thank you for old school premium customer service. In addition, the ladies who answer the phones are extremely helpful and pleasant. My main service advisor Mike D is also awesome. I applaud the management at Contemporary Mercedes for setting the example of taking “after sale” service to the next level.

    Charlie and his team made all the difference with regard to where we bought our new vehicle. Amazing experience from Contemporary from sales to service to meeting the owner. Honest process that was streamlined, relaxed and informative.... most importantly, they clearly love their work, product and customers. This made it FUN to buy a new car, which is as it should be. Big thanks!

    Last Spring my wife and I purchased a 35 year old Mercedes 300TD Turbo. From the first time we drove the car we have loved it. A few weeks back I stopped in with some questions and Steve Jung quickly had me set up to speak with Dale out in the service drop area. Dale answered a few of my questions but I wanted to provide him the chance for a more thorough review so made a service appt. That service visit was yesterday and the exceptional service continued. Steve and Dale were excellent. I'll be back for sure and recommend them both, as well as Contemporary, without reservation. Our "old" W123 recommends them as well. A quick shout out to Steve and Ken in parts who also assisted with a few questions. I was impressed by the merchandise available in parts and was able to buy a hat that I had seen online, at the same price it was online. Thanks to all!

    What an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff at Contemporary Motorcars goes above and beyond to ensure "The Best Or Nothing! Staying true to the Mercedes Benz Slogan for sure! Thank you to Rob and Scott for an awesome buying expierience! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mercedes Benz.

    In my 59 years of life, I have purchased at least 20 vehicles from about 10 different dealerships. Contemporary Motor Cars of NJ is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The car, a two year old Mercedes E 400 Cabriolet, was meticulously prepared, detailed, and delivered with four new tires, four new rotors, and 4 new brake pads. The car only had 16,000 miles on it and looked showroom, and without a blemish. Not only that but they actually delivered the car to me on a flatbed with in a couple of days, ( AT NO CHARGE! ) and I live 107 miles away on Long Island. The reason I drove so far to purchase this car was because of the dealerships' reputation. Contemporary Motor Cars is family owned and the owners present at the dealership. The process went smooth and quick and I owned the car within a few hours. The dealership prepared my 1.9 percent financing and my NYS registration and plates, which they FED EX'ed to me. The salesman was no pressure, the finance guy was no pressure, and CMC even had a person who comes out to the car, explains all the features and sets up your phone and information in the vehicle. I will, without a doubt, make the 107 plus mile trek again, (and I have several Mercedes dealers within a few mile radius of my house), when I am ready to purchase another Mercedes.     The only reason i gave two stars is that I can’t complain about service people. They are good. So thats why i went to sells with intension of buying a Sprinter Van. Front desk assigned me VP. He was nice and polite discussing my dream van order. For some reason, he didn’t give me any contract and didn’t want any deposit after we ware done discussing my build. I felt weird about that but i was waiting for his call as his promise to complete my order. Its been 3 weeks that he still didn’t call me back. I even bothered him after couple of days from my visit to get it update, and still nothing. I ended up going to different dealer store and i got my order going now. It feels like they need to step up with their costumer service.

    I finally found the right dealership. My service advisor way Guy, I drove to Little Silver, NJ from Brooklyn NY because my vehicle navigation had been in and out of the Bklyn service shop for 2 years, and it still didn't work. It works now, and I will forever go to this dealership for all my service needs, it is well worth the drive. Thank you Guy!
